I love this place. The staff is friendly, professional and courteous. The appointments are on time and they run an organized office. They do a really thorough job with cleanings and routine visits. The are also great with kids. My kid has more complicated dental work and they explained expectations and costs up front. They keep you informed about your upcoming appointments and scheduling is a breeze. I highly recommend this practice.

I visited for a cleaning and exam and had a good experience overall. The Dental Hygienist, Danielle, was impressive. She went to great lengths in explaining my procedure and making me feel comfortable. My interaction with Dr. Was was brief but she was quite pleasant. The facility was clean and COVID-19 compliant. I appreciated all the appointment reminders, the ability to do most things online ahead of my visit, and even a birthday greeting before my first appointment!

I just started going to this dental office and each time I’ve been there they say I need a new specific procedure done. In over 30 years, I’ve never had any problems with my teeth/gums. In fact, the only dental work I ever had done was having my wisdom teeth pulled nearly 20 years ago. No cavities or anything. No other dentist has ever mentioned any problems or potential problems.Each procedure is more expensive than the last and could cost me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. The front desk girl tried to charge me twice for the same service and when I said something, she became upset.The dentist and hygienist have always been very nice but I’m becoming increasingly concerned with the amount of work they’re pushing on me and the cost. May be seeking a second opinion.

The cleaning went very well despite the failure of the ultrasonic cleaner. The hygienist was able to finish using older methods of cleaning. The dentist answered all my questions although I sensed she was in a bit of a hurry.

A great experience overall. They were extremely friendly and efficient. They made it easy to fill out all of the paper work ahead of time so when I arrived I only had to wait a few minutes for my appointment. The hygienist was very thorough and extremely friendly. The dentist was quick and efficient. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would recommend them to others.

I have such bad anxiety when having work done because I struggle to become fully numb and can feel the drill. I explained this to EMILY and she advocated for me and Dr. WASIELEWSKI came up with a new concoction of numbing agents and it was the first time in my life that I was fully numb. They took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable. With each visit, my anxiety decreases because of the kindness of the staff here. Big Kudos to Emily for advocating for me and Dr. Wasielewski for being willing to try something new to help me!!

The people working at Williamsburg Dental were professional, polite, and did a nice job building up a tooth. The check-in process was not a great experience, due to Covid. I called the number they listed to check in and got no response for over 10 minutes; thats why I cant give them 5 stars. Everything else was fine.

Horrible place! The amount of lies they told me and false information! They wanted me to get my wisdom teeth out but I got all four taken out 2 years ago!!!! They only care about the money. My experience was the worst, would not recommend!

It was a good experience with everyone and they were all so kind, gentle and caring but I believe too much as thrown at me. I am not having any trouble with my teeth. Dr Was said I had a crack in a silver filling and also signs of other cracks so it needs a crown, another tooth on the other side needs to be ground down and a crown, she wanted me to call and schedule a consult with an oral surgeon to start the process for an implant from a tooth I had pulled years earlier and she would send X-rays over. I really had not decided if I wanted an implant yet. I was overwhelmed with all the expenses and wondered if I really truly needed this work done. My dentist in Norfolk said nothing to me of these things 2 years ago and he always would said “ let’s just watch and keep an eye on things” he never rushed or pushed procedures. Just very unsure about what happened today!

Great office, the nicest staff, I was happy to find them 7 years ago when I moved to town, lucky me they were at the top of the list of places that take my insurance.

I decided to change dentists and had heard good things about Williamsburg Dental. Im so impressed with Dr. Wasielewski, her team of dental hygienists and even the front desk staff. By far the best teeth cleaning I have ever had. The hygienist was extremely personable and very thorough. I also spoke to Dr. Wasielewski about a residual problem with a root canal Id had for about 6 years that no pervious dentist could alleviate. She prescribed a different course of action and Ive been pain free for months now. I cant say enough good things about Williamsburg Dental Village Drive.

I so have the highest regard and confidence for my Dr. Amy W. And hygienist, Dana.

First, let it be noted that I detest going to the dentist. Secondly, let it be noted that I gave WDV 5, yes, FIVE stars!!I do not have a movie star mouth. My teeth and gums are not my pride and joy. More like my taxman, the less I see em the better. 😂 But Dr Amy and her top notch crew keep me smiling and make me feel like my experience at their office is important to them, not like they want me to leave as soon as possible. Further, the dental hygienist is soooo talented, I rarely even can tell where shes working on my mouth. Now thats gooodd. They have helped me get my oral health to a happy place, and I can strongly recommend their dental services!

My husband needed some dental work several years ago and was referred to Williamsburg. We started bringing my daughter here when she was 18 months old. They have made every dental visit such a positive experience for her and her sister. They explain what is happening in ways our girls understand. They keep us informed on our daughters dental development which allows us to make informed decisions about their care. I had just moved to Lincoln and hadnt found a new dentist yet. I had a painful toothache and when I called to see if they were taking new patients they were so helpful! They worked me in 20 minutes after I called. My first recommendation would be to be on time or even a little early for your appointment. They had me in a chair before my appointment time! They were so pleasant and helpful. They explained things to me that no dentist had even told me about. They gave me all my options and recommendations then let me decide what to do. They were so pleasant and informative! Also...I dont have dental insurance and they explained a membership savings club plan. It was a perfect fit for me and saved me money. Awesome 5 star first experience!

Impressive sanitation procedures in the midst of the pandemic! Friendly, efficient staff from the reception desk to the dental chair.

It was my first time with a new dentist office in many years and I was very impressed. They took time to really go over my history, do full X-rays, and a comprehensive exam. My hygienist, Caleb, was awesome! He was very outgoing and informative. I felt both at ease and that I learned a few things while sitting in the chair. Dr Wasielewski (Danielle) was also very friendly and informative. The ladies at the front were great at the end of my appointment as well. I am so pleased we chose Williamsburg!

Everyone was both professional and friendly. They answered my questions thoroughly and I did not feel at all rushed. I’m confident I will have a longterm association with Amy Wenninghoff, DDS.

The dental assistant I had at this location was absolutely amazing! She even took time to ask about my concern at a previous location I had concern at. I felt demeaned by the dentist and hygienist at another williamsburg location. However, she made me feel like they werent even connected. The dentist was also the sweetest. So glad to have given williamsburg another try at a different location. Love them!

The kindest Dentist I have ever been to hands down, the Staff make you feel at ease. Dr Amy is so gentle and kind. They jumped through hoops to make sure I was taken care with my schedule. I have always been afraid of Dentists but don’t feel this way with Dr. Amy.

The dentists and hygienists are great. They do, however, charge patients an extra $15 pandemic fee for cleaning, which insurance doesnt cover. This is ridiculous! Its already costly to go to the dentist and now they add on another $15.

Every single person, from scheduling to check-out, was SO nice! Jen, the Hygienist, and Dr Amy, were very helpful in explaining my treatment plan so I didnt leave with any unanswered questions. The office is very well organized, especially in this crazy time of Covid, and every precaution was taken, so I felt super comfortable during my visit.

Safe of entering the building, front desk staff were helpful. My dentist had great communication, and was great overall. Enjoyed my first appointment!

They carefully determined what the best and most economically feasible approach to my treatment would be. They developed a plan and communicated it to me clearly, concisely, and completely. Dr. Amy did a good exam but I got the feeling that she wanted to shuffle me off to an oral surgeon rather than do the work herself. I understand that it would be a difficult extraction but I trust her to do the work well.

I switch to Williamsburg Dental after having a horrible experience at a different dentist office in lincoln.My previous dentist broke one of my permanent crowns, and placed a filling to cover their mistake. Then they did a shotty job on another temp crown.When the Dentist and staff assisted me at Williamsburg Dental they were nice, gental and ensured the upmost professionalism.Williamsburg Dental has since taken care of my broken crown with the best care possible. They are big on the patients needs first and not their own and I value that.

After procrastinating for a couple of years, I worked up the courage to search for a new dental service and picked Williamsburg Dental on Village Drive. I got my initial cleaning, a very thorough exam and xrays within 2 weeks. I got an extraction, preparation of supporting teeth, and a temporary bridge in a week, and will be getting my permanent bridge shortly.I am so very impressed with the level of care I received and I highly recommend this office to everyone. The Doctor and staff are thorough, competent, highly professional, and also friendly.

They charged me an extra15$ for a covid ppe charge when I went to get my teeth cleaned. Talked to insurance which claimed they should charge it due to their contract with insurance but they are refusing to refund my money. I wouldnt be so upset but they didnt inform me about this charge prior to getting teeth cleaned, which should be covered 100% per my insurance. I have talked to almost a dozen other people and other dentist office which dont charge. I feel like they are taking advantage of us over covid just because they state law says they can

My experience at Williamsburg Dental Village Drive was amazing! The staff were all incredibly helpful. The dental hygienist I had took the time to explain everything that she was doing and explain the science behind a lot of things I had never even thought about before, and I really appreciated it. Everyone was so professional, and I could tell they were working hard to make it a great experience. I will absolutely continue seeing them and would recommend them to anyone!

Just not happy with my bridge that a previous dentist from there did. Not flush with gums so anytime I eat food gets stuck there and I can’t use my water pic every time I eat and now I got a cavity under it they were able to fill but said if I get anymore there I will need an implant so the charges I have paid for this one tooth is outrageous even with dental insurance.

As enjoyable an experience as going to the dentist can be! The hygienist Sarah, who I spent the majority of the time with, was really cool and made me feel very relaxed just by her nature. She told me what was about to happen or how I would feel right before she did it, which I really appreciated. Both she and the dentist Dr. Woz were good about talking to me about options without pushing any procedures. Also, I always pay attention to how the higher-ups treat the other staff and everyone here seemed like an equal and everyone was very respectful to each other. Seems like an awesome place!

Williamsburg Dental is absolutely fabulous! I’m very particular about the Doctors my family uses and they fit all of my requirements. They are friendly, caring, educated, knowledgeable, and current. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Amy and Rachel are the best! I had boycotted dentists for awhile after many bad experiences. I went to Williamsburg as a walk in after I had a infected wisdom tooth. They made a bad situation so much better. They are wonderful and I am now a loyal patient. They are gentle. They do not try to do a bunch of unnecessary work to hit quotas like other places I have been. They truly care about your comfort and concerns!

I have been using Williamsburg dental for years. I love the dental technicians. The place I went to before this, I always left with my teeth hurting. Williamsburg dental does a great job of getting my teeth cleaned but without me leaving in pain.I am self-pay and they used to have a discount for self pay which was great. But now they offer a in-house plan that was cheaper than my previous self pay for the year and it gives me more of a discount when I need additional work done.The dentists have also always listened to me and answered all the questions I need without making it seem like Im asking dumb questions.I never feel like Im being judged for the level of care I give my teeth. Sure they would love it if I flossed (which I never do) but I dont feel shamed.

Office was able to get me in not only as a new patient but on a emergency basis. Everyone was very kind and professional. Great job would highly recommend this office.

This was a general cleaning. My wait before being brought back was only a minute or so! My hygienist was friendly and did a great job-and was very gentle! I’ve been going to the practice for years and find everyone to be friendly and professional.
