Ive come to this place for years, but I hate the services they push on you. They are often unnecessary and expensive. If you go here just keep to the reason youre going for, and try to keep it limited to just pure maintenance purposes. I usually only come in for my inspection. I keep up the rest of the maintenance on my Grand Cherokee myself, including oil and filter changes. You should do the same if possible or youre going to pay 80 bucks for somethingyou do not need.

The staff was nice and they were very fast. The only problem was they never reset my oil sensor. So now my car which is a 2011 Chevrolet Impala, says I need to change my engine oil soon. It also says I have 0% oil life. And it just bothers me that they didnt do that seeing as though its part of their job.

They were very friendly. Very fast. I had been having a problem for 2 weeks with my Truck, The Guys at Snappy Lube, explained in detail how to fix my certain problem in order for my Truck to pass Inspection. Everything they told me worked, and my Truck finally passed inspection. Also I go here for all of my Oil Changes. Reasonably-priced, fast and very nice. Definitely recommend Snappy Lube to everyone I know!! Thanks Guys!!

Very quick and dependable everytime we go

Had my oil changed in my suburban as well as the state inspection at the end of july. My motor has less than 10k miles. Yesterday I had loss of oil pressure, added to quarts and took to my normal mechanic today. It was again low, I had to go ahead and have oil changed again to ensure I wouldnt wind up with blown motor. The mechanic at snappy lube didnt even tighten the oil filter. We could see it was obviously leaking from around the filter.I wouldnt recommend this shop nor will I return. Very unhappy with their abilities

These guys are great! I had no clue that they do anything other than oil changes, they plug your tires!! What a life saver today!!!! Quick too!!! They do other things too, brakes and such, I will definitely send business their way again.

I went for oil change, inspection, and tire rotation.It was pretty quick and considering I am night shift, I felt confident about getting to DMV to renew tag and get some sleep. They had forgot to do tire rotation, which is okay. Im sure giving three tasks isnt normal and overwhelming. They went back and did it, and I got in my car and the check engine light was on. I didnt even drive off the property and told them. They went back and fixed that too. I drive off and theres a low squeak... I just spent $400 same time last year on something else plus new brake pads so... possibly its cause of the tire rotation. A worker did show me there was a nail in my less than one month old tires. He offered to plug it; but thankfully Im already covered for that.This was my first visit because of good reviews. But now Im skeptical on coming back.

At first I thought all was good, fast service, but after getting under my car later I saw that they just let the oil from my oil filter hole just drip onto the frame of my car...not cool man

I needed an inspection, oil change, and wiper blades. Well those guys got right on it. They were very considerate all the while doing their job.

Got my bolt stripped on my alternator from this place and claimed they needed a torch to get it off. That is a lack of experience and skill. Wrecker told me not to come here. Should have listened.

They take good care of my care of my car and by extension of me. Being a woman, there have been times I have felt that sometimes car work recommended may not have been necessary. Went for an inspection and they were fast and friendly. No upset nonesense.

Third time in for basic oil change. Mechanic noticed something out of place under my car which wouldnt have ever been noticed unless someone was really looking. She sent me to the other Snappy Lube a mile away for them to fix. A+ for customer service and A+ for honesty. Will continue to come back.

I went here to get my inspection after trying to get it at 2 other places. They fit me in and had it done quickly. The guys there were all very nice. Also they didnt try to push any unnecessary services on me.

Not good. They changed my oil and lost my keys so here I sit at the snappy lube in a truck that wont run...... thanks snappy lube. They found my keys in someones car and gave me a coupon for a free oil change. Thanks snappy lube!

I couldn’t comment on my review at the other Snappy Lube. It’s like y’all website works at times...there is an error or some sort. Some days I can see some days I can’t see. When I tap on one of your stores there is a blank screen. Then google maps don’t navigate.

Honestly, cant say enough positive things about this place. Quick, friendly and efficient staff each time Ive used them. I try to change oil myself in my vehicles, but I have used them several times for oil changes and they are honest. They have never tried to talk me into anything while always providing me choices and options. I really like this place and just wished they did more involved maintenance. The only draw back is they cant rotate the tires on my 2011 Chevy truck due to the running boards. Otherwise, I havent had an issue since new management the last few years.

They did a horrible job on my car and I will never go back to them again.
