Not satisfied at all. I went with 2 of my friends. The lady working on my nails was working super fast and even cut me three times. Each time she went in with a certain polish my burns hurt super bad. The second she finished my nails she turned the fan on for my nails to dry and quickly asked me to move to work on my friend next. My other friend got the same service (dip) from a guy working there and he did her nails beautifully and put cuticle oil and lotion on her hands. Until I pointed out how I didnt have that done the lady quickly put oil all over my hands while she was working on my friend so her hands were full of powder. She could tell I was upset and seemed to put more effort into my friends nails afterwards. I was left with a lot of residue all around my nails and even fingers. Not to mention that under my nails on my right hand looked green. I refused to pay $30 for this and was asked to pay $25.Only a $5 discount. I think the pictures speak for themselves. (Took them while still being at the salon to show the employee during checkout). Now I just hope I dont get an infection :( I wasnt even told sorry.

I went in here one day because a previous nail salon butched my nails. They got me right in and fixed the mess I had and did an amazing job! I have been going there ever since.

I got a pedicure and I came in with a little bit of fingernail polish on the girl did not take my polish off all the way. She filed but had my toe nails filled down all different ways. Didn’t use new tools. Also was very fast pace there wasn’t a lot of people in when I went. Will never go again. !

This Salon is wonderful and professional. I always get acrylics done here and prices are reasonable and straightforward. I highly recommend having Angel to do your nails! She is wonderful at what she does and very professional. I am definitely staying committed to this Salon!

Wow, Never Go on a Thursday! Rude, treat customers much differently, shocked! Used to enjoy, stressed entire time, they went down hill fast, poor customer service. Does any one speak English? Talked to each other in foreighn language the entire 3 hours their. Felt like was in a foreighn country and abandoned! Used to love going there, made me very sad!!!

I finally got my first manicure and Im so happy with my experience. The customer service was fantastic, the environment was very welcoming, and the prices werent bad at all. Definitely going to be going back.

They did a wonderful job, love this salon! If they mess up you can leave and call if it’s more comfortable for you and they will fix it free of charge but they don’t mind if you don’t like something they will fix it so don’t be afraid. They always do my crazy nail designs and for a good price:) ❤️

I felt very welcomed when I went in and they did a better job on my design then I expected but almost 2 hours later my nails started flaking off. I wont come here for a custom design again. It doesnt help that they made fun of my design, I felt very insulted. My design was also rushed thru and sloppily made. There not even at all and I had to fix it at home.

Got a full set done. Nails uneven and the girl kept forcing my fingers in position they didnt want to go. Not very friendly either. Will not EVER go back.But they did a great job on my eye brows.. price wasnt to bad either

Dirty and horrible service! The lady washed my hands in filthy water, the water was gray and made me itch! She also made many of my nails bleed. She didnt even ask what colors I wanted and, did a super sloppy and terrible job. Would never recommend this place to anyone. I prefer Sapphire Nails or Golden Scissor Hair and Nail Salon. -theyre much better :)

Tila Nails has been my go-to spot for years. Theyre always friendly and efficient, and Ive never had a bad experience.

Chill atmosphere - busy but very efficient with placing customers so wait wasnt long- prices are fair- happy with my nails!

9/10 would recommend. other places i try just mess up, but everytime i come here they never disappoint

Did my nails very sloppy when i asked her to fix them and had a very bad attitude and just the nails didn’t look any way near how i wanted them to look and they charged me a lot for the nailsto look how they look!

I love tilas so much i always come here to get my nails done . i’ve never been hurt by any nail tech like i have @ other places . super clean, super friendly staff & super good nails for a really good price . i always get long coffin nails with a design & they’re about $40 & last me until i have to get a refill & even after those 2 weeks they still look bomb . 10/10 i tell everyone to come here to get their nails done

My main concern is that they DO NOT use sterile tools. Whether it be for a pedicure or for a full set, they do not use any sort of sterile tools. Matter of fact their pumice stones gave me a wart & infection on my foot. I won’t be back! & warn everyone else to beware. The have some very good nail techs there, I wish they’d find a better shop to work at.

I kept saying do not file my nails, I want natural. I also said I want more the light color then dark/ombre/i got more dark he light and 1 really rounded nail then the others also broke 2 nails so they had to put tips on or it would of been really off😈

Kim was amazing! She gave me such a great massage! I get my nails done regularly and Ive never had that extensive of a massage. She made a return customer out of me!

Tila Nails was great for me! The pedicure felt amazing & they took time making my toenail polish look perfect. The TVs werent overly loud which made relaxing easier than at some other places. Friendly staff! Ill be back :)

It’s been 5 days since i got a full set and one has fallen off and they’re already lifting. will not be going back, customer service was pretty bad and she was mumbling under her breath when i didn’t tip her because her service was simply awful. 🤷🏽‍♀️

They always do a great job! And if you do break, smudge, or chip a nail within the first couple weeks they will fix it for free! Very reasonable prices and their technicians are truly talented! Also they never keep you waiting long (I never call ahead and I dont think Ive ever had to wait over 10 minutes).

If I could rate zero stars I would. This place is the worst. They kept hurting me and making my nails bleed and then they would be like ow ow that hurt doesn’t it? And I’m like yeah it does. They had this younger new girl working there and then the older lady looked at my nails and said no no no and mumbling another language under her breathe and then they switched ladies cause the other one was doing it wrong. And if you go in with someone as I went in with my sister you would like to usually sit together they sat us on opposite sides of the room. There equipment also looks very old. Worst experience ever my sister and I immediately burst into laughter and tears when we walked out the door. Never again my nails and fingers hurt for weeks. #gotoqueennails

I was invited by a friend yesterday. Service was friendly. One thing I felt uncomfortable was when we were getting our pedicures.. the guy and the girl were talking in another language, almost made me feel they were talking about us. Other than that, really like the lady that did my nails.. she was friendly and started conversations with me. Prices were good, but I guess it all depends on how long my nails last.

Had a fair experience - busy place on Sunday & some staff looked tired; pedicure got some extra time on some things & shorter/seeming cut time on others compared to other places Ive been; extra nail design only $3

Ive pretty much went to tila nails the whole time Ive ever got my nails done except for once and Ive Never really been 100% happy with my nails and they usually fall off within a week of having them. I picked out a semi hard design on shellac nails this time and I was surprised how well it turned out but the day after one already came off and the next day another came off and today my thumb nail broke completely in half. Within 3 days my nails are pretty much ruined and Ive called for a refund or for them to fix them for free and is waiting for a call back but Ive very unhappy because THIS SET WAS $60

Friendly staff, but when I got my acrylics put on, the lady didnt paint all the way down to my cuticle so it looks like they already need filled after one day. I had also read the same complaint on a different review for this nail salon but figured Id try it out anyways. Nice experience, but most likely wont go back.

Used to love this place, but from my recent experience I think Im going to have to find a new nail place. My manicure is splotchy and bimpy, the design is all smeard, and the nail tech was so rough. Really disappointed in how my nails turned out 😔

First time in years got full set French tip done and not satisfied. The filling that hardens for the fake nails is all Over behind the top of my nails very noticeable, didnt clean up behind nails before applying fake ones, didnt cut all my cuticles around nails.. I did enjoy the lotion hand and arm massage but not happy with nails was going to go back for a pedi today but wasnt happy with nails So went to lv nail shop for my 1st pedi and they did great. To nice to say something in person but didnt really pay attention till after I left

I went to that nail salon to get a full set there cus it cheaper than the another shop but I was so disappointed with my nails it horrible cuz it not the same length some short some are long n still have some powder underneath my nail so the old lady that do my nails she knows but she didn’t want to take that off cuz she was in a hurry to get another customer, I don’t know her name but when u walk in the shop her tables is on ur right hand n next to the last table.

I have gone here alot and it is pretty nice the only thing is i got fake nails done and they left a mark in the paint and it looked weird. and they told me my fake nails would last for a month they lasted two weeks barely. otherwise it is a amazing place.

Horrible service and VERY RUDE. I wanted her to shape my nail oval and she couldnt even do it right. When she asked if I want a design I said OK. But I dont like the color she suggested and she complained that I was picky. How could she complain before a customer? The full set I got doesnt even last! It came off in a set of full ten piece after 2 weeks.

Went in on the July 4th 2018 to get my nails done for my daughters wedding paid $25.00 and 2 hours later 2 of my nails broke went back in the next day to have them fix my nails and the charged me $8.00 to fix their mistake. I will never go to them again and will never recommend them

This is probably the worst nail shop that I have ever gone to! The gal that worked on my pedicure obviously doesnt know how to use the cuticle clipper (even though she claimed to work as a nail technician for 5 years) I just sarcastically smiled. She cut the edge of the nails to deep (which may lead to major infection if her tools were not sanitized. ) Then after done with the cuticles part, she used the file to make my toe nails even. She skipped the pinkies, didnt file them. The massage was horrible; the shop claimed that massage should be around (10min) When use my phone to time, she only massaged my legs for 5 mins which is half of the time they usually do.I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone! This nail salon is a joke.

Tilas is okay. Their prices are decent but i run into the same problem everytime i go to tilas. They poorly paint my nail so its obvious. after a few days it looks lije i need to get rgem redone. They also dont shape my nail the correct way. Sometimes they get sloppy.

I am Jerrys wife Judy. This is my very first experience with having my nails done. It was a gift from a dear friend. The lady didnt ask if I wanted french tips before applying the regular tips. When I inquired, she was most unhappy to have to remove two clear tips. She didnt push my cuticle back before applingn the powder mixture for the nail bed of the acrylics. When I got home I pushed them back resulting in a wide space that looked like I had them for a month and needed them filled. I wanted them curved, not straight across. Again, she didnt like my wanting that instead of straight. Only one nail was a perfect curve. When I got home I tried with a file to make the others a perfect curve instead of misformed curves. When she started to use regular polish,I asked if that was the gel...for that is what I wanted. From the start she never asked what I wanted (french tips) or polish/gel. Again she was pissed that she had to remove polish from four nails. I wanted them short and she kept saying that it was too short. They werent. In a business office I cannot have them long and showy. When she put the gel on and I dried them in the ultra light, I noticed a lot of bubbles under the gel. I told her I was not happy with bubbles showing so vividly. Others spoke up that this is normal! They constantly talked among themselves instead of to me using their native language. When I looked at my nails at home, I noticed that one thumb was only half coated in the shiny gel. I went back to have it completely coated. The owner fixed it instead of letting her do it. Like her, he worked very fast without talking to me. When done I noticed a large bubble under the surface which was more noticeable than the unshined half was. Needless to say, I shared this with my friend and both of us will not be returning. In fact, I am looking for a reputable place that will take these nails off and replace them with perfect pretty ones.
