Great work done here. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. They are very friendly and always willing to work with you with payments. One of my friends who I have recommended was very pleased with them as well. I personally wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Makes you feel at home!

Leaving your hometown dentist is hard, but this place feels like I never left. From my first appointment everyone was friendly and helpful, and several appointments later I feel like they know me. The staff is always knowledgeable and good at what they do too. After getting some work done, they made sure I Was satisfied and comfortable.If youre looking for a new place to get your chompers checked, I would highly recommend Northstar Dental!

I love the staff and the dentist! They will do everything possible to make sure that I get the right treatment I need. I hadnt visited a dental office in years but when I went here they didnt judge me. I would recommended this office to anyone.

I recently had a crown and filling done by Dr. Barth. My teeth have been very sensitive in the past after dental work, but I have not had any problems at all.The appointment went great. I never felt a thing getting numbed up, and the procedure was painless and easy too. The staff was friendly as well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Barth and Northstar dental.

I love it here. The staff is so friendly and knocked all my fears out the window. They explain everything to me in such a manner I understand and make me feel like everything is going to be alright. They are very flexible on switching appoitment times and help with what they can to make affordable payments. I love going here.

Kathryn and her staff are very helpful. I had to have an emergency root canal and they scheduled me for the root canal very quickly. She also played Chris Stapleton music the whole time during the procedure. I appreciate her willingness to help and how kind she was. Her and her staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I have visited Northstar Dental four times this year. At each visit, the staff was great and Dr. Kathy Alderman was gentle, kind, and fun! They made me feel comfortable and cared for.I will be going back to Northstar Dental again and again. I highly recommend their work.

Dr. Burbach is the best. I went there after not going to a dentist for over 10 years because I was so terrified. After that one visit, and many to follow. I will NEVER go anywhere else. GREAT place! I cant say one bad word. They make you feel comfortable. Clean. Every person who works there smiles and loves their job.

Northstar Dental has been our family dentist for 4 years. Theyre excellent with young children. My young daughter looks forward to her twice yearly cleanings because they are gentle and make it fun.

From the minute you step into their office at Northstar Dental you feel right at home. Someone always greets me the moment I walk in the door with a friendly smile and welcome. I feel at ease every time I have an appointment, whether it is just for a cleaning or major dental work. The Dentists and the Hygienists always make sure I am comfortable, not experiencing any pain and they genuinely care each and every time. I have gone here for years and I highly recommend this office or any of their offices. Also I recall a time many years ago when I had a bad tooth and Dr. Alderman called me on her day off (and it was a weekend) to see how I was doing and make sure I didnt need anything. Priceless!!! After I moved to Lincoln from the East coast I had to find a new dentist. I asked my coworkers and Dr.Kathryn Alderman was highly recommended to me. I had to wait a few weeks for an appointment with her but it was well worth it. The overall experience was much better than I expected or what I previously experienced at other dental offices. Her office also end up to be more affordable than any dental services in the past.If you are looking for a high-end dental care at affordable prices and excellent customer service, you will not be disappointed.This is top-of-the-line, first rate dental care.  No question about it.

This is an updated review! I had a previous experience with the office that was not the best but something amazing just happened. Dr. Alderman just called me personally to inquire specifically about the service I was not satisfied with. After speaking with her she apologized for the service because she truly cares about her patients and the full service they receive. She is looking into the issues because her business is more than just a business. To have her personally call and listen really shows she cares about what she does. I appreciate the one on one personal inquiry. Definitely will go back to her practice if my family needs services.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to.The office is undoubtedly closed today (Sunday), and Im having severe tooth pain for some reason. I have an appointment later this week, but wanted to leave a voicemail to have them call me about getting in sooner. My only expectation was to leave the voicemail and hopefully to be seen on MondayUnexpectedly, Dr.Kathryn Alderman answered and scheduled me for an emergency visit.Long story short, Northstar Dental always meets or exceeds my expectation. I would recommend them for crowns and implants. They took me in with a missing molar and an emergency broken tooth. Here I am several months later with 2 new implants that look exactly like my natural teeth. I love this office!

I have seen multiple Dentists at the office and every single one of them have been extremely friendly, always asking if Im ok throughout the visit. The front desk staff are great with insurance and scheduling, always accommodate to my busy schedule. I am not a huge fan of going to the Dentist but have really enjoyed my experience with Northstar Dental.

Will do unnecessary work just to gain an extra buck! Be careful youre not getting things done to your teeth that are unneeded! Was told I had 2 cavities that they needed to fill on my right side, I knew something was fishy because you can feel some kind of sensitivity or something, they charged me before I was even seen again for my two fillings that wasnt complete. Went to Williamsburg Dental this week and come to find out, after taking more x-rays (I needed that second opinion) I do not have any cavities. Im still waiting on my refund check from Northstar, if I dont recieve it further action will be taken, I need my full refund for lies! Watch out! Be aware! Make sure youre only getting work for what you actually need! Wonder how many others they have fooled...Update: Got a refund check, but was only refunded for 1 not both that I paid for. Leeches!!! Reporting to the BBB

I love big windows and looking at the sky while getting my cleanings.Besides big windows, it seems as everyone there tries to make my experience to be a positive one.

The dentist here are perfectly fine theyre nothing special theyre just average dentist however the front office staff at this location are terrible they have billed my account as well as fraudulently my sisters account and my parents account for treatments that I paid for before I left the office the day of treatment. I have not been under my parents insurance for many years and separated my account or so I thought at the time of switching insurances however after my mother got billed I called again and the front office said they would separate it at that time.I am now dealing with them billing my sisters account even though after the ordeal with my mothers account Ive stopped using their services. Im still connected to my parents account where they are giving away my information to anyone that calls from their account. It is completely unprofessional and not worth the headache for average dentists.**Kathryn Alderman unprofessionally messaged me on Facebook asking me to remove my review. After I told her to not contact me again she did and personally attacked me and said something referring to my mother (who is as of today a former client). Northstar Dental is a terrible place with no professional boundaries DO NOT GO HERE!**

I have a hard time finding a dentist that makes me feel at ease, but Dr. Ohara puts me at ease. Never have to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room.

I switched to Northstar Dental when I started to have serious concerns about the dentist I was using. I was cautious about switching but I have been in to Northstar twice and have had excellent visits each time and am very happy with the service and the care I received.
