The staff is super friendly and explains how and why they’re doing what they are. They try to make it as comfortable as possible. Barely ever any of the regular dentistry nerves when I go to Williamsburg.

Thieves . Want tooth pulled for 230$ refused to pull. Then charged insurance 189$. Tried pushing services i didnt want . Worthless . Went to different dentist next day they did everything williamsburg siad the couldnt do. . Please go anywhere but here. Dont even deserve 1 star but i cant pick 0.When i called and complained they called the police on me .What really funny is the owner replies to everyone that leaves a good review but has nothing to say about the people that got ripped off. Had a broken tooth, Dr. kotopka explained what needed to be done and referred me to an oral surgeon and provided recommendations on after care.

Ive been going to Williamsburg Dental for years and have been satisfied, but today I was caught off guard. Once my appointment was over they charged me an extra $15 to cover adjustments made in the office to cover Covid. I understand that we have all had to get used to the new normal, but it would have been nice if they shared this change with their patients before the appointment

They are always so friendly. I like that they get you in quickly so you don’t have to wait.

Had a great experience at Williamsburg Dental - Piedmont location this morning. First appointment since the pandemic started and I was a little nervous about how things would operate. Upon arrival the office had a sign displaying their phone number with a message to check in from my car and staff would come to escort patients directly to exam room. It took less than 2 minutes after calling and a staff member came to my car, did a thermal temperature check, asked questions around COVID then took me directly to exam room.Procedurally everything was similar to PRE-COVID with the addition of added safety equipment (a barrier between receptionist and patient and a a machine in each exam room to filter air). The staff as always provided outstanding customer service ensuring I felt safe and was comfortable with the added safety practices they put in place. I was of course and the staff went above and beyond to make this experience better than I imagined it could be. If you need a dentist and you’re wanting a practice where the patient’s needs come first, check out Williamsburg Dental. They have multiple locations to serve patients all across Lincoln.

Besides being first rate dental caregivers, Dr. Rossini and the dental staff are terrific human beings. The practice supports Meals on Wheels and free dental care to the third world. And the front desk is staffed by people of grace and kindness.The new offices at Piedmont are spacious and well thought out. As a patient who uses a wheelchair, I hope an automatic door opener system is installed soon. I was impressed with the design of the patient bathroom, very accessible EXCEPT the toilet is too low. (It is likely, sadly, that after using the toilet, people not strong enough to pull themselves up (by the grab bars) to transition back to a wheelchair could slip and fall--a lawsuit waiting to happen.I wish Williamsburg Dental Piedmont the very best. I recommend them enthusiastically.

Please BEWARE. They dropped my disabled daughter on Medicaid,. They are after money over people. Please let them know that when dentist make $xxx,xxx and cant help disabled and it is ok. Only way to get them to get that message is to change dentist. Please do not go to Williamsburg Dental!

Their Technology is top notch! They use all the latest techniques & equipment. Elena did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth & Dr. Alyssa was very attentive to detail regarding the root canal and crown I had. They just do a really good thorough job and they are very nice. They also offered me an inexpensive $27 fluoride treatment that would benefit my older gums. I couldnt be more pleased!

Been using dr. Rossini for years. Hes been more informative for me than I can remember most dentists being. For example, we talked about my diet and he informed me that acid from the foods I was eating at night came back from my stomach and coated my teeth, even after brushing. So I cut back on the raspberry sorbet and other spicy foods at night and since then my own enamel has really decreased the erosion. Prior to this I just had dentist put fillings on the areas that were eroding away without really discussing the reasoning behind it. If I did ask the Dentist through the years the one constant answer I got,which apparently wasnt the actual reason, was I was brushing too hard.Also Ive had very good luck with the dental hygienists there, for example I was there today and a lady from Alabama was very friendly which makes the entire process very comfortable. The front desk staff are easy to talk to which once again makes it much more enjoyable. Through the years Ive noticed theyve retained a lot of their employees which to me indicates theyre being treated well, another factor I really like.

Super friendly staff and very fast and efficient. I havent been to the dentist in years so I was expecting a ton of pain after my cleaning and I didnt. They also explained what they were doing so I was aware and made sure my insurance would cover what I needed done. I highly recommend going to this location.

Dr. Koptka and his staff are very friendly and professional. The office space is welcoming. I cracked a tooth and was able to get an appointment the same day. They made a temporary crown and had me on my way in no time.

Dr. Kotopka was recommended to me by a family friend in our neighborhood, who is also a dentist in town. He had nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Kotopka, both as a dentist and as a person. Williamsburg Dental has a very warm and inviting staff, a clean and modern office, and provided me with great dental care. Brandy did an exceptional job cleaning my teeth and both her and Dr. Kotopka answered all of my questions very thoroughly. The rest of my family will be going there as well, considering we moved to Lincoln recently.

I cant say enough good things about this office! Dr. Alyssa is hands down the most caring and knowledgeable dentist I have ever went to! She takes her time and explains everything to you and has a gentle touch. I needed... and still need a lot of work done. I know I have neglected my dental health and I have never once have been made to feel uncomfortable about how my teeth may appear...that in itself is worth its weight in gold. Dont hesitate to call the Piedmont location. Everything from my first phone call was better than I could have hoped for!

I’m someone who absolutely dreads going to the dentist. That’s until I found Dr Rossini at Williamsburg Dental. He’s so gentle and patient. I have degenerated disc in my neck and they let me use a pillow for my neck.

Just had a root canal with Dr Kotopka, it was an absolute breeze! Even through all the extra COVID 19 precautions the staff was warm and welcoming...two huge thumbs up!

If you look for a perfect invisaligner, Dr. Rossini is the one you should go to. Dr. Rossini and the staff are exceptional. My teeth were underbite and super crowded before. I never thought invisaligner would work for me. Dr. Rossini did an amazing job. The process was supposed to be 18 months but they extended it to 24 months to get “perfect bite” and because I gotta go on a business trip for 2 months during the procedure . Dr. Rossini is very professional and friendly, he made the process more comfortable for me. I would say it’s worth my time and money for the invisaligner. I’m much more confident in my smile now. I highly recommend Dr. Rossini. Thanks Dr. Rossini and the staff.

Not only did she fix my front two teeth that were broken and decayed she also accomodated my month old breastfed son and allowed me to take breaks in between getting work done to feed him without making me feel like I was being a bother.
