Finally found the best nail salon in town! I call them around 5 pm on a Tuesday hoping they will take a walk-in and they welcome me right away! I was in so much pain for the last few days from one of my “Acrylic injuries”, told them about it and oh my goodness my nail tech Is a life saver!! I can’t thank her enough for being so patient and so sweet through out the process. I love the quality of the product and overall very satisfied with my visit today. Will definitely come back soon!

I have been a customer for over 20 years. The service I get is exceptional and the girls are all friendly. If I have to go to another Salon for whatever reason I am never satisfied. With the service I get at Kims I have found no one better. You all are amazing!

Definitely enjoyed the experience. Everyone is very welcoming. I made an appointment and was able to get in at the actual time. Ive been to many salons where I make an appointment and I still have to wait an hour.

My favorite place for a pedicure or manicure. The manicure is simply outstanding. The spa pedicure is definitely worth the additional $7. Kims Nail and Spa recently upgraded their massage chairs, and they are the best spa chairs I have experienced. The staff are always friendly and remember their customers by name quite frequently. The business is always immaculately clean. I have been here several times when they are extremely busy and I have had none of the problems nor witnessed any of the issues mentioned in some of the negative reviews. I question the authenticity the one star reviews.

The lady had me wait more than 30 minutes and she said shed be there in 15. She didnt prep my nails or do the after care. The finished product was fine but I feel like she couldve used more narrow acrylics.

They were understaffed with only 3 employees & took about an hour total with the wait for you get mani pedi all the while Im waiting my feet were soaking in the warm waterbut when they got to you they did a great job. I have never had a pedicure where they wrap your feet and legs with a hot towel after you had your pedicure. It felt really great to be pampered like that

Ive been to the majority of salons around town, and always end up back here. All of the staff members are so sweet. They have stayed open late numerous times to finish up with my services. The ladies I go to all know my family, and my friends that go with me, and I all by name. Their prices are great, especially for what they do. I recommend Kims to anyone that asks about nail services.

Rude, rushed service. The lady who did my nails was inexperienced at best and rude. My nails were lifting and instead of simply trying the parts that were she took a nail tip to run under my nail and remove the entire nail, ripping my natural nail top off. She then tried to replace it with the fake tip and was rude when I told her no, I didnt want it. I was told my nail was too short of the overlay I usually do and had to have it, I didnt get the false tip but arguing about what I want or dont want somebody to do to me is ridiculous. When the set was finished my nails were lumpy, bumpy and uneven. The owner sat next to the girl doing my nails the whole time and never once tried to intervene or help.

Terrible service!!I had heard that the place was supposed to be one of the best places in Lincoln but when I came here with my mom and sister, they basically waited to do theirs very last after they had already done people’s nails that had come in after us. They didn’t get their nails done till their water was very cold. The lady’s were also rude and rough while doing our toes. Also they were changing their prices left and right throughout the whole visit. My design on one of my toes was also very messed up and they didn’t even bother to try and fix it. Very disappointed!!

I tried this salon because they opened early and it was all around a great experience. Will definitely go back!

My nails are so ugly I am never going back. I have to go get them fixed at a better salon because they are so badly done. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but the nails I got there are the worst I’ve ever had in my life.

Went in, they kept skipping over us for their regulars. We wait one hour in our chairs. The nails were okay, even though the colors were completely different than what the sample showed.

Horrible. I dont know who was working when everyone else went to visit them but what I experienced was no where near 4.5 stars. I got a simple ombre full acrylic set no color and the woman who worked on my nails was more interested in hurrying up and doing a crappy job so she could get back to sitting on her phone . I pointed out to her that on some of my nails you could see the white coming through the pink and she just said no you cant its just a little bit. She never fixed them . Then on my thumb nail she had to re-do it multiple times because she kept drilling too much off .My nails ended up bumpy with dents and very uneven. I now have acrylic and gel stuck in my cuticles because she didnt pay attention at all .When I went to pay they charged me an extra $15 for a gel top coat that I didnt ask for and they never asked if I wanted it. Horrible customer service poor quality never going back !

I went here for years after someone referred me to them when I moved. They were always quick and did a great job. Sad I moved out of Lincoln to come here regularly

Very friendly staff, they make you feel taken care of. I felt like they took a little more time than some of the other places I have been. I appreciate a relaxing, non-rushed experience.

Ive been going here for several years but after this last experience never again will I step foot in that door. They were 1) in a hurry and didnt take the time to get it right, 2) the solution wouldnt take off the polish, so she used her own finger nails to scrape off my polish, and 3) she was in such a hurry, she didnt file my nails straight, left jagged edges, and 4) complained when I didnt have cash to pay. I went home with small bits of nail polish still on my nails and no clean up manicure or lotion. Poor, poor quality this time and because of that, I wont ever go back.

A very through nail shop

I had a shellac manicure and pedicure and not only did they do a very sloppy job it took over 2 hours for them to finish. There are many other nail salons in the area, spend your money elsewhere.

Came for just a a fill, lady spent maybe ten minutes on my nails and said I was done. The lady ignored my request to cut them shorter and when I asked to get them cleaned up around the edges, she said they look fine. After leaving and coming back maybe 10 min later she filed just the edges near my cuticle and added another three coats of shellac to my nails instead of restarting. With my nails looking like a five year old did it, I finally just left.

Very disappointed the past three times. They were too busy looking around at other clients then just focusing on my pedicure. My granddaughter was with me and she got a manicure, just a manicure after the pedi, it literally took over 45 minutes and then I left, she then followed around 10 min later. I guess we have to move on.

I left and my nail looked rushed and half of them were not sealed off to the sides of the nail nicely or are off to the side funny and they didn’t shorten them like I kindly asked. They didn’t ask me if they looked okay at any point, made me pay before they were finished and when I did ask to fix one she acted like I didn’t say anything at all and just went right to the next person.
