This is a great company that really tries to work around my schedule as a teacher. They are always on time and very thorough. We use them for our termite inspection. I have been using them for years.

When we bought our home last year, we were using terminix for our pest services. We had to call every other week because their treatments did not work at all and we were constantly seeing bugs. However, this year they went above and beyond for us when we were faced with an issue. Their staff has been professional and helpful to make sure we were well taken care of.I highly recommend this company!

We have both termite and pest control services on our home. Most of the techs we have had are very good and we are satisfied with the service. However, the communications are poor. We do not receive invoices and I have a difficult time reaching the office around my work schedule.

The team at Pest Management offer top notch service. I reached out to them at 4:00 on a Thursday and needed a termite report completed for my VA loan the following day. They had someone out there Friday morning at 9:30 and I had the report just an hour later. Highly recommend!

I just spoke to Riley and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They came out 4 months ago to treat the lawn for fire ants and it took 20 minutes and boom havent seen one since. Locally owned and prices are very fair, not cheap not expensive. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone with pest control needs. 5 stars

Pest Management Systems has worked wonders around our YARD! Their mosquito control is awesome. My family and I are able to enjoy playing basketball, riding bikes, and swimming all Spring and Summer without swatting bugs, nor spraying our bodies down with bug spray. I had a 8 am appointment nobody showed up or called. When I called I was told a lie that the technician called me and when I said that wasnt true then I was told that there was a mistake in booking my appointment they put it in on 2017 instead of 2018.! I was offered to be worked in and then he said that there isnt any availability for today.. how was he going to work me in then??? This company has lost the customer service it used to have. I support local businesses but this one doesnt even care enough to have the boss/ owner to call you back. If you have all day to wait then this might be a good company for you. I will say that I have never experienced this lack of service with this company. But when you complain to the same person that made the appointment and he just makes excuses then why waste your time.

I had a 7:30am appointment but was skeptical that someone would actually show up that early. The guy was a few minutes early and was professional throughout the service. He didn’t try to hard sell me in anything but rather gave the facts and his professional opinion. I absolutely recommend you give them a call. We plan to have them treat our yard for mosquitoes this spring!
