Extremely poor service still stoked I was told tech went home that was working on your nails come back tomorrow. After soaking for 30 minutes. No apology or empathy and walked away. How can you have a customer, start service and then tell them to come back tomorrow we’re closing and working on other customers. ???? 2 weeks before that nail polish came off after 24 hrs.For some reason I’m not able to reply to thread… look at the picture my polish was not removed. Needless to say, I never asked for acrylic I only get dip. I only wanted a simple dip #80 color sad to say, you walked away and left me sitting there as if I am not a regular paying customer (every 2 weeks). I highly do not recommend coming here. The owner reply is false. You gave extremely poor customer service I arrived at 5:23 to leave with my nails looking indescribable. Now my nails are broke, damage and embarrassing to look at.

I knew my toes were crooked. I am so disappointed . My toes aren’t usually cut down this low & now I can’t fix it. I also asked for a design… They did have larger group scheduled to come it but, I shouldn’t have came in if I knew she would rush. I spent $50 & still tipped. This is my second time at this location. I loved how the pedicure felt when I received my massage but for the price I don’t know if I will return.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Ive gotten my lashes done here and it always turns out amazing and beautiful. I got a pretty natural set and also tried a longer and dramatic set. Both turned out great! The facials were so relaxing and comfortable, and importantly helped improve my skin! The skincare that were used are professional, so you know youre getting a quality facial! I enjoy my experience every time I go there.

First time I leave a review and I had to because of the price and the service I received. The people were polite, but the job was bad.I called to ask for an appointment and they gave me a time. I was there on time and since I got there everything was rushed. I paid $70 plus tip for 2 people.They had to paint my toe 4 times and still was bad. I have 3 dark color nails and the rest are light.My acrylics were okay, I was not happy but satisfied. 5 days later one of my nails came off. I have never had a nail come off like this one did.I do not recommend this place.

I’ve been going to Nancy for years! She is wonderful and does a great job! I don’t go any other place!! Her daughter does a fabulous job with facials as well! Every experience is wonderful and love seeing her and all she does!!!

I wish I could give it zero stars.. my pedicure is the worst Ive ever had. Wasnt sure on a color the lady doing my toes spoke zero English so she didnt know what I wanted. She put a color on she didnt trim nor file my nails like I asked. I asked her to remove the color and told her Id do it. Then they made me still pay full price for untrimmed and shaped nails with no color on them. After saying something I was told to communicate.. as I did but she couldnt understand me. Ill never return for any services

Actually she did my facial so good but when I schedule she said $40 for 30 but she took $70 I recommend don’t do before asking how much costs. She returned my money and it was little mistake between us. Promise after my vacation I will come with my friends

This is the third nail salon I’ve tried in Lincoln and it is by far the best! They were so friendly and welcoming my first time. My daughter got a pedi and loved it. Jenny is the sweetest and is soooo attentive! She is amazing at nails, even free handed a design on mine! I came back for a pedicure and received the most relaxing one ever by Kim! Both ladies are so sweet, professional, and provide great attention to detail. I won’t go anywhere else for spa services now and I highly recommend!

I went in and wanted acrylic nails and i had to ask them 3 times for me to pick a color and my nails are starting to lift up after 5 days of getting them done. I’m not very happy because I payed 50 dollars. They weren’t very nice to me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Worst nail salon I have been too in my life. 😡

Nancy, Winn, Jenny and the ladies that do the pedis are all amazing women. They make sure that their customers are well taken care of. My nails come out perfect every time I get them done. This is hands down the best pedicure in all of Lincoln. I have tried different salons and I have never had a tech pay such attention to me. We had a party of 5 and they got to all of us in a timely manner, they didnt make any of us feel rushed. The CBD is so relaxing and we were offered a beverage as well. I will definitely return!!

Prices are way to expensive for what I got. Paid $20 to get a clear coat manicure. Lady who did my nails was not gentle and did it very poorly and quickly. 1/10, can’t say I recommend.

Very bad service the nails only lasted 3 days when the lady nacy and Jenny said they would last for 4 to 5 weeks when we called they were very rude and just hanged up the phone on us and didnt do anything change this its not okay I got 4 done and the nails were very bad the beads all fell of the first day and the Nancy girl got hair on my nail and it was very lumpy they did the worst job ever
