Knowledgeable and friendly, they easily diagnosed my engine problem and their price was very reasonable. Their waiting room is small but very clean. I’d highly recommend them.

Dropped my truck off, they called me Monday morning ( barelyrunning but not driveable) saying I needed new batteries, I approved, said they would call me with what they find wrong with it. Dont hear anything the rest of the day or on Tuesday. Wednesday my wife was leaving the gym and sees a tech pull up to the gym in my truck, jumps out with his gym bag and works out for an hour. I called the shop and was lied to about it. When we pick it up the next day the bill was $200 more than I agreed to. Never am apology or anything. I will never go back there again.

I have stopped in twice with my vehicle and both times the mechanics have taken my vehicle into the bay and fixed my problems. There expertise and knowledge is outstanding and the cost for my repairs didnt break the bank. Most importantly for me both times was a great experience and I felt comfortable being a woman and not being taken advantage of.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. This is the first place I have been, that actually listened correctly, and accomplished exactly what I needed. They worked with me on with what I felt was a good price, and the time and effort was well taken. Highly recommend, will be back!

I stopped in because I had a bad alternator. They were too busy to take care of me in a timely manner. They were still extremely friendly and helped charge my battery and even recommended another shop.

First time customer, but lesson learned. Unable to rate ability as a mechanic shop because they took in my car on appointment then ignored it. They went on vacation for a week without communication to me. Couldnt get my car back during that time, then finally contacted me a wk and a half later asking what it even needed done. Wow. Just picked up my car and moved on. Poor communication equals poor customer service. Very disappointed.

Ryan, and mechinecs put a transmission and a radiator in my 2008 Nissan Titan and did a great job, they even stayed late to get truck back to me quickly, because Im on dialysis three days a week, and my truck was my only means of transportation. Since then theyve done wheel bearing on front end again did a excellent job the cost was very reasonable I highly recommend them even for simple oil change .

Ive had work performed by Martin Mechanics three times recently. In every case, the job was handled professionally. The quality of the parts used and the installation were top shelf. The price is good. I have no qualms recommending them as your auto repair shop.
