Took my mother in law to get her hair done for mothers day and she has never been a blonde and wanted to have blonde hair with highlights and a shadow root. Shes always been a dark brunette. Well after her hair was colored and styled it look more along the lines of gray and not blonde even in the sunlight. I wish that the hair stylist did a better job at making her hair close to the blonde she wanted. She loves the hair cut. The only other problem that both of us had was the dye that was on our face, ears and neck and a shadow root on the one side of her face didnt match the other. For her hair being done at a price of $215.00 I think it shouldve been done better but we were told her hair will lighten in a few days!

After moving to Lexington, I went to cost cutters and found a perfect stylist that did it exactly like my California girl. Unfortunately, she moved out of state. Jasmine is PHENOMENAL! PERFECT. no more ashey, burnt off, not what I asked for. Thank you for making me look descent again!

Mags is the Stylist that has been doing my Hair for 3 years! She is professional, kind and doesn’t rush through anything. It’s so hard to find excellent stylists. I definitely recommend her. You won’t be sorry.

Brought my 2 boys in for cuts and they did a great job.Only downfall was lady was trying to argue about the price and she literally had to look at the price on the big screen to get it right.

I have thin, fine, hair, a widows peak on a high forehead and cowlick in the back. I wear glasses and tuck the hair behind my ears. I have no talent for styling hair. I walked in the salon and Jasmine was available. I explained and she cut and it was the best hair cut Ive had in at least 3 years! I went back this week and she wasnt there but I was so extremely pleased with Jasmines first cut that I found out her hours and was able to squeeze an evening to have her cut my hair this week. Im so pleased with her work that I put her work number in my Contacts in my phone!

Here is my wifes results from her hair cut at this cost cutters. I went in the day after to ask for our money back and was told it was,Franchise policy to not give refunds due to the fact that its hair it grows back and can be fixed. Manager -JenniferThat is a very true statement.........but why would she want to come back there. We just wanted our $15.95 refunded and we would have been a little bit satified.

Needed a new hair stylist since I just moved here from NY. I brought my youngest daughter in and found Vivian! She is amazing. My other two daughters also came in and she also cut there hair too. What an outstanding job she did. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to cut their hair. She takes her time, which I love. I will be a permanent customer.

I had my hair done for the frist time there from Summer!! I have to say i have been getting my hair done for 25 years in New York!! i moved to S.C about 2 years ago had a few people do it and never was happy!!! Well today I finally meet the best hair dresser Summer and everyone there are juat amazing very welcoming!!! They make you feel at home!!

I just left this store and had a horrible experience. I went in asking for a 5 on top and a 3 on the side military fade. The person cutting my hair did not have a 5 guard so she decided to try to cut my hair with scissors and say it was a style thing. She then decided to leave my sideburns growing out all over the place instead of trimming them up. Then she asked me if I wanted the back Rounded? Are you serious, I have been getting this haircut for 13 years and never heard rounded. I paid $20 for the cut and will have to go to another haircut place to get this corrected as she had no idea what she was doing. I also, left with hair all over my shirt and face because she did not even offer to wipe the hair off my face. Sorry, but I will never ever go back to this place. I am guessing this is why the other Haircut places are packed in town.

Wait was extremely long! (40-45 mins) with 2 stylist working.I explained what I wanted and it was simple straight across no layersI asked for her to point cut to avoid it showing scissor cut marks. She had my hair parted on the side and cut my whole head before then moving my part to the middle and recutting causing it to be much shorter than I liked.When she got done talking to me and everyone else around her (5-8mins for the entire hair cut) and asking me if it looked good (with out showing me the back) I kindly got up and paid and walked out.When I got home and washed and dried it, my hair looked like I had been to a butcher shop! Thank you for making me feel like I was invisible and how much I really meant as a potential client.I would say the stylist name but she didn’t tell me her name.I won’t be back. Building relationships is the key to success in cosmetology !

These people butchered our daughters hair (see Toby Frierson review). But whats worse is there refusal to refund 16.00 Bad service and bad customer service! A business that would not refund a dissatisfied customer obviously is unconcerned with their reputation. That says it all!

After seeing what this place did to my sister in laws hair. I was skeptical about giving them a try. But once I heard how rude and unprofessional the owner was about their no refund policy. My decision was made,I will never go to this establishment and I definitely will NOT recommend to anyone.
