The level of service delivered was adequate, the level of cleanliness above average. The skill of the employees was above average and they did an amazing job on all of our nails.

Rude technician and very rough. The nails were discolored and I went back for a refund and they insisted I had to let them remove them to get my money back...I guess it saved me time taking the off.

Ive been here twice for a pedicure and had nothing but great experiences! I feel that the price for what you get is an amazing value. The workers are very meticulous and dont seem to be in a rush at all. My favorite thing was how careful theyre being with Covid. The lady doing my toes fully turned away from me and sneezed in her arm, got up and took her gloves off, went and washed her hands, then came back and put on a fresh set of gloves. Highly recommend this place if you live in Lincoln!

Leslee is phenomenal, she takes her time and her work is flawless. She does your nails exactly how you want them. I never leave unsatisfied. The whole team at Fetish nails is wonderful. They take walk ins but I would suggest to make an appointment that way they can expect you and you dont have to wait around and they wont rush through if they are busy. I like basic one color long coffin shape nails nothing fancy but Im pretty sure she can do anything you want. Thank you so much Fetish nails! 5 stars everyday all day.

Absolutely mediocre mani & pedi. They did have better customer service than most places. (they were willing to fix my manicure the next day after I called to let them know I was unsatisfied.) Also not sure if anyone there is actually a licensed nail tech, I didn’t see any certifications mounted.

I went in today as a walk in, was told they only had time for my pedicure but an appointment didn’t show so they did my acrylic nails as well, I got a fill and shellac on top. Best place I’ve been to in lincoln! Everyone was friendly and Amy did great! I’m definitely going to be going back to fetish nails!

Horrible experience. My daughter and I had appointment at 2:00. We waited almost 45 minutes before somebody started working on us. My daughter wanted simple design on all her nails. Girl who was doing it was pretty rude saying that will cost more money. When I said it’s not a problem, she did horrible job and charged us for it. After less then a week, her nails started chipping. This was first and last time that I will visit this salon. If I can give zero stars, I would!!!!

My 5 year old daughter and I were walk-ins on a Monday afternoon. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. There were 4 other customers receiving services, but after picking out our colors my pedicure and my daughters polish were started immediately. Great customer service, good prices, my pedicure was great and my daughter loved all the attention she got while getting her nails polished. We were in and out in less than an hour. It was the perfect ending for our day together. We hope to visit Kim and the other gals at Fetish Nails soon!

If youre looking for a place to get perfect acrylics, this is the place!! Kim has been doing my nails when I am in Nebraska for about 3 years now. She always does such a good job, and when I tell people theyre fake nails, most people cant believe because of how natural they look! (even people who regularly get acrylics have told me this) Ive gotten pedicures here as well and theyre always great. I travel quite a bit so I dont get here super often, but even when I do Kim remembers who I am, asks about my mom, and how school and work and everythings going. Its great to know I have such an awesome and inviting place to relax and get pampered!

My friend told me to check this new nail salon out and I did. I was shocked to see a lot of gals there waiting for nails done. I asked Fetish nail people how long it will take for the wait and they told me around 20 minutes. It was Saturday and I understand people want to get their nails done. So, I sat and waited for over an hour and nobody came to check with me. Finally I got to the chair for pedicure. The nail tech made me hurt so bad when trimming down my cuticles. I told her to do it more gently but she seems not to understand English. My toes were hurting and bleeding. The polish they put on my toes is not shiny and the design looks ugly. I think it is not worth it to come back. Watch out ladies.

I thought this place was ok, but one day I couldnt make it to my appointment, Im a busy mom i have so many things going on at the same time some days, so i called and ask if I could come at a later time and this girl rudely said, NO YOU CANT in a high toned voice, I was shocked she spoke with such attitude. I called later and spoke to one of the owner, she doesnt really want to say shes the owner. I ask her why did her employee spoke so rudely to me and she said, thats the way she talks and didnt even apologize, all she could say is called back when Im not upset. If this place wants to be in customer service they should really teach their employees how to talk to people. I will never go back there.

Horrible place I called and made an appointment walked in and they said they didnt put me down. The wait was so long going to a different place worse experience being my first time in Nebraska 😤

We called to make an appointment with Fetish nails salon for 3 pedicures on Thursday because we want to ensure that time is reserved for us. We came there and waited for more than 40 minutes. They did not seem to honor their appointment. After having had waited for a long time, we decided to leave but one gal stopped us and said she can take care one person now. I asked to have all three of us getting pedicures done at the same time. Finally, they did it but it was a waste of time. The pedicures are okay, not great. I dont want to say I loathe that salon, but I will never come back to Fetish Nails Salon.
