My brake light kept coming on and kept getting a gauge notice to check brakes. Made an appt techs checked and brakes where fine said only low on brake fluid and wouldnt accept any payment.

Good people. Most of these places take advantage of women. I found these people do not and that makes a huge difference. My daughter had is issues with her brakes, I looked at them and they pads were shot and the rotors were too. She took to B4L and they diagnosed the same.

The price is great here, and they’re always willing to work with you. The owner of this business helped out a TON with the price, and my car hasn’t felt this good in years when I hit the brakes. Would highly recommend.

The gentleman that fix the brakes and the guy that worked with him they were awesome. Went above and beyond had all four brakes done it didnt take that long and they even put Italian we had went and gotten on the Jeep for my son. Added rebuild to the front calipers to basic job which added almost as much cost as top of the line job which would have included rebuild the calipers & given me better parts with longer warranty.

The manager was honest, helpful, and informative, updating me often on progress. Even though I ended up spending much more than I initially thought due to some issues (some of which I was aware of), I never felt like I was getting ripped off. When I asked to see some of the issues (bad experiences elsewhere, and I am mechanically inclined) he had no problem showing them to me and letting me perform my own assessment. Trustworthy shop, I will go there again. Be mindful just because they recommend something, and another shop says it isnt absolutely needed, doesnt necessarily mean they are trying to scam you, they are just trying to provide you with a recommendation to keep your vehicle in good condition, rather than delaying problems until a later date in the not too far future.

I went to get my rotors resurfaced and replace the brake pads but they were honest and told me my pads were almost new and that the rotors were just wore down. They were very informative and they fixed the issue within an hour and now my ride is riding like new with no shaking or squeaking whatsoever and saved me money! I would definitely recommend these guys.

Amazing work done by an amazing staff. My car stops better than ever and not for a dime over what feels unfair. The staff and manager definitely care about the well-being of their customers. Honesty is in overabundance, as is their desire to get you out as cheap as possible and as fast as possible. I thought more was wrong with my vehicle, but was informed that whoever told me that before just wanted my money, and that I didnt need half of what I was told. How often does an auto shop have the option to take your money and chooses to be honest instead?!? On top of that, they talk to you like a normal person off the street, and not like a mechanic, which makes it much easier to understand, and they really break down whats going on, how it happened, and how each individual fix they recommend will help.I cant imagine ever taking my vehicles anywhere else.

Called in for front brake pads price quote around 9 am and set an appointment for 1pm.Arrived a little before 1 and they got me in and out within twenty minutes. Price was the same as the quote and Im satisfied.They were out of economy pads for my vehicle so the manager gave me premium pads at no extra charge. Thanks.

Do not take your car here. I had the brakes done front and back and I saw them test drive the car, then park it for me to get in. I felt like the brakes were not as strong as they should be as I pulled out. Going less than a Mike and tried to stop, my brake pedal went to the floor. I pulled over and called and told them how the pedal was going to the floor and I almost ran into someone. There was no sense if concern on the manager or the lady at the corporate office. I told them I would try to make it home since I was close. What really disturbed me is they passed the car for safe driving, but yet it was not. If they are such so called experts, how do you miss that you need to replace the brake cylinder? The next day, the mfr says it will cost me an additional$350/400 for them to put the brake cylinder on. My pastor had checked with Auto Zone and the brake cylinder costs $67. My pastor and I replaced it in less than 15 minutes. So, not only did they endanger my life and others, they then took the opportunity to try and scam me out of $400. These people are nothing but crooks and are endangering people by not doing a proper job and safety check. Im out of $176 for four brake pads that took them ten minutes to install. This corporation only has money on their agenda and if it means lying, frauding, scamming people to get it, then so be it. The corporate office had a non caring attitude and I could sense their non empathy in her tone. I thank God I wasnt in a accident and I hope nobody else is involved in a accident after having their brakes done at this crooked business.

I was expecting to replace brakes on all 4 wheels, but they let me know the front had plenty of life left. Saved me money and I was out quickly, even though a rear rotor also needed replacement. I knew I needed that rotor before going. I find this location to be very honest and helpful.

Appointments mean nothing to these folks. Plan on waiting at least 2-3 hours beyond your appointment time to get through the process..Apparently they book multiple appointments at the same time. Its all about the $$$$. Unfortunately they did not tell us this up front.. I spoke to one of the owners, or so he claimed, named Trent Pollard about my long wait and he became extremely unpleasant, hostile and malicious.. He told me if I didnt like it I could just take my keys and leave.. No reasonable solutions were offered. I dont think Ive ever been treated so disrespectfuly in a customer service situation, in my entire life. The owner Trent and the call center where my appointment was booked, were not at the service location.. The guy that I was dealing with at the service location was actually nice - I felt completely sorry for him and the situation he and the rest of the staff were being put in by the terrible ownership and mismanaged call center..The guys at the store claimed Trent Pollard had anger issues and the call center regularly booked 3-5 customers in the same time slot. They indicated the company was only concerned about profits - not customer service..Do yourself a favor and dodge this place. This disrespectful owner does not deserve one penny of your hard earned income.

They booked me for an appt for 1:30pm, I arrived at 1:25. I was informed that they were behind and it would be atleast an hour and a half to 2 hours before they could work me in. Work me in? I have an appt.I left and went to another establishment and was immediately worked in. At 3:45, I received a text from someone at brakes 4 less asking me if anything was wrong bc I was late for my appt, and asking me if Id like to reschedule.Quality communication at that place.

Went to brakes for Less today in Lexington South Carolina. Ask to have my brake pads replaced. After 2 hours I received my truck back and the brakes were worse than when I brought them in. I had already paid $280 for the work they performed. Now they told me it would be an extra $500 for them to repair what was needed now. I just took my truck and went to a more reputable repair shop.

I got Wonderful service at Brakes 4 Less today and I couldnt be happier!! Nathan was extremely helpful and got my car back in great condition and running safely again. I wont go anywhere but here for brakes in the future. Thank you guys so much!

Manager lied to me about work done on my truck. Very POOR service!!! Charged 500.00 for brakes. Work was not done correctly. I took the truck back and they tried to charge me more because said it was my emergency brake. Not true at all!! The manager told customer about some of the brake technicians personal information that should have never been said because it was very inappropriate. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. Please stay far away!!!

Nice guys in there. My master booster was bad and they fix those. Who knew...!!!!! Prices are relevant to what other places were charging. They were too busy to do it for me but Im still in awe that this place does so much.

Took my car for squeaking brakes at end of Jan.18. Was told to fix everything it would be $331. After getting it back the next day I noticed chirping when driving that was not there before and it eventually started squeaking when stopping again. I took it back and told them this. Carter told me it was either a wheel bearing or transmition. I took it to my regular mechanic and they said it needs 4 new rotors and that they looked damaged. Got my car back on Saturday and no annoying chirping when driving or other noises and brakes are fixed now. I originally took it to brakes for less for the price but learned to not always go for the cheaper price. Stay away from brakes for less unless you want to pay another shop to fix their mistakes. I have also emailed them asking for a refund. Have not heard back.

I went there because my brakes were making a lot of noise. I was told I needed to change my brake pads because my rotors were just turned. When they check my brake pads they told me I needed all new rotors and brake pads on all four wheels. I had a feeling they werent telling the truth because I just had my rotors turned and they told me I only needed brake pads. I went inside to get a quote to see how much it would be to get all my rotors and brakes pads change and he told me it will be 200 plus per wheel. I told him nevermind because I knew something was wrong. The next week I took my car to a shop in Orangeburg where I live and they told me my rotors are just fine and I dont need any. I only needed my front brake pads changed. Please be careful with this location they will try to rip you off. I dont usually leave reviews but this is something I really feel need to be heard.

Tried to tell me my front calipers were froze up an then went on to say I needed new rotors an brake pads all around an new calipers up front wanted to charge over $1,000Ended up being brake pad on front were beyond low on the backside so that was my problem an they didn’t bother to check that.DO NOT GO THERE!!

Had a load of brake issues and little money but these guys were great enough to let me bring my own parts and help me get on the road with a quality brake job!

Took car in for a standard brake job. Told service writer that car needed rotors turned due to pulsing in brakes. Technnician then came out and said all we needed were pads. Rotors were never inspected. I insisted that they turn the rotors almost 2 1/2 hours later they returned with the job complete and we left. A day or so later brakes started making noises in all 4 corners, took the car back since all their work was warrantied... Took 4 people around the block until they agreed the car was making noise. Car was brought in to be inspected. At that time 4 lug nut locks were broken and the key was also destroyed. Shop was using an impact gun very irresponsibly. They then proceeded to break another 2 lug nuts. Then the so called district manager made me walk with him to autozone to get tools to remove the stripped lug nuts. They then proceeded to break the tool they bought to remove the lug nuts. After that they decided that beating a socket onto the already stripped lug nuts was the best option for removal. After that a quick visual inspection was performed which didnt even involve removing the brake components. Then the so called district manager asked what I wanted him to do. I asked them to remove, inspect, and lubricate all components. No grease was put on originally so the slide pins and hardware was very stiff and barely moved. The entire time all the above happened I was in the shop with the car. It also seemed that they had very little to no experience. Fast forward a week later and the vehicle still makes noise. Phoned corp and after 4 days i receive emails from Trent Pollard who tells me that I damaged the car and their shop helped me by removing them. I have asked for a refund of the brake job, the lug nuts, and the 7 hours of my time all of which they have refused to accomadate. Poor service and high levels of disrespect all around. I was offered to have them look at it again, but they have already proved to be incompetent and disrespectful. Very disappointing... STAY AWAY.

I got my brakes done here In November of 2017 and 4 months later they are badly squeaking!!! Made an appt to have them loom at them again and the man at the register said there is nothing they can do for me!!! He wouldnt even put my car up on the lift to check them. Oh by the way made an appt for 4 and was told it would be over an hour before they could get my car....asked whats the point of making appt and he said well I dont know what to tell you 4 other people have the same appt. I feel like I was taken advantage of because Im a female!! I would NEVER recommend this place to get anything done to your car!!! They dont care about customer service our quality they provide!!! I work hard for my money and feel as though I just three $200 out the window. Have to do d someone to fix what they shouldve fixes in the first place!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

Had a brake leak and couldnt for the life of me figure out where it was coming from and when I brought it here within 10 minutes they located the line leak in the brake line under the frame of the vehicle and had it fixed within 25 minutes. Really Good Definitely Recommend!

They gave me a quote, things my husband said were unnecessary. Ad states 4 brakes for 139.00. They stated over $200.00. We declined and took van elsewhere and brakes for less had broken off a stud and didnt say anything! Didnt seem too professional. Beware!

Took my car because of the slight squealing noises it was making...my car is now worse than when I first took it! I brought it back 3 times because of the loud noises that it’s making after they supposedly fixed...They replaced all 4 brake pads still squeaking.brought it back..paid to have rebuilt “calibers rebuilt” still screaming...third time on it let’s try replacing the rotors! After spending $350 plus dollars on all this my car is still SQUEALING! DO NOT TAKE YOUR car here....beware
