Update: made an appt for 1:30pm at 1:58pm still waiting so I left. They do not respexr peoples time. If you dont have the time from an appointment dont allow appointments to be made.. WILL NOT BE BACK EVER! Cute chairs for customers to sit on that are way more comfortable than regular salon chairs. I got the california pedicure which is the basic one and it was just that very basic just with oil of some kind and it was $30. I also got a fill, 9 out of 10 nails are great. One of my nails is really really off, it doesnt match the rest at all. I might go back and see if they can fix it. A fill was $40 and I just got a solid color on all 10 nails and no designs so I thought that was a little expensive but not too bad. This place was nice but there was just nothing special about it. I will go back if my regular nail place cant get me in(like today) but it wont be MY nail place.

The guy that works there is great! He is funny and very nice and my pedicure looks and felt amazing! . Emily....not so much. The quality of my full set could have been way better. I got them done yesterday and it already looks like Ive had them for over a week. The gel color doesnt even cover the whole nail and my edges are rough.

2/10, this place is very clean, good quality/ very lovely nails. BUT the employees where super rude. I had to wait up to an hour, they made fun of my nails because I wanted them long? BUT I would recommend this place for people that do have patience and time. My nails did look very cute though, no shade to the employees that work there, Its just the truth!

Been going to Mary on and off for 7 years now. She has always done a good job. I am a hairdresser, I’m very meticulous about my nails, and my hands are constantly in water. My nails are always perfect, perfectly shaped, even and last through all of the stuff I put it through with working with my hands. I’m a very picky client and Mary always has my back and makes sure I like it before moving on. I Highly recommend Mary. She’s very detailed and listens to what you want. Great price rates as well!

Other then the salon not opening on time and my appointment not starting on time, I had an overall great experience here. The salon is very nice, very clean and the woman who did my pedicure and manicure took her time and did an excellent job. I will be back for sure.

Came in for the first time Saturday morning around 10 o’clock, no line of people waiting like the salons back home and was greeted friendly and taken care of quickly too. I got my eyebrows and my lip waxed and it was only $15! I think thats a great price and loved how my eyebrows came out, this place was clean too. I will definitely be back, thank you for a pleasant experience!

The workers are very rude ( especially the man) . Ignored my mom when she was trying to pay 3 times! Also would not paint my 7 and 10 year old nieces nails after they said they would and they waited an hour and a half . Not to mention the fact that my nails began to chip the very next day. There are many salons to choose from in Lincoln, I would not recommend this one, even as a last resort.

I drive up from Roseville Because they do such a stellar job! Gel manicure, 2.5 weeks out, zero chipping!

I love this nail salon. Ive been flipping from place to place always unsatisfied. Ive been going here since November of last year and now wont go anywhere else. They always do a good job!!

My experience has been fast and clean, but not courteous. I was embarrassed when two other nail techs came over and announced I had just a bruse under my toe. They said they get blamed for everything?! In our culture its rude to talk only in a language not understood. Definitely a language barrier.

Always accommodating when I need to come in and do great work on my nails. Been a faithful customer for 4 yrs!

Where to begin .. I could not get a strait answer out of anyone for a total price, the girl was very rude and making comments in her language to her friend every time I requested something for my pedicure, proceeded to hurt me on purpose and made me bleed, finished the 45$ pedi with dead skin still on my feet, did not have any of the three colors I requested, I walked out. And Ive never had to walk out of a nail shop mid session before ! Very unprofessional DO NOT COME HERE

I have been here once before and had a great experience. Today I took my daughters in for a last minute pedicure. Worst service ever. All of us got different treatment and none were pleasant. The women were short with us and spoke maybe 5 words to us. Didnt say hello and short changed us on time. I wont be going back.

Today was my second time going to this place. First time I paid over $60 because the lady pretty much decided for me and did not even give me a chance to pick out a package in my budget. I still went ahead and paid the $$. I was very unsatisfied and thought Id just wasted money on a service that did not seem worthy. Today again, by the time the girl got done with my pedi, I was already turned off. Firstly, they charge customers for the tub liner( Per Federal regulations/sanitation, they are supposed to have that in place as a business) And for charging customer $1 for the liner, seemed a bit ridiculous to me. And, they charge $1 again to charge your debit card which in my book pretty much means that I am paying them to debit money from my account for a service Im paying for. Plain and simple, this place never seems to satisfy me. I walked out of there without even wanting my nails polished. I paid her the $25 and left. Never to ever return. And the so-called Mani/Pedi sucks.. The service is not worthy of the prices they charge.Terrible!

Dont go here! Although they have tons of gel colors to choose from, the actual service they provide is horrible! Both women barely removed dead skin from fingers and toes. Their service turned into a glorified polish change for $55! Now the polish on my toes has cracks in it. Go elsewhere.

I find the people here very good at what they do, My best pedi ever from one of the gentlemen. True they all speak Vietnamese together and I,too, wish they understood more English, but all my pedicures have lasted more than a month, and the dip manicures for my very soft fingernails are longer lasting as well. (I have finally learned to wear gloves while gardening, applying compression bandages et al on my husband, and when using strong detergents). They have helped me grow my own fingernails...no more tips. I think Im worth one $40 manacure every couple of weeks. I have never tried anywhere else in the past two years..

Very nice place to go for toenail manicures.

Two reasons Im not coming here anymore. First its now $30, so with a gel manicure, a regular pedicure and a tip its close to $60. Its starting to show too - the place was practically vacant on a Saturday. Secondly, I am extremely bothered by the girls bad manners. They speak Vietnamese constantly between themselves while they are working on you, and you can tell they are talking about you behind your back as well. Someone should tell them this is poor taste and rude! I find them to be very rude and abrupt on the phone when you call to make an apptmt., as well as in person when you walk in, often having a real attitude! There is also a clear rift between some of the women - which is evident even not knowing the language. Stacys English is so poor and she has an abrupt answer for everything. Youre cold because you had a drink of cold water. Turn up the damn heat! Its freezing in here! (I didnt say that, but I wanted to...) Station could be cleaner too.
