Absolutely LOVE VIP Nails, my mother and i have been going for over a decade and we refuse to go anywhere else. not a single person at this nail salon has failed to impress me after the these ten years. i just recently got a rainbow dip done and it was beautiful. very nice friendly and welcoming staff!

What a VIP experience! I felt like a QUEEN! Sue & Kaite we’re absolutely incredible!! I did dip on my nails & gel on my toes. They are so dedicated to their work & in making you feel and look beautiful. The quality of products is great, & all the services were spa treatment! Can’t wait to come back!

My regular nail guy had a baby and is out for 6 weeks so my daughter recommended Vanessa where her friend goes. She was so nice, and did a better job than my regular nail tech!! So happy with the way she did my nails and her attention to detail.

ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE. They got a new manager and thought making all appointments 15% off would make their business better, but you cant have a good business when you cant do good nails. The lady acted like she had absolutely no idea how to do nails. she took over 2 hours to do my nails and I was the only person in there. The prices were also ridiculous. I could go to X Nails and get my nails done the same way with BETTER quality and BETTER customer service for $15 less! Dont go to V.I.P. Nails. Im livid. X Nails Im on my way for you to save my nails (:

Been going here for a long time. Very clean and friendly

Never go here. Went in 2 days ago & got a full set with jewels on both pointer fingers. Within a couple hours 3 jewels came off. Went back the next day to get it fixed. They didnt have anymore of the one I had so she used smaller jewels & added one more. So now its uneven & you can tell they are different sizes! Then this morning while getting ready for work ANOTHER jewel on the other finger came off!! I paid way too much money for this poor of quality nails. Will NEVER spend money here again.

She did my nails last week and they hurt so much and they dident fageling my nails dut they fiald my fingers and ther started hurting

I had a great experience at Vip Nails. The nail tech I had was Ronny and he was very nice and did a great job on mani and pedi. Ronny had great conversationWith his clients and had plenty if jokes. He wanted me to let you all know he was cute and to let you all know he did a good job lol Vanessa did my best friends nails and she did a fabulous job they looked great. I will be back again.

I went 1 WEEK AGO, paid $40 for Dip nails and THEY ARE CHIPPING ALREADY.super thin layers.Very upsetting

The pedicure I got was perfection. However, pay cash and do not use a credit card here. I paid by credit card and saw the nail tech swipe my credit card multiple times. When I asked if there was a problem with my card she replied that the machine was out of paper. Right. Two weeks later I received a call from my credit card company asking if I made charges in South Carolina and San Juan, Puerto Rico. The credit card theft may not have happened here, but I only used my card at two places that day and not at all after that day and before I learned my card data had been stolen.

A younger female technician here cut two of my fingers while trying to add the acrylic nails. Two days later, it got infected. I wouldnt recommend this place, but if you have no other options Kim is the one to go to.

I will not recommend this salon. Not professional in the least, very rough with your hands. The woman doing my nails scraped my first knuckles while filling my gel off, then cut my cuticles several times till raw and bleeding. No tools were clearly sanitized and when she wrapped my nails in foil to soak the woman ran out of foil SO PULLED ONE FROM THE TRASH of the woman beside me, who I did not know. Polish job was equally as terrible.
