I hit a deer the week before Christmas. I wish I had pictures after the repair but it was flawless. The car is a 2017 Audi SQ5 with a special paint. They matched the paint so well i couldnt tell what they painted and what they did not. Besides the work being to of the line, the service was as well. I am about to write the review of the insurance company and it will not be so positive. The car was still under a factory warranty and an extended warranty. In order not to void my warranties, I had to hand only OEM parts used. The insurance company claimed they couldnt do OEM on some parts including the radiator and intercooler(its super charged). After not getting anywhere with the insurance company, I called John Harris and explained the situation and told them I would pay the difference but only install OEM parts. John Harris told me they would take care of the cost difference and all I would need to do is pay my deductible. FYI the cost difference was over $1000 total. John Harris even had to explain to the insurance adjuster that they ordered the wrong grill badge as my car was a S model. I cant say enough about the great experience I received from John Harris and I will hopefully never need their services again, but if I do, I will only use John Harris. I took my buddy there 2 weeks ago after he hit a deer. Reminded me to write this review. If you need body work that is a good as factory and people that you can trust to do whats best for you, just go to John Harris. My car was hit while parked and John Harris did the body repair work. My car was returned to me on time and in better than new condition. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future when I replace my bumper.

I used John Harris Body Shop to repair my vehicle recently and the service that I received was impressive from start to finish. I found that the workers were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I was never left in the dark in regards to the repairs as they contacted me with updates. My vehicle was completed ahead of time and they even vacuumed my car out before returning it! Great company!

Thieves working there took a gold chain from our vehicle. People in office are honest, but trash labor in the back are thieves.

Ive used John Harris 3-4 times. Very friendly and great communication. The faults lie with the repair and quality control. I should not find problems with workmanship or attention to detail. Word of advice, if it was YOUR CAR would you be satisfied. If not, fix it right there first time or send it back to the crew to do it over. Having a vehicle done early is great, but the repair should be 100%, THATS WHAT YOUR PAID FOR. Very inconvenient to keep coming back and forth and wasting my time and gas. 3 strikes, your out. I was military and theres a saying One shot, One kill, get it right there first time so the customers happy.

***Updated***My car was well taken care of the hands of these professionals! Repairs were completed early, and my vehicle is back on the road. Thank you John Harris Body Shop!I took my car in to be repaired, and Ive had an amazing experience so far. I havent received my vehicle back just yet, but they will have it ready a full day earlier than expected. They have also called me to give me updates, and they are very good at communicating everything you need to know.I will update once the vehicle is returned, but I have now doubt I will be happy with the results.

John Harris Body Shop did a repair on my vehicle which was a minor hit from behind when a driver rolled into my at a stop sign. Everyone at JH was very courteous and professional! Repair was done on time and was top notch work! My vehicle was as just as clean as it was when I took it in.

A deer hit my front bumper and grill. People told me to take it to John Harris body shop because they do good work. Well no they don’t!! I found missing screws and bolts, along with a set of zip ties holding a component in as a bracket. They disassemble the vehicle prior to ordering parts, wouldn’t you think they would have seen the broken parts and replaced them? Another issue is my ac condenser was replace and I told them I’ve got 220000 miles on it with no ac issues and the manager said not to worry if anything should happen they would stand behind it. Well the ac went out so I went back and they looked at it and said if it acts up again that we would have to take it to the dealership for a diagnosis. So on my way home it acts up I call and spoke with Nick and he said ok call your insurance and get another claim going and set up an appointment at the dealership. Why do I have to do all the work for something I didn’t not break or repair?? So I work in the mechanic field and have experience in my own, so I’m just going to DO IT MYSELF.

Very easy and professional. They have always done great work on our familys vehicles, exclent quality and repairs are guaranteed. Front office staff are courteous and prompt and knowledgeable. They have a text ap to keep you updated on progress and although kpt my first time using JH, it has been an even better overall experience!

I had to take my car back to ride shop for repairs and I still have things that rattle o on my car that didnt before. I wouldnt recommend jh

Getting my vehicle repaired through John Harris Body Shop on S. Lake Court was a great experience. Joe and Lisa were excellent and gave wonderful customer service. My car was repaired in about half of the time quoted and looks better than it did before the accident. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Im changing my review that was 4 stars before. I chose yall bc of all the good things I heard but i was sadly mistaken. I had to bring my car back 4 times and sadly it needed to go back again but i said no more. Everytime it came out the shop it had another issue. When it came out the last time with 3 new issues i said no more. Sara was a doll. Loved talking with her. The service manager was a pleasure to deal with l, even the hearts guy but the fact I had to keep bringing it back was a deal breaker for me.

Although the staff was great, Im not sure if they failed to performed their due diligence or not, but it took 2 whole weeks for them to find hidden damage, which untimately had my car declared totaled.. During these two weeks, I could have been settling my claim with my insurance company or looking for a new car.. Also, this hidden damage was communicated a day after receiving an update that my car was 57% complete......
