By far the best place to for treatment in Lincoln. They speak to you like your not their paycheck, they give the best advice they can for your treatment plan, and talk to you like they care... Which Im sure they do. I will never go to another dentist other than Aspen dental. They do great job there.
I have never felt so at ease in a dental office!!! The entire staff was amazing!! As soon as I walked in, everyone was so helpful! Ebony, Jade, Dana and Dr Koentjoro explained everything as we went along....letting me decide what treatment path I wished to take. I am soooo happy !! Thank you!!

I am not a dentist type person but they treated me like an adult kid. I was impressed with the x-ray tech, hygenist, office personnel and Dr. that took care of me today. Answered all questions and took time with me.
They were timely with care, I didnt have to sit around and wait. They were polite and knew their jobs. The charges for treatment were separated out and easy to see, and the staff member helping was beyond helpful.
I had my dentures relined. They are as always friendly and welcoming. Finished denture felt comfortable.

This place is great! I haven’t been to a dentist for a hot second, so I was quite nervous, but the staff changed that for me quickly! Everyone was so nice, professional, relaxed and they took time to explain everything to me medical and financial wise. I highly recommend this place :)
The staff were really friendly. When taking pictures and scans of my teeth, they were really gentle. The hygienist also took the time to further explain and recommend things that would help me which made the whole experience extremely pleasant.
They did a really job a pulling over 17 teeth. I had very little pain 5 days ago and still had no pain.

Ebony was amazing with the speed and precision of the X-Rays and Tiffany did an incredible job with the cleaning. Everyone in the building was an absolute pleasure to work with and I am so excited to have found somewhere I enjoy this much. Can’t recommend this team and location enough!
Been to this office a few times now. Never a bad experience. Always had great service never more than 15 minute wait. The new girl In training today was even amazing and the doctor was so into teaching her the way. Very impressed and I will for sure be back. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK CREW AND FIND A HYGIENIST

It was good all questions was answered and everything was explained. Everyone was nice. I will tell my family and friends to check you out. Hopefully they will have the right insurance to be seen. Overall my experience with everyone I talked to and the exam was good. I even have a appointment set up for my mom. Its been a long time since my mom has been seen by a dentist. The staff here are amazing. Not only are the staff very helpful, they greet you with a friendly smile and are never rude. If you ask me, would I recommend aspen to any Id say yes......EVERYONE! I could keep going on how amazing and awesome these guys are but Ill let you guys be the judge.

My experience at aspen dental was good. The dentist answered all my questions that I had and helped me come up with a dental plan for all of the work I need done. April the office manager is the best! She goes above n beyond to make sure you get what you need!
The dentist recommended I fill a tooth so I did. The pain never went away so I paid for another appointment. I waited an hour to spend 2 minutes with the dentist to tell me that tooth I just paid to have filled needed a root canal or extraction. Then I waited another 30 minutes to schedule my next appointment before I gave up and left. Now they want me to keep giving them my money for their bloated prices to fix a mistake they made. Very unhappy with aspen dental.
The follow up instructions on my wisdom teeth were not very clear. Other than the sheet of paper i was given. There was no anesthesia. No laughing gas. The people were nice though. Pricing was NOT very clear.
My first experience was great! I am always nervous going to the dentist but with the positive attitudes all around the building especially Kim and Bri were great!The dentist was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. Aspen dental was able to see mr in just a few days from calling them. I was greeted by friendly office staff and seen within 5 minutes of my arrival. The exam was thorough and the dentist explained procedures I would need completely. I look forward to having the dental work done.

Aspen Dental is amazing! I got Invisialign which corrected my open bite. Super easy and great staff!! Plus they had a great payment plan and Invisalign there is much more affordable than anywhere else.Justice T.

That was the best dental experience that I’ve ever had. I had one of my teeth pulled and the one who pulled my tooth was so quick and efficient that I didn’t even know that the procedure was over. It was that quick. She was also clever on how she diverted my attention away from that long needle she stuck in my mouth. I give them 2 thumbs up👍👍

Back in 2014 I got new dentures with a 7 year warranty. In the last 3 years Ive had to have two teeth replaced and two cracks repaired. Today I went in first thing this morning and I had to go back 3-4 hours later for another crack repair. I wanted to talk with the dentist and was asked to wait five minutes, 20 minutes later I finally left. Their repairs dont last and they make my bite off, but no one wanted to listen. Im done.
Look, if I could give this place 10 stars I would. The dental hygienist, Taylor, was SO kind and informative. The dentist I saw was also very informative and they all made sure they answered my questions and I understood the process. Overall, the staff at this location CLEARLY cares about their patients and YOUR health. They go above and beyond. Best experience I’ve had at a dentist office. If you were thinking about giving them a call, do it! They work with you as much as they can so you have a great experience. I cant stress how friendly the staff is. I’ll be coming back for sure.
I had a good experience at Aspen Dental. It really wasnt their fault that times were limited because of Covid 19 and I will have to return to finish. The staff was so friendly and made me very comfortable! I will stay ther as a regular patient!
I felt like I was being sold a car. They had me talk to 3-4 different people before I was even taken care of for the reason I came in. I had a tooth that was causing pain, they wanted to check my teeth for a cleaning plan. I just wanted my tooth fixed so i wouldnt be in pain. I have to say when it came time to do the actual work on my tooth, the dentists were great. Everyone was friendly and concerned about my well being. Thats why theyre getting the 3 stars.

Imagine going to the dentist and leaving feeling more upbeat than you did before you got there. That was my experience. I was nervous that I hadnt been taking as good of care of my teeth but after talking with the hygienist and the dentist they assure me that I was in good hands. They put together a plan to get my teeth back to 100% and they were very friendly about it. More importantly they were positive about what could be done and what required the most attention. I would recommend them to anyone!
I was told there was a chance they could treat my tooth on my visit but that it wasnt guaranteed. Fair enough, but once I got there it was pretty clear they knew there was no chance from the beginning. Just want to bill my insurance.The doctors note they gave me to excuse me from work did not cover the time the appointment took. I asked them to fixed it and they refused, which is going to ccx cause corrective action at my work. I called the corporate office and they are trying to help me but this local branch is being uncooperative.

This was my first dentist appointment in three years and they were really nice and caring. The hygienist explained everything that she was doing to my mouth and what it meant and I was very appreciative of that. Everyone did ask me various times if I had any questions, which I appreciated as well, because although I didnt have that many questions towards the beginning, with all the explaining I had more questions towards the end and I felt less intimidated by the dentist as well as more knowledgeable about my health. I definitely recommend Aspen Dental!
As my first visit I was greeted warmly and only waited 5 minutes before being seen. (I had filled out the paperwork at home) The dental assistant was very nice and professional and the Dentist gave a thorough explanation of my situation. It would have been nice to watch tv during the wait times in the dental chair

While I cant necessarily complain about the professionalism of the staff and facilities, all I will say is that during the initial consultation they claimed I had a couple dozen cavities. They wanted me to pay around $6000 to fix it. As someone who has only had one cavity in their life I was skeptical so I went somewhere else for another consult. I HAD ONE CAVITY.

I was seen right away, but thats the only upside. After my x rays were taken and I was notified what was going on and the treatment i would need I was taken to the financial office. While they advertise free exam and x rays for new patients (of which I was one) they decided to charge a grand total over $2,000. I have 2 wisdom teeth coming in wrong at the same time and and an impacted wisdom tooth on the opposite side (Which they said needed to come out despite not being a problem)and need an extraction. Extractions are advertised at $50-300 per tooth, a grand total of $600 for two teeth. I dont know where the extra charge came from but its a sham. I later requested a copy of my x rays for my records be sent to my email address and was told I would have them by the end of the day. I have yet to receive them and upon calling back did not receive an answer except from the automated system touting their products. These people are only in it for the money and will not adhere to their new patient policy regarding payment. False advertising is ILLEGAL!
Our experience at Aspen Dental was horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The service was horrible and the appointments were non-stop. The place was filthy and surprised they didnt feel the need to clean considering they are working inside your mouth. After the service was done and the bottoms didnt fit for her they had the nerve to call back and ask for additional money after it was paid in full per contract.
Today was Veteran services. No insurance, I was given the support and encouragement and great detail service that Im going back. This team knows how to give comfort to all anxieties - dental work and finances. The education of better home care answered many concerns. Thank you

As a Dental Assistant that specialized in Oral Maxillofacial surgery back in the day, and now a nurse for 24 years, i am so pleased with the care i get there. This girl can not be fooled. They even covered me with a blanket when i was having a tooth pulled which really comforted me. They are the best Period...

It would seem implausible that a visit to a dental office could be a pleasant experience but Aspen Dental Lincoln is a stark exception. The facilities are sparkling clean, equipment state of the art, and each staff member is eager to explain procedures and answer questions spanning every subject from procedural to financial. Their care and concern is something you will immediately notice from the onset of your encounter through the entire span of your dental procedures.This opinion is not based on a single visit but rather many appointments over a two year period. I Highly and emphatically recommend utilizing this team for your dental needs.
This is absolutely the worst office I have EVER been too!! I paid to have new dentures and they did they first exam, set up the paperwork, and wanted payment of half before anything was done. I understand that. I went in and had the impressions done, mind you I already have dentures these were just a back up set. I picked out my color (shade of my dentures) the day of impressions. I went in today for a wax impression and I was told I needed to pick a shade I told them I already had done that at the previous visit. The RUDE assistant advised me that color wasnt available with the dentures I purchased. I was livid, there was another lady in terrible pain waiting in the waiting room for over and hour and then a sweet older couple came in and said they were there 2 hours the day before only to be turned away!! They are very unprofessional and inconsiderate!! If I hadnt already paid for my dentures I would not return and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!! The dentist was very nice but he needs all new staff who can accommodate clients. Im in the healthcare field myself and this was very unprofessional!!

I have a regular dentist but, I do not have dental insurance. I went to Aspen Dental for a second opinion on how to replace a bridge thats lasted almost 40 years.Id have to say I was impressed and will be returning with a decision, soon!
Well, they didnt do any damage, but I wont be going back. I hadnt been to a dentist since I retired and lost my dental insurance and my teeth were in pretty bad shape. Seeing their commercials on TV offering a free first visit, I thought Id give them a try. They got me in right away and told me to be early to fill out paper work. I waited 2 hours. I was told they were having a crazy day. The only person who was nice was the dental hygienist. The dentist then told me what should be done in a very matter of fact manner. Then I was ushered off to the office manager, who told me how much it would cost me. There was no discussion about whether I really wanted all of it done. I was simply told how many teeth needed to be pulled (quite a few), a deep cleaning was needed, then I needed cavities filled and then I needed a partial. All this would take about 6 months and they dictated in what order they would be done. They did not have separate chair areas and I didnt feel the office was clean. The dentist I saw may have been well qualified but really needs to work on their bedside manner. Too cold for me.
Aspen dental is awful. They advertise a free consultation if you are a new patient without insurance. I went in and all they do is x-rays and count teeth. No cleaning. And then they told me I had 8 cavities. I took my x-rays to my normal dentist and I have a few spots to watch, but they dont need work, especially with good flossing and brushing habits. They told my husband a few years ago that he also had 8 cavities when a different dentist only confirmed 4. They do have friendly staff, but thats it. The place looks dirty.
Friendly receptionist, however, the x-ray tech dental assistant was very automated and rushed. She was very rough shoving the xrays in my gum. I complained and she said it is only 10 seconds really not caring. I have a high pain tolerance so it did hurt. I still have an indent in my bottom gum. I have never been treated this rough during an x-ray. The dentist seemed very knoweldgeable there was a second person in the room whom I was not introduced. Just not feeling real comfortable. Im still deciding if I will return for the follow up appointment.
Ive been with Aspen Dental for several years. What attracted me to the business was their flexible business hours to include a Saturday at least once a month. Ive had various procedures performed to include most recently a tooth extraction. Everyone has taken excellent care of me. I never feel pressured to have a certain procedure...they always do a superb job of explaining my options and what the cost will be (I do not have dental insurance). Thanks to Dr. Singhal and the team at the Lincoln, NE Aspen Dental office.
I waited 41 minutes just to be called back. I was there a total of 1 hour and 38th minutes of which an INCREDIBLE WHOLE 22 minutes were spent with me by either the x-ray tech, the Dr and the sales person. I was told the hygienist would come in, but that did not happen. And only a mere almost $400 BUCKS TO CLEAN MY TEETH! I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!
Doctor here very caring what my teeth looked like. He took his time with them! I liked the respect he showed his staff! Wish it wasnt so far or I would go to this Aspen dental!
Would leave 0 if possible. Was told I could come in at 115. Got to the building then was told that the call center scheduled that and they were packed and couldnt see me. I drove 60+ minutes out of town to come here. Would not reccomend to anyone.
The overall cleaning was fine but the office manager was seriously displeased and a jerk when I presented him my dental insurance and didnt need to pay anything because the visit was covered. The following week my husband went in for his cleaning, they called in the wrong insurance( old plan) and insisted that he owed $230+ for the visit. Once we got that straightened out they insisted they had applied a varnish polish to his teeth. Which they had not. The person helping finally double checked with the hygienist that she did not do the $36 polishing after I scolded her over the phone for trying to find things to charge us for that we didnt ask for. Then because my husband asked one question about veneers they scheduled him immediately for an appointment and approved him for a loan for the veneers. My husband asked her not to make the appointment. A day later I got a text asking for him to confirm the appointment. When he called to cancel they were unnecessarily rude to him about it, insisting he had to keep the appointment. Needless to say, they just want money. Find a local-family owned DDS practice. Never going back to Aspen.
I had an appointment at 4pm on December 23. I arrived at 4pm. The clerk or whom ever you want to call her. Said it was are at 3:45 and check in was at 3:30. Now let me back track. I had an appointment last Thursday. Which I got there and they told me that they had been trying to call me to reschedule my appointment. The dr. Had to leave early. So I rescheduled to the 23 at 4pm which is what I am talking about. I have the card that says 4pm on it the 23. So either they entered it in the computer wrong or wrote it down wrong. Ive been in retail for 20 years. The part that realtor made me mad, is they portrayed it as its my fault. What poor excuse for a business. Im not referring to a clear in my either. Im talking bout thousands that I would had spent there. Not now!
I had a dental problem that I wanted looked at over the weekend for piece of mind and even as a new patient they were willing to work me in on a Saturday. All of the staff was very welcoming. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

I have NEVER BEEN to Aspen Dental--and for good reason. I have been searching for a dentist for my father on Medicare. My current dental hygienist (whom I love) does not recommend their office and based on the majority of the reviews here, it reaffirms the logic.All about putting money in their pockets and less about quality.I give them ZERO stars but would not have been able to post.
Once you get past the guy who takes the x-rays it is all good. He did not ask where I was hurting then proceeded to shove the x-ray tool in my mouth. (Ouch). The rest of the staff were good. Insurance lady was very polite and helpful.I am updating my review. I went back to have 2 teeth removed. While waiting to go back for the extractions, I was asked to talk to heather about my above review. I explained to her about the x-ray tech and she was apologetic. I also voiced to her my concerns about other reviews I had read about billing. She assured they were old and that the place was managed better now. She said you have to take into consideration the type of people who had written them. Well, I guess Im that type of person. After talking over 10 minutes about my bill and being PROMISED! I would not be getting a bill after my visit that day, I did. I had paid for the extractions the previous week after the x-rays. I called to ask why. Heather said it was because of an improper refund. She did the math out loud and was wrong. I asked if this was because of someone not doing their job properly. She said yes. I will never do business with this place ever again. The dentists was awesome tho. He should have a private practice and get away from aspen.
