We just had Chez Hay cater our daughters College Graduation gathering. Sean was amazing to work with. We had an unique menu and Sean and his staff worked with our vision and kept the price reasonable. The complements on the food were abundant and the food was plentiful. Well definitely use Chez Hay again!

Star and Sean are so awesome to work with. They were able to execute a complicated catering project for me without killing me. Their positive attitude and desire for excellence makes them my top choice for caterers in Lincoln. And, the food is fantastic and beautifully creative!!

Ive been working with Chez Hay for several years. I recently had a art show in space. Amazing communication! Working with the staff was great. My photography show was based on my trip to Cuba. Chez Hay made a cuba theme for the guest and it was perfect. I would highly recommend them for any event needs. Corey

Beautiful place!! The Brick is Gorgeous. Very Elegant.The reason for the minus star... In the beginning of the party - the staff was not at the bar, they continued to roam around. One was outside smoking, and sitting with a guy that was trying to get money from people and claimed her as his wife and that they didnt have any money - but they had enough money for cigerettes. And the plates to eat off of were the size of my hand. People were going back for seconds because there was no room to put much food on their plates. It was the size of a dessert plate.

Had Chez Hay cater an offsite event, and had a great experience. Food delivery and clean up ran like clockwork, and everything looked great. My guests gave nothing but compliments on the food!! Highly recommend using them for your next event!

I recently had my wedding and reception at Chez Hay and the experience was beyond amazing. Dana, Nicole, and Sean were so helpful and everything went perfectly. Communication was excellent, pricing was fantastic and the food was amazing! If you are looking for an amazing venue for a reception of any sorts, do yourself a favor and give them a call!

We had our wedding at Chez Hay on April 2nd 2016. (Sorry Starr for my late review! I feel awful! You did an amazing job, I am just the post wedding procrastinator here, lol!) Chez Hay is a beautiful place for a wedding! The large windows and exposed brick creates a warm atmosphere. Starr is the best to work with! Starr, you ROCK and have a great business going on there :) The food is OUTSTANDING! Our guests made so many compliments on how the food was so delicious!! Starr you helped us so much and made our wedding AMAZING, just what we imagined! Thank You Starr! And Thank You to all the Chez Hay workers! :)

Just had a Christmas party here (wifes work). Our party was small (30-40ppl). The appetizers were all great, and there were plenty on the appetizer bar. They seemed understaffed for us though. Two people is all I saw. The bartender was borderline bad. I had to repeat my single drink order every time I ordered one. I dont think its hard to remember Crown & Diet in the 4 seconds it takes to turn around and grab the bottle. LOL!!! He also would run off to help the other person with dishes (I assume) every time there want someone at the bar. This caused us to pile up waiting for 5min for him to come back.Besides the staff issues, it was overall a nice space and good food. I wouldnt hesitate to have a gathering there.

My wife and I recently had our wedding reception at Chez Hay and it was everything we dreamed it would be. Nicole was amazing to work with and she was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the event. Nicole made sure that we felt confident and comfortable with all of our choices for food, drink, and décor. We had many comments about how good the food was and the space was plenty big enough to accommodate all of our guests. Plus, the space is beautiful! Cant say enough good things about this venue.

The staff seemed to love causing problems. They took and questioned my friends real ID and said it was fake. The food was sub par with the meats being undercooked and cold. Nice venue but the people arent nice. I wouldnt recommend this facility for your next event.

One of the worst dining expierences of my life. The staff refused to serve my friends because of their color and the food was extremely uncooked. Would recommend eating in a barn before going back. 1/10

A very nice and convenient meeting place for family events or business purposes.

Food didn’t come out on time and was cold. Staff was rude and yelled at guests... microphone didn’t work .... walls had big patches from holes made and was nasty to look at. Needed projector for a presentation and it didn’t work. For $60 a plate I would have rather ate at a nice steak house. Very disrespectful and distasteful.
