If you not talk to Michael than you dont need to call this location at all! If he is not available than the others just giving you empty promises, called 3 times today the guy said wanted to call me back in half an hour but nothing! I am renting through my business already for couple of years with them! Asked for a 16ft box truck and after I called them back by my self the guy was saying there are no 26 refers available lol, I am never renting refers with them!!This is how the service works there!!If you call this location ask right away for Michael if he is not there than you dont need to talk to others! Michael is the best one who is gona do everything in his might to help you out!! The others are just sitting there the time up and are happy if there is nothing to do, dont care about anyone and anything!!

Needed a box truck for furniture move. Friendly and quick check in. Quick overview of the features of the truck. Was clean, good shape, and ran great. No hassle check out after hours return. Well be back again to sure.

Very upset. I rented a 26 truck to move from New Jersey to Nashville, Tennessee. Its about a 13-15 hour drive. Not even 2 hours in, we had to stop at a gas station; during that time we noticed the truck was leaking oil EVERYWHERE. There was a huge puddle on the ground and the hood (front of truck) was completely covered. We called roadside assistance, they guy didnt really sound sure of what he was doing. We had to sit and wait at the gas station for a tow truck. The guy arrived and he was unsure of what he was doing too (however he was nice). We went to the mechanic to get the truck inspected and diagnosed. This all occurred between 1:30am-8:00am. This put us behind badly. We were told (when we picked up the truck) that the truck was new with no mechanical issues. I paid roughly $1,800 for the rental truck. I am very upset about this inconvenience. Something should be done to compensate, too expensive for all of the issues that occured. I could have went through another rental company (Enterprise, Hertz, Budget, etc.) and had no issues. This was my first time using Penske, not sure if I will consider using them again due to the issues.

My visit was great . i was impressed by steve bishop and carlos, they both are knowledgeable about the truck units as well, made us feel at home most importantly i felt safe to drive units away to our warehouse . i work for gargiulo produce, and i feel our drivers will be safe and steve made it known that if there is a problem to give him a call ....thanks steve and carlos

I always come here for my rental needs. Staff is knowledgeable and quick to get you in and on your way. Only had one problem here, but before I could complain they had it fixed. Great group of people.

I went to purchase a daycab truck, I was given the wrong key after walking to where the truck was (all the way on other side of lot). after returning for correct key, the truck didnt even start. Just a total waste of a potential buyers time. I can go on but why waste my time again, Penske is lucky to even get 1 star from me. Thanks Ben.
