The only lady allowed to touch my hair eyebrows you will wait because she’s only one person offering so many services but very much so worth the wait! Very high quality!!

I go often to get my eyebrows threaded and she does an incredible job every time! Mind you, she does pedicures, eyebrows, nails, you name it, all by herself! Although it clearly gets difficult, she maintains excellent customer service and time management. Love it!

Amazing business! The owner is kind and AMAZING at her job. She was also very clean and considerate all throughout COVID. I get my eyebrows threaded here and recommend her to anyone and everyone that listens. Would give 10 start if I could!

WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND. I called and made an appointment to get lash extensions. I was recommended by someone that gets a $25 set. Off the bat the owner was extremely rude to everyone who walked in. I explained to her that i wanted the $25 lash set. The whole time she complains that my eyes were twitching, but i wasn’t able to keep them still because they kept burning and watering throughout the whole process. she kept making smart remarks the whole time and when i look in the mirror after it’s done my lashes are going in two different directions. she grabbed my card, didn’t tell me the total and swiped it. i was expecting to get a $25 lash extension and it came out to $80. i was going back and forth with her for about 5 minutes until i gave up. horrible customer service and now i’m out $80 with lashes that i could’ve done better myself.

I was finally able to get in to get my eyebrows done. Had been trying to get them done for the last 3 weeks in between the gym classes I attend the street. Wish I could of been fit in for family photos but at least I was able to get in before trip to Chicago and they look good.

I am from out of town visiting family. I was looking for a place to pamper my mother and grandma (first time pedicures). I called and made an appointment, and was greeted by a lady with such a rude demeanor and condescending tone. Obviously she did not want our business. Should have read reviews before booking. Apparently rude behavior is common there.I refuse to beg someone to take my money.

I just went here for the first time to get my eyebrows waxed. I have never written a bad review online but this is the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. The lady in the salon was waxing my eyebrows and being so reckless and going so fast. She accidentally took half my eyebrow off. She then didn’t say anything to me and decided to try and make them match. When she gave me the mirror she said “it will grow back, at least they match!” I am furious. She is awful, this place is awful. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because the lady that does the nails there ( whose name is not Anna by the way so dont call her that is one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met. She doesnt credible work with eyelashes Nails eyebrows she does it all. I would never go to anyone else after seeing her.

This place is AMAZING! Every time I go, I feel so welcomed. The staff is sweet and very professional. There is usually only one person there, but she makes it happen! She is AMAZING at what she does!

I was lucky and found this place when I moved to little rock, and havent trusted anyone else in the city with my eyebrows. Mahnaz always does a wonderful job with threading my eyebrows. I like them a very specific way (thick, with a natural shape) and she caters to it very well.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES, she is RUDE . Last Saturday me and my best friend came to get ourToes done . She told us we need to call for an appointment ok cool . I called Tuesday to schedule my appointment for this Saturday which was TODAY, I came in and I told her I had an appointment for my toes and and brows scheduled at 3 . Then it was some lady in the chair already and she gone tell me that’s her 3 o’clock . I told her that I talked to her on the phone and everything and she ignored me . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS RUDE ESTABLISHMENT BECAUSE SHE CHOOSES WHO TO GIVE SERVICE TO

It’s definitely true what people have said before, she is very rude. She has this FAKE NICE attitude. Wouldn’t give her my money again that’s for sure.

Unfortunately the lady that helped me when I ask for a full set and pedicure didnt do a good job at all. She was tired, so didnt even acknowledge that I ask for a pedicure. She skipped many steps on my nails. When I came back the next day to get my nails fixed, she told me she was busy and to come back later... I am at Luv Nails getting everything fixed and that I ask for. Bummer... I wont go back or recommend. However, Luv Nails is excellent!

So awful. First time going there. Only two technicians work here and the first girl was young and inexperienced. Her acrylic work was awful so then the other lady tried to fix it. She then got really rushed and all my nails just ended up really messy. I paid $50 for shotty work. I came back the next day to get them fixed and the same lady fixed ONE nail and told me to come back for a fill in two weeks with a discount. Will never go back. Also, while I was there the same inexperienced girl messed up this other ladys eyebrows. Will never go back. If you have better options, I would suggest going anywhere else.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited this shop for the first time today and as soon as I walked in the door, I was not greeted. There were 2 technicians and absolutely no customers. I was asked what I needed done, so I told her a full set (nails) and she replied that I needed to make an appointment and that she was busy. I said wow, and she then mocked me and said yea wow. Normally I don’t write reviews but I’m really disappointed. The lady who did my nails was very sweet, but the next morning I already had nails falling off and the rest of them were raising. When I went back to get it fixed she told me it was because I had them “too long”. She told me they’d be $35, but charged me $45. Seriously very disappointed and upset that I spent $45. I could’ve gone to Walmart and ended up with better nails doing it myself

Gave me THIN eyebrows when I told her many times I dont like thin eyebrows. To leave them thick. Her excuse was I dont have good eyebrows, I have no eyebrow shape(Hadnt had eyebrows done since my first time here Nov 2017 no Issues that time when my eyebrows were the same bushy like this time).-also just moved down here, and my Texas eyebrow lady never had an issue shaping & leaving my eyebrows thick enough but cute, would also go to her every 2-3 months so my eyebrows would be very much overgrown n bushy like this time, & I never had an issue..This lady just gave me what she wanted. Will Not return.

I could write three paragraphs on my 15 min experience here. But Ill keep it simple. The owner was extremely rude. To begin with. I called a couple hours in advance to see if they could accommodate to my needs, and if they took walk ins. She explained yes, not problem. Haaaahaa! This visit was nothing but a problem, from when I walked in, until after 15 mins of waiting (when I was then told she was busy) and walked out.

I wouldnt recommend this place for nails... While getting them they looked pretty bad, but I was okay with that the time, as I could go file them down myself later on. But as soon as I drove away, I noticed one of the nails was popping off. I went back and a different lady fixed my one nail. The very next day it fell off again, and all of them are loose. I would ask for a refund, but Im more than sure it wouldnt be worth the hassle, Ill just glue them on for now? Im sure any place would be better than this one, I would even go as far as saying why not buy a cheap kit at Walmart and try it yourself. Would probably be about the same. Im completely disappointed in this experience, I will never return.

Got my eyebrows tinted. One of my eyebrows are darker than the other. Been trying to call to tell them that one side in the light looks lighter than the other but no one is answering.

I have been visiting this place almost for a year to get my eyebrows done. They almost always come out very nice. However, the owner does not have a very nice attitude. She is actually RUDE. Their customer service really is bad b/c it’s only 2 ladies who work here. I always wonder why i never see anyone getting their nails done. She is the only one I will let do my eyebrows because the younger lady doesn’t do them to my likening. Now they already have horrible reviews but I revisit because I personally hadn’t had any problems until today. She had a very nasty attitude and I probably won’t return. And then looked stupid when she didn’t get a tip. 🤔 what did she expect? Idk 🤷🏽‍♀️

Got lash extensions on last Saturday, three days later extensions are already falling off went back today they want me to pay $35 for them to fix it after paying $80 to o get it

They charged me 80$ and I came into their shop a little close to closing time, and I think that probably was the biggest mistake. The day after my eyelashes were falling like crazy! I was even in basketball practice without vision thats how low they were! and to think i paid $80!!!!!!!!!!! I had to take them out the next day with intense olive oil or I wouldve went back for a refund or something! not a fan, and i feel like the owners didnt put lashes on that were compatible to my eyelash texture! felt like it was just lazy work

I had an appointment TODAY and because they wanted to stand around it made me late for an event my nails looked a mess!!😤😠😤#NEVER GOING BACK

The owner of this company first off very unprofessional. She laughed in my face while I was explaining to her why I didnt like my eyebrows. She took off half my eyebrow and made them very uneven. I would not recommend this place at all. Very very disappointed and this isnt the first time I heard and missed up somebodys eyebrows terribly. I would not go to this place for anything!

Customer service is horrible. There is only two people working here. The owner is rude to her staff and her customers.I sat in her chair expected to be serviced then she answer the phone for her appointment. Then she tells me her two appointments are outside I would have to come back. Just no tack or professionalism. Do not go to this salon.

The brazillian wax hurt but last a long time

Had a friend that told me she had her lashes done for a certain amount of money. I went up there the next day to get mine done. Made an appointment and everything. I confirmed the price with her asking were they still that price and she told me no they never charged that price. So I don’t think I’ll be going especially after seeing these reviews.

I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews but my mom and i have been going here since i was 16 and i’m now 20. I go to the same lady for my eyebrows (Mahnoz) and she’s very sweet every one of my visits. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is just the way we like it and if it isn’t she always has a positive attitude and corrects her mistakes. There are times when she would do my brows and massage my forehead to make my visit more relaxing. If you don’t trust anyone there, trust Mahnoz. Very sweet lady.

Horrible Customer service, It took her a while to even acknowledge me. 15 minutes goes by & I get tired of waiting so I left. I guess I’m lucky that I didn’t get my brows done from these reviews.

I recently went in and got a full set with the white tips. It was my first and last time ever going to this salon. The lady was extremely sweet, but I dont think she has had much experience At all! Ive gotten my nails done hundreds of times and have had some no so good turnouts, however never this bad. The very next day all ten of my nails looked as if I had them in for over a month time! She applied the acrilic from the end of my nails towards my cuticles.. opposite from the way all others do it, or how you would polish your nails. I believe that is what caused the cracking and gapping almost instantly. On the 2nd day 2 nalis completely feel off completely intact! Again, Ive never had acrilic nails fall off. It usually is a hassle removing them. I have acrilic literally costing some of my fingers all around and past my cuticles. I went back for them to replace the ones that feel off, and was charged $10.00 for 2 nails 2 days after my first initial visit. Never going back! I will post pics.

I was very disappointed with the services here. I got a gel manicure and a spa pedicure. I dont get my nails done very often, but isnt it pretty standard to get massage with the above services? I got no massage on my mani and about 2 min of massage on my pedi. When I asked about it she gave me a few more minutes of foot massage. Two of my finger nails were messed up when she wiped them but I didnt bother to get them fixed. The lady did try to make me comfortable when I mentioned it was cold in the salon. If massage isnt standard with mani and pedi, please let me know and Ill removed this review.

My bestfriend and I had a lash extension done here. HORRIBLE IDEA.We should have really checked the reviews before the damage was caused. Went back multiple times to talk to the person that done them, she glewed it back so horribly I had to rip every single last one off.When I say DO NOT DO IT, I mean it. WORST NAILS EVER. They should stick to threading. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. It took 2 techs to make my toenail polish look decent. The other lady didnt know how to remove power dip nails, shouldnt listen about soaking them off. She didnt get all the old color off first and it showed through. Horrible!! The only time my nails ever looked worse was when my 3 year old painted them.

I have been getting my nails dipped for about 3 months at a different salon. I went here bc my regular place was closed and i had a nail that was lifting. The lady told me 2 days before she did dipped nails for $35 but charged me $45!!!!! My nails looked awful!!!! They started lifting 4 days after i got them. When i went back she told me i need to come weekly. I have never had dipped nails lift before 3 weeks sometimes 4!!! She is always rude with this fake nice attitude. She talks about other guests in front of current guest. Even spoke of the owner who apparently is on vacation in India for an unknown amount of time... Worst shop ever. Ive went twice over a yrs time and got gel and dipped nails. Both sets looked awful and within days started popping off!!! Ive also had my eyebrows done and she threaded the middle off so they looked far apart when i said something she told me thats how they grow and told me i didnt have eyebrows there. I take lots of selfies so i had to show her. DONT GO HERE!!!! I now have to get tips again!!! She ruined my natural nail bc she doesnt know what she is doing!!!

They can only Eye Brow Thread! Nails are horrible, couldnt take off powder nails and ripped my real nails. She went to file them off and burned my nail so i jumped, said she couldnt work like this and i told her i would finish taking them off and she wouldnt let me use the clippers. So i took them off and will be going somewhere else to get them done. Horrible at nails!!

The lady that works there is slow and rude. Save your money and go somewhere else.

TERRIBLE!! It is three ladies that work there and one of them is not licensed to do any nails. They talk to each other rudely. My nails pop off in a week and I have never had that happened before. Trust me they are experimenting with nails and toes and will try to rush you.

I visit every two weeks to get my eyebrows threaded and my hand and feet done. They are very professional and take pride in their work.

I got the lash extensions and they only lasted 1 day before they started shedding. By the time day three, came I had hardly any.

I Ive gotten my eye lashes done and it was irating me I just thought it was because of me not being use to it so I got them done again last week and now Im in the hospital with and eye infection and pink eye because of it do not go there
