Unhappy with your dental care and communication with me regarding new constraints to getting appointments with smile. I don’t feel smile company cares for their patients like they should and other solid dentist offices. I called I had a tooth problem was told in April I would have to wait until June! I was informed that if I didn’t get my teeth cleaned, because I hadn’t had one since June of 2020, I would have to pay for this service, I felt like wow is this a threat? I was ill and bedridden for 9 months and unable to function, how dare they say that to me that I would have to pay for cleaning! I made the appointment and asked for cancellation I got one 2 weeks ago I went in and was informed I had a short appointment for consultation on my tooth anderson no cleaning, why wasn’t this expanded to me on the phone? I then was told I would see the dentist consultant wow what a run a round! Want no part of these new procedures and was angry no one explained to me before I came in! I found a good dentist that treats patients with dignity and communicates everything necessary when making appointments.Good luck but I’m done! Jan Branchini

Another Update: After all these months I got another bill from this dental office after we already agreed on set price.Update: After canceling all our appointments and asking for a refund. Smile Time reached out to us and apologized for the confusion. They got my son back in the next day and took care of him this time.Horrible customer service. Really disorganized. Had an appointment and then sent my son home because they didnt have all their facts straight.

I have been bringing my daughter here since She turned 2 and she is now 4. Every time we have been here it is a very pleasant experience. My daughter is always comfortable and never scared here. The staff is super sweet and her dentist Dr. Rosie and her assistant Tamika always make her feel comfortable and confident that she will be okay.I had a hard time at first trying to find a clean and nice place that accepted medical and when I came here I thought I was here by mistake. It was the cleanest and nicest dentist I have been too. It is very inviting for children.I give this place an A+!!!!

Vickie, and karely were absolutely wonderful with my children, and myself. They made the experience such a pleasure. Looking forward to coming back soon! My kids are excited to come back already! Very professional, and enthusiastic women! Love this place!

This office has been amazing with my two girls. So friendly and has taken care of us so well. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat!

I have been bringing my two young children for a couple years I think and they are now 5 and 6. They have never been anything but a very warm and cheerful staff. Its clear they do everything in their abilities to work with children even on those occasional difficult days when your kids just wont listen to anyone. Anyone with kids knows the embarrassment and the stress it induces when you take time off of work to pick a kid up from school just to have them be too squirmy and cranky and need to reschedule and try it all over again another day. This staff has made the few times this has happened not such a pain in the butt and makes sure to remain professional and friendly 100% of the time!

They have some am amazing job with my son and they are so helpful.kind and professional. My son actually does not mind to come and appreciates their care
