I was repairing my water pump and one of the bolts broke off in it.. I called ever repair shop in my area and no one would work on it.. and the ones that said that they would said it would be 2 weeks before they could get me in.. docs took me in same day and repaired my van when no one else would touch it! They are absolutely wonderful! Chris the repairman was awesome! Even after having a few issues trying to get the bolt out he remained calm and very professional! Everyone there was so welcoming and professional! From the receptionist Abby to the repairman Chris! And the price was unbeatable! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs their car repaired in the area! Thank you so much for all your hard work guys I really appreciate it!

After my door hinge had an issue and I had to lift my truck door to close it, I called my regular place and was told they couldnt give me an estimate over the phone and I had to bring it in for diagnostic. I called Docs and described the problem. They immediately knew what it was and gave me an estimate. They had me quickly repaired and were very professional and courteous. They even showed me how to do a minor repair the old shop had charge me to make, so next time I can handle it on my own. I was already having second thoughts on my regular place and this confirms in my mind Docs is the place for my needs.

Recommended to Docs to get front and rear differential regeared. Docs took care of my needs and quickly had me dialed in with new gear sets in my 08 4Runner. Well done!

They did a great job on an involved electrical problem that the New car dealership could not diagnose or repair properly. We found Docs to be both friendly and informative and he kept us up with the details. He fixed quickly and was fair priced. Couldnt ask more from an auto repair shop.

I got a diagnostic on my vehicle, I paid for an un needed part, the light came back on, I drove and called several times over a matter of months they did not fix my problem I spent $200 with them for nothing.

Took car in because of the reviews. I was greeted pleasantly by Doc and I felt comfortable with getting my vehicle repaired here. Estimate for service was literally DOUBLE the quote. I paid, and I took the car back because of an idling issue, which was not the initial reason for the service. I’ve taken the car back 3 times for the AC not working, the idle is too high, check engine light is on and also flashes now. These were NOT issues when I took it in to have a new engine installed. I typically do my own work, but because of the warranty from the manufacturer, I couldn’t. The car has no AC, it did before. The idle is high, is was fine before. A vacuum line has been plugged with a screw, THAT wasn’t there before. The Idle Air Control Valve that I paid to be replaced appears to be a used part, although I paid for a new one. The antifreeze is specific for the Jeep, I was topped off with generic antifreeze. I’m sure I am forgetting a litany of other issues. So, unless you want to pay for a rental for a week or 2 while subpar work is being done, I would suggest an alternative place for your car care needs. And, since my initial visit, Doc has not said 5 words to me in person. Very poor business practices.Update: Spoke with Doc, there was a HUGE misunderstanding between the shop and myself. Doc has listened to my concerns, and we understand each other now. I take responsibility for the mixup, Doc is going above and beyond to make sure this Jeep is in great shape. I would not hesitate to bring any vehicle here, or repeat my business in the future.

They are one of the best shops to send a car to for airbag and electrical problems. Cheapest labor rates I have found in Lexington County and easy to work with..

Have been using Doc for over 20 years for everything from oil changes to engine changes. My family and almost all of my friends use him. Doc is old school enough to diagnose and repair a older classic car. But his shop also has the newest high tech equipment to diagnose problems with the wifes new Equinox and my Camaro .
