I had a wonderful experience at this salon! Very friendly, took time to make sure my nails were all even & not bumpy at all. very nice people and loved the guy who did my nails!

My daughter and I went for our annual pedicure and she adds a manicure to her service cause she got it like that..she loved the cute ladybug pedi chair and the huge amount of colors she was abt to pick from on the color wheel. She smiled the entire time!! I got the deluxe pedicure and the massage chair alone would have gotten them 5 stars but Cindy did an amazing job and made sure I liked the nail color before painting all of my toes. I will be back to enjoy their vip room and a little wine next time! Go you won’t regret it!!!

My friends told me they got their nails done at the promenade and it’s always a great job and a good time. I got the salons mixed up. They go to Luxury Nails. I will be going there next time for sure. LR Nail Bar did not provide a great experience and the nail techs do not try and talk to you. Seem rushed. Unfriendly. Will not be back. My honest rating would be a 1.5 out of 10 because at least the gel on my nails doesn’t have bubbles which I have seen people complain about from here. My big toe is irritated, swollen, red, and slightly aching on the right side around the nail bed after my pedicure from here. Not pleased. Overpriced. The towels on the hand washing stand were overflowing the place you put them in and were all over the counter in that area. There was a lady who was kind enough to pay because I left in tears.UPDATE: The lady called me twice yesterday while I was at work. I called back and no response. I tried again this morning. They told me that I do not have valid feelings because they polished them and that is what “they’re trained to do” even though it was the wrong color. Which I made sure they knew while they did my nails. She hung up on me and was very rude. She said that because I did not pay I have no right to leave a review about my experience and when I mentioned my irritated toe (still red and tender) she said “to bad”. Excuse me? I’m getting more disappointed by the minute at this point. She said a manager would call me back later I told her I would be at work and she told me “to bad” then hung up. Honestly if they would just leave me alone that would be great.If they are so upset that I posted my experience then maybe they should do better. They are very unprofessional and rude.Wish I could find the add picture button to show my irritated toe from the pedicure.

I love going here because Lynn works there and is amazing with nails but the last three times I’ve gone there they haven’t had the color I wanted …. There weren’t any fall colors … like no browns or dark reds or anything .. they don’t have much to choose from I pay 100+ for my nails and you never have the colors I want

Andy is great! He is very professional, punctual, means business, and his work is always perfect. He is able to work at a quick pace without compromising quality. My only recommendation for him would be to ease up when massaging (use less pressure on me but this is my preference); he is absolutely wonderful. I always get dip nails and he levels and shapes my natural nails perfectly! I will continue to get my nails done by him and recommend him and the LR nail bar to others. Thank you, Andy.

It was a 2 hour ordeal and I left With my nails looking like this. They did a terrible job for the amount of time it took. Technicians did not pay attention to detail and the painting job was awful for gel pedicure and manicure.

EDIT:I returned 2 weeks later and had my nails redone by Cindy. She was amazing and did exactly what I asked for. (Blue nail pic). The staff was so apologetic about my initial experience and fixed them on the house. Very professional and kind!Original post:Wanted to love this place but think I had an unfortunate experience. My nail tech seemed very inexperienced with dip nails. Even after showing a picture of the almond shape I wanted, my nails are like a wide round... all uneven, and still rough on top. My experience at the LR Nail Bar in Little Rock, AR was not the best experience. They laughed at us because we asked for acrylic for my niece. We do not go to nail shops regularly. She stated people do not do acrylic anymore they do powder. My niece nail tech did a horrible job. She had polish all on her hands, bubbles in her nails and some nails were not polished completely. I asked her did she want me to stay anything several times but she asked me not to, so I respected her request. My nail tech Andy did an excellent job on my nails and he took his time and was patience with me for I have never had powder dip nails. I had plans of leaving him a tip until he asked how many children did I have? I stop going to another nail shop because I would get asked “your baby daddy give you money for your nails?” I do not have any children. We as a society should be careful asking certain questions. All black women do not have children and some women cannot have children. Some of us do not plan on having children until we are married. After he finished my nails he filled out my receipt and as I proceed to look at it, he quickly placed it in his drawer and told me to go wash my hands. When I came back he was gone and starting on someone else toes. He pointed and said my ticket was upfront and I was curious as to why he did not give it to me. My niece was given her ticket by her nail tech. My niece reached her ticket to the lady and I asked can I see my ticket? She reaches my niece’s ticket back to me and I said no I want to see my ticket. My total was $113!! I asked for the classic pedicure, it was $33 but I was charged $48 and $65 for my nails. I would not be back and was already skeptical of going to a nail shop in Arkansas. It’s sad that I would I rather drive 5 hours to go back to a nail shop in Oklahoma City, OK than go to a nail shop in my own state.

This my second time being at this salon. The first time I was simply observing how they were more social with the Caucasian women than myself or my friend that were being served and they did not tell us our price until they have completed the service and they did not one time was I offered anything to sip on while I got a pedi and manicure with gel for a $95 fee and because I believe in tipping I still left a $10 tip . This time I arrived to simply get a fill at 1P  Nina ask  me if I had an appointment I  replied no then Jaden  comes from back to ask me to come back at 5P for service and I ask do everyone have to book appointments because I didnt have no appointment the last time and he said well were busy now. As I am leaving 2 Caucasian women were walking to door and I asked them if they had appointments they replied no but as I sat in my car to observe and see if they would leave behind me sure enough they were still being served

Such a nice place! Relaxing, great chairs, some of the pedi packages come with a glass of wine. Will def rent the VIP room if I go with a group of friends.

Very nice atmosphere, but DONT GO ON THE WEEKEND if you dont like a long wait, dont want to be rushed, and dont want to be packed in like sardines. Everyone goes on Sat/Sun.I suggest a Wed morning. With an appointment. Then youll have a nice long service with very polite attentive staff and beautiful nails 💅

Do NOT go to this salon if you’re plus sized or disabled. they are not accommodating and my tech was unprofessional and gave unsolicited medical advice/ made comments on my weight and food/drink intake. i think she had good intentions, but that’s not an excuse to make a client uncomfortable when they’re paying to relax. if you’re standard sized, it’ll probably be a good experience.

Love this nail salon. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is GORGEOUS! I’ve been 3 times now and have enjoyed it each time. I highly recommend the Premium Pedicure if you have tired legs and feet. Amazing!

I came there on a Saturday during the time I was visiting out of state. Initially I was going to leave due to the fact greeting for us seemed off beat. They looked confused when we wanted a Manicure and Pedicure. And after I sat and told him what I wanted he still had a blank stare…okay. I wasn’t told the price until afterwards. Where I stay that price would of been with design and longer nails. Plus they tell you before hand. Nice place and area but when I come to visit again I won’t go back.

Yesterday was just what I needed! I enjoyed every minute of my deluxe pedicure and dip manicure. Andy was such a delight!! You can tell that he cares about the quality of his work and making sure that his clients are pleased with the service. I will definitely be back again. See you all soon!!

I have been wanting to try LR nail bar when I first seen their beautiful photos on Facebook. I arrived at 6:30 on a Monday, even though they close at 7. They kept me until 8:30. I got the $90 pedicure and wow! I have never had such an amazing pedicure! They rolled out a tray of products, fresh fruits, fresh flowers and a lit candle. It was so beautiful and well done. My leg and foot massage was at least 30 minutes alone. The staff was so polite and sweet. The place was so clean and the details were amazing. Every chair had their logo on it in the headrest.! I love small pretty details like that. I will never pick another salon now after going to LR nail bar. Amazing service!

This place is not professional. They will not fix errors either. If asked, they will treat you horrible. For the rates they charge, their services are lacking in quality and customer service. Not all the employees are rude but a few of the woman are down right hateful if you ask for a repolish of even one toe.

When I first arrived I was instantly greeted and taken to the station to start my pedicure. I waited for about 20 minutes before someone assisted me. A young man come over and was about to assist me until I told him what I wanted he looked at my feet and left. 5-10 minutes later Mah came over and started working on them. She asked me f I wanted something to drink and she went got me some water.This was my first time ever getting a pedicure. My feet were not bad but not the best either. My toenails are very thin and brittle and break easily so a few of them needed acrylic tips. We talked and laughed about my baby nails. She started talking to the guy tach next to her in her language about how bad my feet were and didnt think the acrylic would stay. I speak the language so I knew what they were saying. It didnt bother me In fact i laughed right along with them.She did an awesome job on my feet! They look amazing. She also did my nails too and they look amazing as well!! Everything was great except the waiting and talking about me in the native language. Overall I was very happy with the service and environment. I will definitely be returning. 😍🤗

I got both a manicure and pedicure from LR Nail Bar and they both look great! My sister and I came to the shop 30 minutes before they closed, but Peter still took his time on my nails and was extremely patient and kind. The shop itself is clean and classy. I highly recommend trying it out!

I had an appointment at 2:30 and I sat in a seat for an hour with no water, no towel. I had to walk out because I had somewhere to be at 4:00 and nobody apologized or made things right. I know it’s busy there that’s WHY I MADE AN APPOINTMENT and I still say there for a WHOLE HOUR. UNACCEPTABLE

Ive been looking for a new nail shop since mine closed, and happened to luck up on this gem of a place. Jenni was my nail tech and she took great care of me! I left feeling like I had new hands and feet! Ill definitely be back!!

We do not live in Arkansas. I came here Dec 30 for a soak off and dip. Amazing place. If I lived in Little Rock I would be back. The gentleman who did my nails was nice and did an amazing job, I’m super picky. I had him give me paraffin wax and I’d never had anyone massage if and place warm towels. I wish I could go back every two weeks. Much less expensive than what I’m used to paying. I was shocked. 47.00 soak off l, dip and wax. Highly recommend. When I’m back in LR I will grab me a pedi too. Thank you very much. I love my nails.

Went to this saloon a week after their grand opening. It was so brightly lit and clean and smelled great. My nail Tech Julie was super gentle, sweet and fast. Was done in record time. Even my sister who was waiting for me while browsing in a near by store was shocked cause she had barely got through a third of the store.My nails held up for 3 full weeks! No cracks or discoloration. If it wasn’t for the mail growth I could have kept them longer.My latest 2nd visit was as amazing as the first. Julie was still gentle and fast. Loved the conversation with her as well as her coworkers who were near by. Everyone is very chatty if you’d like too. Loved the interaction. Definitely making this store my go to place.

Very clean and friendly place. I got my nails dipped last week, the day after I had my nails dip one of my dip nails fell off, and the rest are starting to lift off, and it’s barely been a week. So I guess the way they dip nails is not very lasting. Won’t be back.
