First of the lady doing my nails was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did the bare minimum. On top of that my shellac only lasted a few days before chipping off. I would not recommend this place ever. Save your self the money and disappointment go somewhere better.

My go to! I’ve always had great experiences here, even walking in, I haven’t waited more than 5 minutes. They are in the process of upgrading all their equipment, as well. Always great prices.

Have been going here consistently six years, Ive only had positive service experience. Ive had manicures, shellac, pedicures and eyebrow waxing and all to my satisfaction.

Really really bad customer service super rude to me, started pushing me around with the chair. While she was doing my nails she made me bleed. She was yelling at me. She was being super bossy She broke my nail and how to do it again and she was just super mean and it hurts so bad when she was doing my nails.

They are always so nice and professional! Will always confess back!

My granddaughter and I came late and they should have been closing. Instead of sending us away, they let us in and we love the great job. Acted like they had all the time in the world - did the color and design just as we asked and we could not be more pleased.

They were all so nice. And educated me very well and helped me with the problem I have that I never knew could be fixed for like 20 years I am very pleased

As far as manicures go, I have not been disappointed by this place yet. There are not many other places in town that I can say that for. The staff is nice and fun to chat with.

They made me wait a very long time when I came in for my appointment, and also I showed them what I wanted and they acted like they didn’t know what to do and all I wanted was short, natural French nails. They couldn’t even do a French nail without making all of the nails different shapes and some of them had streaks where there wasn’t even any nail polish. They were completely rude the entire time and I went there with the intentions of relaxing and to possibly make my day a little better before I had to go to a funeral. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I went to get my nails done with dip powder and my experience was horrible. The lady who did them took about 20 minutes to do them and was not paying attention the entire time. She was chatting with every other worker. She got up multiple times to help other customers and then when she returned she could not even figure out what nail she was on. I have never seen anyone care less about the nails they are doing or put less effort into it. I had to return to work so I didn’t have time to even examine them before leaving. I also had brought a friend with me and she was there for over two hours because they didn’t even start on hers until after I was gone. I do my own nails with dip most of the time so I know how it should look. I had never seen a worse job so I called to see if I could get refunded or have them redone and they said they would redo them. I arrived after work and turns out the lady who did them was the manager. She acted like they didn’t even look bad and started carelessly redoing them while calling over every employee and talking trash about me in Vietnamese then making comments in English about me as well. She then in the middle of doing them tried to blame it on my color choice and says “The next time you don’t like your color I will not redo them for free”. I have never been treated worse or been more unhappy with my experience at a nail salon. You could not pay me to go back.

I called in before my appointment to ask how much they charge for acrylics and the guy said $25 but they charged me $35 saying that nail polish costs $5 so I had to pick one color I couldn’t do multiple because for everyone new color they charge an extra $5 ! My nails were cut roughly before applying the tips and they were cut and shaped weird, they also did not clean my cuticles or cut them they just stated doing gluing the tips on and working. They were a little hard with using the mail file and tools but overall the nails came out pretty okay ! Would not go again

Been there a few times and had pretty good service. I asked for nude and looked down at my finished hand and she put a bright pink color on. When I told her it was the wrong color she said “pink is prettier for girls,” which was rude but it wasn’t an ugly color so I let it be. Recently, I got a pedicure and the guy CLIPPED MY SKIN! He was talking to someone who walked in and the clipper literally cut my toe and started bleeding. I complained because it hurt and was bleeding quite a bit and his solution was to put nail polish remover on it... I’ve never felt a burn quite so painful. I paid and tipped even though he clearly didn’t care he hurt me and two days later my toe still hurt and was puffy. I went to a doctor and they said that it was badly infected probably due to poor cleanliness and they had to remove my toenail. Don’t recommend to ANYONE. Poor customer service and poor quality job. Not even worth their cheap prices.

Poor service multiple times I was there getting my service I witnessed costumer complaining of bad service. Every single time I was there I asked for something and they always said no this will be better for you, they never want to do what you ask for and what you are really paying for. Today I wanted to change the color I originally picked and they said I couldnt because I was already in my seat so I just let it be. I asked my husband to come inside and help me find the color I wanted and they made a big deal about it I got up and said I didnt want their service no more and the lady still wanted to charge me 10 dollar when they only cut my toenails. They lost another costumer today for sure. I dont understand how you are paying for a good service and you asked for them to do what you want and still they dont care and do want its easier for them.

Great service! Super friendly and nice! Family owned and operated. Extremely pleased with work and at amazing prices! I most definitely will be back again! Love the atmosphere and so relaxing! Walked in and took awesome care of me.

Absolutely loved this place; mostly because the prices are reasonable and my nails turned out just as beautiful as it did when I paid more for it at a different nail place. Staff was also great and I was just really pleased with the way my nails were handled. Never going anywhere else.

Would not recommend, everytime i have gone they have been very rude and have grinded off my skin while grinding my nail down to nothing. went in today and went shopping later and the nail polish smudged so bad there was nothing i could do to fix it and they made an unnecessary amount of hang nails as well. incredibly unimpressed by the lack of customer service and the nail polish.

Got a Mani/Pedi here...very enjoyable experience. Very friendly staff, loved how my nails looked. Pedicure was awesome. Felt very pampered.

I broke my nail and I only went here because the nail salon I typically go to was closed. They fixed my nail but the lady was kind of rude. When I gave her a tip she just grabbed it out my hand and walked away. The least she could’ve said was thank you considering she didn’t do a good job on the nail color match. I wasn’t planning on leaving my nail salon but even for a broken nail I don’t think I’ll never go here again.

Very disappointed I’ve been a customer for almost two years suddenly they charge extra for things they normally do for free. Never coming back again they’re very unprofessional, the lady told me she would not keep filing my nails after I’ve explained I wasn’t happy with the shape she was doing. I suggest hot nails over LV similar prices, better service!!!!!

Went there once wasnt satisfied, decided to give it another try and it was even worse. The shape of my fake nails is horrible and I have glue all over where it shouldnt be. The lady did a very sloppy job.. she did them so quick because I guess a more valuable customer was waiting... there were nail shavings and chunks on the table from a different customer, super gross..

Yesterday I went to get the gold nails that I always get, and I told her for one they don’t look gold they look yellow and she put 2 coats of sparkle on which my nails didn’t look like the nail I picked out so I told her I don’t like. She said you still have to pay. I told her paying is not the problem I wanted this (points at the nail design) and this (points at my nails she just did) doesn’t look like that. She had an attitude and said this is the color you picked. No I picked the top coat and YOU picked the bottom coat. I didn’t say anything because I figure she knew what she was doing and she knew how to get my nails to look like what I had picked out. Another lady came and fixed them which they were still a yellow color not gold but I didn’t want to argue anymore. Then when I came in I asked for shellac & my eyebrows. When I got done with shellac the lady said I don’t have time to do them I have to leave (which she sat in the store a good 7 minutes after I left and sat in my car and watched her) I said I wish I would have known I couldn’t get my eyebrows done I would have never got shellac here either. I will not ever come back and I will tell all my family that comes there about my experience and hope they never come back either 🤬

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I came in to get the dip powder on my nails. Not only did they burn my nails multiple times but they didn’t color my nails fully. The tips of my nails were left white and the nail wasn’t fully dipped. The person who also did my nails was extremely disrespectful. Constantly telling me “I don’t have time for you all night” and to “stop watching tv”. I now have to go to a different nail salon to get my nails fixed and done the right way. This whole experience was a nightmare. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

Had been going to someone for 5 yrs. Was not happy and a person told me about LV Nails. My daughter and I were greeted and welcomed and taken care of. The place was busy but they took care of all that came in or asked them to come back or schedule an appointment

Horrible service! I’m a customer of 3 years and at the beginning they were super nice and they did an amazing job. I brought my friends and family there. Lately they charge extra for every little thing that they didn’t before, they rush through it and the out come is ridiculous! They have people that have no idea what they are doing, when you ask them to fix something they are super rude. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

I got my nails done here multiple times. They rush trough the process not caring if they mess up they have made me and my family bleed multiple times. They don’t put enough color on and you can still see the nail through the color. They miss spots and won’t fix them but will charge extra for more color. The top coat they use here leaves bubbles in the polish and after a few days the bubbles have “popped” but dirt and other things such as makeup get in them, leaving black spots on your bright nails. I don’t thinks it’s worth the time or the money.

I have gone to LV multiple times, everytime I go there is a new issue! Tonight was the last straw. Went in for a fill was not busy at all. I had a chip on my left thumb nail and I told the guy who was only taking the color off I will need a new tip. He said she(kim) would come over and decide that. Well she decided to just file down the one nail way shorter than the others. I wanted 2 colors and a glitter was told I would be charged for the third color. They talked about us a lot of the time in their language . Then when I finally went to pay I was told I couldnt get a stamp on the punch card they offer for a fill. Since when? I alway have!!

Im kinda in awe about the low ratings. This is my place of preference. The guy that does my pedi does an amazing job! You can feel the stress leave you and he takes his time, as well as the other lady when she does it. When getting a manicure or a full set they do a good job, but if I see something wrong of course I bring it up and they try and correct it. The prices are the lowest in Lincoln I have found and they do a good job. They give you your own tool set with your name if you ask for one. I recommend this place!

Today I came in for a pedi and a full set. The lady rushed through my nails and even cut me and I was bleeding. The acriylic application had bubbles in and she left one nail unfinished and expected me to pay the full price. She had already started with another customer and left me sitting there. I told I was only going to pay for the nails that were finished then got aggressive and even tried to take my card from my hand. I told her I had no problem paying the but the service was poor and since one nail wasn’t done why should I pay for the full service. She proceeded to try to push me into another chair and was yelling. I asked for another person to finish my nails. I paid. And I was trying to explain to her where I was coming from she completely acted childish and would talk even though she was the one yelling. I’ve been coming here for awhile and never once did I have a problem. But after today I will never give this place my business.

Went today for my First pedi and I enjoyed it. Plan To go back. They also did my family Friends pedi and mani and both hers turned out great. They was super nice and took there time with both of us. Ive seen some bad reviews about them but I am glad we had a good experience! Recommend highly

I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS PLACE MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN! First off I went to get a pedicure and a fill. They put me in the chair and started to take the shellac off. The woman had no idea what she was doing. Then she said she had to go collect a payment and would be right back. WRONG. I sat in that chair for THREE cycles of the back massage which are 30 MINUTES EACH until someone came back and assisted me. I literally had 4 different employees come and work on me after one hour and a half. What a JOKE! So I finally get done with my pedicure. I go over to the chairs and get a fill. My nails look like a week old I am SO DISAPPOINTED AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE EVER AGAIN!One ANGRY NO LONGER CUSTOMER. HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY YOU FILTHY ANIMALS.

Took my girlfriend there. She enjoyed it. They seem to do good work.

I used to like it here but lately the staff has been rude, take phone call after phone call while you sit there, wander off, and only the owner knows how to do everything so they rotate to do each step which can be frustrating. They got chemicals on my fingers last time and it burned bad until the next day. It took almost two hours for a fill and shellac and my shellac is already all chipped up after two days. Theyre rude. Dont know their shapes. Do uneven and incredibly thick acrylic nails. Just go somewhere else. $35 for a full set with shellac that is done poorly.

When this place first opened its was great but within this year service has declined, when treating yourself you should feel relexaed. Nail techs rush service and make it feel uninjoyable. Worst part is when staring pedi and mani they will tell you one price and at the end it ends up being a whole different price .

My first time visit to LV Nails it was literally the worst Ultra Rose Pack Supreme pedicure I have ever had. I literally asked for a nail file and said I would do myself due to the 4th of July my normal salon was closed. I will NEVER come back to LV nails. Worst Place in Lincoln for Pedicure services. I will glady go to my Normal nail salon Hot Nails and get the pedicure i deserve for what im paying

Very rude, and aggressive to my nails, nail lady was yelling across the solan, she made rude comments about the girl next to me wanting shellac nails and said she had tiny nails for shellac, the lady was yelling at my kid to sit down, my kid wasn’t distracting towards any one. I recommend going to another solan better.

I wouldn’t recommend this place they charge more money in the middle of the session. they do the nails sloppy and they are super rude. Something I’ve noticed is they treat you different if you are a person of color. 0 stars!!

I called this nail salon and I asked if I could get a full set, the lady that answered said itd be $15 for a full set, And hung up the phone on me when I wasnt even done speaking. I called back and asked the same question and she said I could come in. I got to the nail salon and they denied me. Drove all the way over here to get nothing done.! Woow thanks !!! Dont recommend!

I went to get acrylic and they used the bottom coat for the top and they have previously done this before and all the other times Ive been there and it peels off and leaves the nails looking dull and dirty, I love this place but dont go there for acrylics
