I go here all the time it has been my go to nail salon! They are all very nice!I actually followed Jay here and he’s been doing my nails for 2+ years! Always does an amazing job so I wanted to share!

I have been a regular customer here almost since I moved to Lincoln. Hanna is my nail tech and her work is stellar! I get the dip nails and the gel polish, and have never had any issues with chipping or breakage. I periodically have pedicures here as well, and even convince my guy to join me for an occasional pampering. Hot rocks, paraffin dips, various scrubs and callous removal...the works.Update...still a loyal customer, and still happy to say Hannah is still my nail tech. Ran across some photos of her work and thought Id add them. As you can see, my style is short and squared. Im not the best at getting in for maintenance as often as I should, but to this day, (with the gel polish, which is totally worth it), Ive never had a chip. Truly!

I’ve been going to Sapa about a year now, and my dip manicures always come out flawless. You really cannot go wrong with any of the staff. Everyone there isn’t kind and friendly.Special shout out to my man Jay, though! He makes for great conversation, gives an awesome manicure (takes his time and checks to ensure you like it), and gives the best hand massages!

Spring is amazing! Every nail is correct and her fine art is exceptional!! I have had others there and everyone is great there, until they get hurried. Then hand and foot/leg massages become very quick! I try to go during the slow times, which are becoming very infrequent!

Disclaimer: I previously used to frequent Sapa but stopped after multiple negative interactions with the manager regarding their customer service or lack there of. In a hurry last weekend, I went for a quick manicure and figured it would be easy. The associate helping me said they couldnt do any of the services I asked so I said what can you do and he offered dip.He did not shave down the previously placed acrylics, therefore they are not smooth. He did not glue down the fake tip to ensure it was secured so within 2 days, the nail and dip began to lift. I raised my concern to the manager as I sat in their salon, and he assured me no need to worry the nails would last.Fast forward to a week later my nail was hanging by a thread so i removed it. To my disgust I had a fungus. I began removing all the nails to ensure it was not a growing issue - EVERY SINGLE NAIL. I should have gone with my gut that day and made a bigger deal of things rather than taking their word that it would last. Poor service and questionable cleanliness.

Customer service when you walk in the door could be a little bit better, and a little bit more helpful especially if its your first time there

Customer Service is very poor, to the point of being rude. The man that sets up your appt pushes the most expensive services at you and if you say you need something such as a nail color change immediately he is rude and left me setting while he moved 2 people ahead of me.

My pedicure was really wonderful, and the woman was very kind.

The BEST nail place I have ever gone to! I came in around 3:30 expecting it to be busy and I was seated right away. I was offered a beverage and the nail technician May gave me plenty of time to pick a color without me feeling rushed. She took her time and got the shape I wanted for my nails! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. I think I just found my permanent nail place. Thank you Sapa nails for the wonderful customer service!!

Clean crisp decor....tools were sterilized and bagged. Staff was friendly, competent and careful.I had a pedicure and manicure...I have my nails dipped and 3 of them were broken and all too long ( so glad to finally find a salon open). They did a great job making them look normal again.

Great place to feel pampered. They have a menu you chose from which makes it easy to not over-spend. Its a new building so everything feels really up to date.

If you want all the length cut off, someone who doesnt listen to wanting squared nails, and different really short nails of different length, some not even straight.....this is the place for you. Ask for Tammy. She cuts months of grown out nails right off. This is my 3rd visit. The first 2 were great, after this Ill never go back. Be ready for over grinding where it gets hot.

I have only been here twice, and the first time I had a wonderful experience with Lena. The second time, I asked for the same color I had had previously and the nail tech told me that they didnt have that color when I had gotten my nails done there a few weeks earlier. I had originally gone in to get a fill, then decided on a new set entirely and when I told her that she just filed down the fake tips on one hand and then added the fake tips to the three that I had broken on the other hand. The customer service is good, but the quality of work varies on who you get. Needless to say, I will only be returning if I schedule an appointment with Lena.

Sapa is the best place to get your nails done in North Lincoln! The service is always great, no matter who does your nails. The staff are friendly, the salon is very clean, and the price is right.

I got a dip powder manicure here yesterday and had a wonderful experience. I didnt have to wait at all when I got there and Wes did an excellent job! He was very informative when he was explaining my options and helped me choose the perfect color. This was my second time getting a dip powder manicure here and Ill definitely be back!

I loved the nail technician and always made an appointment with her every two weeks. I drive in from out of town and this last time we had snow, it took me a little longer because of the roads. I was 20 minutes late to my appointment because of that. As I was apologizing for being late, I was told everything was fine. Well, when I went to pay the manager completely ripped into me about how I need to call the next time if I’m going to be late. He went on and on, it was humiliating and I was totally embarrassed as customers were staring. He was scolding me like I was a child! Needless to say did not schedule my next appointment and won’t EVER go back. Nice place, but you will pay for it if you’re late for a scheduled appointment!!!

Always the best when I go there. They are so friendly and always do a really great job. The basic pedicures and manicures are better than the really expensive ones at other salons. Would highly recommend!!

Good with nails but not so much service. I chose colors for my nails and I ended up arguing with the lady about which color it was. She said she remembered what the colors were and said numbers of colors that I was sure werent the colors I chose. I asked to check and she refused because she was sure she remembered. Eventually, I got her to let me check, and I was right about her being wrong. Didnt get an apology or anything, just bad customer service.

I go to Sapa Nails on a regular basis and love it. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the establishment is clean and relaxing. Last week I took my bridal party to Sapa and they went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect for myself and all the girls. Such a great place!!!

I’ve had shellac, acrylics and dip here, plus pedicures. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Lincoln. Always seems like a clean interior and every technician I’ve had has done a good job. Never had a problem with the quality of service I’ve received and I’ve gone here 3+ years

Sapa Nail Spa has been great every time Ive been. The manager is very personable, friendly, and accommodating. Kathy did a wonderful job on my pedicure! I definitely recommend this place!

I am usually a regular at Sapa, the last time I went I was very unsatisfied. I went in for a fill and polish change. I had Lena, she took my hand and after painting pushed it into the fan. She then let out a huff and was telling me I have to be more careful, for HER mistake. She told me shed fix it but it wouldnt be pretty. She left half my nail undone. I asked her to redo it again and she scolded me telling I was just a un-careful little girl. Im an adult. She ended up just putting a glob over it, so it looks like a patch over my nail. She then proceeded to leave brush marks all over my nails and put the polish on too thick. She tried to humiliate me in front of other customers. NEVER going there again they lost a loyal customer.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!! The staff is always so caring and helpful. They understand everything needed. Pedis are wonderful. They do dipping extremely fast and it lasts so long. I had a cough and Nhi was automatically get things me a cough drop without even asking. They opened my water. Top service here!!

I only went there because Lena did a good job the first time I went. Then I had someone else did my nails the second time I went, it was a lousy job and she either did not know it ( which could mean she has a low standard of how nails should look, given the fact that she is a nail technician, it’s kind of surprising) or did not care about it.Then I requested to have Lena do my nails only. She is very good IF she took her time. She did messed up my nails once though, I went home unpleased because my nails looked patchy. The next time I went I had to asked her not to rush.I don’t mind paying a little bit more but the manager/ boss was constantly trying to rush the technicians. I feel very uncomfortable to see him standing right next to Lena and they spoke Vietnamese language about something. I could sense that he wanted her to hurry up, because that was exactly what she did after the conversation.I’m also disappointed at the manager’s attitude when I asked Lena for a disposable mask. He said the customers aren’t allowed to use it unless it’s paid for. I said that’s fine, I’ll give you money for it. So he charged me $1 for a 10 cents worth mask.I feel this place isn’t as welcoming as some other nail salons in town. I don’t think that paying $$ and driving 20 minutes is being justified by the overall quality I had received.

Horrible experience I will NEVER go back there nor will I recommend this place to anyone. I went thinking that they would be just as good as my old place but I was sorely mistaken. I had a fill done... They are my nails but I get acrylic over them... The lady that did my fill only put acrylic on the nail beds not the entire nail. Then she put very watered down shellac over top, they didnt look good as some were dark, some were light. The next day I noticed some nails werent fully covered in shellac even and they were already chipping!! Ive never had shellac chip off. So I went back and got them redone at no charge. Its been 2 weeks and because of the tech not coating the entire nail in acrylic ; most of my nails have broke off and the shellac is almost gone from each nail. I am so disappointed and will never return to this salon.J Smith

Great service and a job well done on my and my daughters nails! Good selection of polish and services, and I love that they do free artwork for kids nails. I gave 4 stars because there was a $5 charge to remove my previous shellac polish, and my young daughter and I were done at different intervals and sat next to eachother for maybe 10 minutes total during our mani/pedi time.

I went there to get a manicure and decided to do powder dip and tips as well. The lady did my nails quickly (which isn’t always a bad thing) but did not do my manicure like I asked such as cuticle treating, massage, etc. She had a appointment scheduled at 12pm who was 45 minutes late. Even though her appointment was late, she rushed me to get to her. Lastly, the main reason why I went there was because I had a gift card. Apparently, only the manager knows how to run gift cards at the register but he wasn’t there so she could not take it. I had to pay out of pocket for $50 when I had a gift card. I am not pleased by this place which is sad because it has such high reviews. ☹️

Very poor work, I asked the guy to file my nails a little to shape them oval. He immediately cut them very short, and didnt even file them. He seemed very rushed, they ended up looking very simple and out of shape and different sizes. Never going there again, worst nail experience.

First visit. Was rushed to find color as they were busy, but we were a wedding group and made reservations and i was early. Had pedicure and shellac nails. Shellac peeling off within 5 days! Hopefully they will honor refund or redo. Pedicure was ok. Will decide on returning depending on their customer service.

Pedicure went great but then the woman who did my nails was rushed and rough. She seemed upset.The lady who did my pedicure told me she hadn’t eaten all day and hadn’t had a break since she started at 10 and it was currently 5:30pm. I am concerned the employees aren’t being treated humanely.

I went in to get acrilyic nails done and Tammy did the best job ever. Im not kidding, if you want a full set ask for Tammy. Shes the best!!

I wanted to find a new nail salon in town with a better atmosphere that does quality work. I found Sapa on Yelp. It had great reviews, was in a swanky location, so my best friend and I went this morning and the experience was amazing! The nail techs really took their time to make sure my hands and feet looked and felt amazing. I was expecting it to be way more expensive because of the location, but my bill came to $65 which included the spa pedicure (with shellac removal) and a spa manicure with shellac. And no messy polish! Usually, after a mani / pedi, I go home and have to clean up several spots. Not today! The staff was super friendly and excited that we were there, even though the place was packed. They offered us drinks as soon as we sat down (I wish I would have got the wine, but it was still super early!) and the massage chairs were amazing. The experience was relaxing and painless, no cut cuticles or pinching. I cant say enough good things about this place.

I went for the first time a week ago and left the place unsatisfied with the service. It was expensive and the work was incomplete. I talked to the manager and he invented some lame excuse for their mistakes. I was so upset that I left the place as soon as posible and finish their job at home. Im never going back to this place.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to! If I could give it less than one star I would. I got a pedi and had a nail tech that had the worst attitude ever and when I asked her for another coat of nail polish, both my friend and I saw her roll her eyes. Then less than 24 hours later, I have the most painful toe and can hardly walk on it and the manager didnt even offer a gift card to come back!!! Worst service ever!
