It wasnt too bad just had one nail where the lady didnt get all the way over on the side edge but the lady was very friendly and nice I would go back their great people

I love it! Ive never had my nails done ever. And they where very nice and amazing through the whole process.

Made my hands bleed. Workers are rude. I asked for a simple one color acrylic set and they’re poorly done and some of the nails are crooked.

Some time they are good and sometimes I have to go back within several days of getting my nails done because they chip

Came in and they were quick to get the pedi set up. Asked me to pic a color.i picked a color. Icouldnt see the color in the gel bottle and he picked a beige i thought for bottom coat bc the color i picked was super light. Well nope. He just picked his own color. Didnt even match. And the gel color ended up not even being the color i picked out either. He never once asked if it was okay. He just did it. And charged me for gel for both and my pedicure wasnt even gel. I didnt say a word. I have had 3 bad experiences here. From having uneven acrylics to having a dip set done that looked so bad it looked like a 5 year old had attempted it. and i made sure she didnt do my nails this time. The other nail salon rarely has walkins. I decided to give VI another shot. Nope. Never again.

They are always good to me and my nails always look great!

My friend went here for a set of nails. They looked absolutely horrendous. Bulky and not done correctly. Nails were messy at the cuticles and not filed/ decorated in a neat fashion. Payed 45 dollars for nails that were far lower than that in quality and staff was not compliant. Don’t recommend. 0/10 would not go.

I walked in they were busy which is fine, so I signed in, picked my color and sat down to wait. At this time nobody had said anything to me which like I said they were busy no big deal. So, there was one person in front of me waiting, then there was myself and two more people had walked in. About 30 minutes later they called the woman in front of me back to get started, then the first woman after me was called back while I still wasnt addressed. I continued to sit, wait and watch to see what and who would be called next thinking maybe that woman had a specific appointment or something. Trying to come up with reasons why I would be treated this way in this establishment. Then, they asked the second woman who came in AFTER me what she was needing. By this time I had been in this business for 40 minutes, not acknowledged, and completely skipped! Only once I stood up and gave her a look of disgust and to put my polish away was I acknowledged and asked what I needed. I preceded to ignore her, just as I was ignored. I figured my outburst and my story would be better and get word faster by putting it online rather than making a scene in the business. I will NEVER darken the door step to that business ever again and I will tell anyone and everyone exactly how RUDE they are!!!! It will be my mission that they will no longer succeed in this town, because they dont deserve it.

Very welcoming place! Ive never had a problem with VI and Ive been going on and off for about 4 years now. The only thing I would say is definitely schedule. I have waited with my sister for over an hour before, but that was around Prom time. My nails always come out looking great!

Was walk in with 3 of my daughters. Staff was rude. My youngest daughter bumped her nail in drying machine, and guy told her to watch her brain. All staff were ruff with filling, and two of us bleed. Finish was bumpy and uneven. we will NEVER go back. Left with 3 crying upset daughters who felt degraded. Was visiting my pregnant daughter who lives in Mason City. Will go elsewhere.

If there was a no star i’d put that down. my nails look nothing like what i wanted, i even showed them a picture about 10 times and it looks nothing like it

Coming from chicago and trying to find a nail salon close to my college and this place do not know how to do nails. my nails was bulky, not file correctly, shaped horribly. Also they charge a lot for kindergarten services. it look like a 3yr old did my nails. The nail technician didn’t want to admit her mistake or try to fix her mistake and continue to do my nails bogus. I will not recommended spending your money here

Place looked nice but the guy who helped me looked and acted like he hated everything. Messy polish job and not worth the $40 pedicure. When he was clipping and working on the cuticles it was so painful I had to ask him to stop. My mom enjoyed hers from a different worker but it still wasn’t worth the money paid.

Went in for a fill in. I brought my own decals for them to apply one on each ring finger. The paint job is bumpy, they used old sticky polish. She put the decal on backwards. I bought Marine and Airforce decals to support my military children. She would not listen to me when I told her she was putting them on backwards, she wouldn’t follow instructions on the card I gave her for them so I finally told her to stop after she wasted three of my decals. When I asked how much she said for you $30. I paid for a crappy job, I will never go back there

A basic pedicure took an hour and fifteen minutes. After putting lotion on my legs for 5 secs they put my feet back in the water and proceeded to scrape the floor and then sweep before coming back to me. They switched after they started my pedicure. I would steer clear of this place if you want any quality at all. I was highly disappointed.

I have been going to VI for 2 years now and I have never had a problem with getting my eyebrows waxed. Today, though, an older lady with glasses waxed my brows and did a horrible job. I have naturally thicker eyebrows but after today I almost have none. To make things worse, both of my eyebrows are different shapes and are different widths apart on both sides. I am now trying to find a way to fix them or draw them in because they look very bad. I will not be visiting this salon ever again. Worst 10$ I have ever spent. They should just stick to doing nails.

I found the employees to be extremely rude. I went in wanting pink and white ombré. They told me it could only be done on natural nails(lie. Just had it done in acrylics elsewhere) and I left with white French tips. Every nail was lumpy and misshapen. They were all different lengths and I had cuts on almost every finger. Not worth my time or my money.

Got my pedicure done here a few hours ago, I got light blue and they looked amazing and my feet felt much better after detasling corn all month. The only thing that wasnt as....satisfactory? was when they were digging the dirt out of my nails and when he used his nail to get the polish off my skin it hurt.

THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF MONEY! I was rudely treated and talked back to the whole time while they caused pain from scrubbing me raw, cutting nails too short making me bleed, didnt listen to what I wanted done while also blaming it was fault when they clearly were in the wrong. I WILL NEVER COME BACK OR RECCOMEND THIS PLACE EVER!

My favorite nail place ever!!! Amazing customer service. I have had to wait before but I always get what I want and Im never disappointed! If there ever is a problem they fix it right away!

Roasting publicly. vi nails sucks, you go in asking for pink ombré and come out with something completely different because the tech doesn’t know how to do it and they cut up your cuticles. every time i get a pedi my legs itch for days from the water and soap. honestly this is a last resort nail place. don’t go here. i’m not telling you what to do, just what you should do.(only using 5 stars in hopes of you seeing this first)

My first time there and I had a great experience with them.

I got acrylic nails and they are super cute. i showed the guy a picture of what i wanted and he did it right 🤷🏻‍♀️ i don’t give it 5 stars because the guy was working so fast that it made me nervous... also he did take the electric nail file and kinda cut me. but not only that after he poured some chemical on it without asking me first. also the actual nail polish colors werent the best they were all boring colors and like brands you can get at walmart. i ended up getting grey.i’m not quite sure if it worth $31.00. and i didn’t tip the guy since he hurt me and seemed like he didn’t like me. although one of the ladys were super friendly the guy i had made me feel sad 😢

I came here as it is the only one in Lincoln open on Sunday . I’ll go out of town in the future. Rough with tools and this guy had the absolute worst attitude I had ever experienced . He kept sighing loudly and shaking his head like he was mad at me for being there . Messy job and I will never return to this place .
