The pricing is very good and the technicians are friendly for the most part. But every time I go here to get my acrylic nails filled they dont go far enough towards the cuticle and I need them filled again in a week. My last visit I wanted a pastel lilac with a matte finish. The tech doing my nails said they dont have matte top coat and then a lady who was either the manager or owner overhears and tell me that if I want matte they will do 2 coats of polish and no top coat and it will look good. She also tells me that I dont want matte bc it is milky and I dont like it. Okay for one I dont want to leave a salons without the topcoat bc it helps sustain the life of the polish on the nail and number two I am 42 years old and I do not appreciate someone telling me what I do or do not like. I am capable of choosing what I want my nails to look like. I understand the matte topcoat is more expensive than a regular topcoat polish but I have never been to a salon that does not even carry it.

I like it. I have been going for years. Yiu always get good service. The key is to call before going. They have honored my spot every time.

This has been my go to nail place for a decade. Annie is a gem to do business with. Her shop is clean and friendly. The other ladies there are just as wonderful. I love getting pedicures there. I’m always falling asleep. I don’t trust anyone else with my nails, toes, eyebrows or eyelashes!

This was my first visit and I loved it. It was full but I sat right down, they were gentle, the price was good and my nails are so pretty! Annie is super good with detail and she did my wax to perfection I definitely will be back!

4 of my finger tips were cut, my pinky bled. The owner was super nice and cool but another worker did my nails, theyre sore. Im not the one to complain but damn, this is the worst manicure Ive ever paid for.

I stopped here for a mani pedi. First in a while. The ladies here never even spoke to me other than to tell me it was an extra charge for gel polish. I feel very unwelcomed and disappointed in the way they treat their paying customers. I loved my pedi! She did a wonderful job. However the lady who did my mani did a highly poor job. The polish doesnt cover the full nail, i have stray skin, and lumps in the polish. Then on top of all that I was charged an extra 20$ for the gel polish. They never said it was that much more. When I went to pay I was shocked. The lady was so rude and didnt even seem to care I was upset. I would suggest finding a better place. Best to price their every move!

This isn’t my usual nail place but I decided to get a gel manicure on my way home and this place had decent reviews and I thought, how bad can it be? The ladies were nice and that’s about it.-They had me soak my hands for 45 minutes until the lady started working on me.-They never once told me it would be a long wait.-Finally the lady starts, she barely tries to get any of my cuticles, doesn’t ask me how long or short I want them and files them way too short.-One of my thumbs is square and one of them is rounded (see pic)-The paint job is terrible. (see pic)-She cooked my hands in the UV light for 5 minutes in between each coat which is way too excessive for gel.- While my hands were frying, the girl next to me was getting her acrylics ripped off with nail clippers 😵😵I’m mad at myself that I didn’t wait and schedule an appointment at my usual nail place and wasted $30.

Okay place. Last minute decision to get my nails done. It wasnt crowded and they got me in the chair right away. Just a regular, okay acrylic manicure. Nothing special. However, they were going to charge and extra $5 just for an O.P.I polish. I just found a similar color on the polish wall. Annie, the shop owner was nice. She stated she tries to get Made In America products if she can.

Everyone here was very affable and I didnt have to wait a long time to receive service. The eyebrow wax i received was good and the technicians did a great job in regards to my manicure and pedicure. It would be nice if this place served drinks as do many of the other nail salons in the area. My only complaint is that it was crazy hot inside the nail salon when I patronized this place but perhaps they were having issues with the a/c system on the day I went. I would recommend this salin overall. Prices were reasonable. Everyone had a mask on and the environment was clean.

I love this place and have been going here for a while. Its hard to find a nail salon that does my nails how I like.

I walked in this past Friday and was greeted instantly by a woman doing a pedicure. I was told that I’d have to wait about 30 minutes. The wait seemed pretty long, but I didn’t mind it. The woman asked me what I wanted done and answered the questions I had; however, she lied to me about her ability to do nails. I asked her if she does nails and she told me that she doesn’t, but later that evening she was doing a set of dip nails for another customer. That’s neither here nor there because Jenny took good care of me and I got a pedicure. The pedicure wasn’t a real pedicure, the woman just pretended to file my toenails and didn’t clip them or anything. I was the last customer to leave and felt safe being there while getting my nails done. I came here for Annie initially, but it all worked out.UPDATE: I walked in, as usual, and waited for Jenny to finish up with her current client. I was greeted and asked what I could be helped with when I walked in by Annie, the owner. Some time passes and I hear Annie speaking in her native tongue then saying the word “homeless”. Later, a customer walks in and they begun talking about women bringing their kids into the salon. The customer makes the most racist remarks and Annie condones it since she’s bothered by kids in her shop. The customer states that she says to Spanish speaking individuals “American”. Needless to say, I won’t ever be back.This happened on June 20, 2019 around 5 PM.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EACH AND EVERY WOMAN THAT OUTS THEIR HARD WORK IN FRONT OF THEMSELVES EVERY SKNGLE DAY. IVE NEVER LEFT THIS PLACE DISAPPOINTED!!

Fantastic job! I got the detoxifying charcoal pedicure, and a pain free wax. Great job on callus removal as well. Conveniently close to Subway & the grocery store. Ill return for sure.

If youre looking for a spa space atmosphere with a margarita figured into the price of your nail service, this isnt the place. I personally find this no frills place to do the job just fine without all of the fuss. They do take their time but it is solid and well priced.

I’ve been coming here for some time. Never complained about anything, got cut, nails were taken off without soak, damaged my nail bed so bad. But today I was told that I do not know what is Ombré after I complained when they did a terrible job. Even the owner backed my manicurist up saying that the ombré supposed to look like that. No apology nothing .. and I literally cringed when I actually paid the full price for this !

My wife visited Tip Top nails for a pedicure and had a wonderful experience. The staff was courteous and the salon was clean. It was such a nice relaxing atmosphere.

My daughter took a Lyft there and the refused her service while there was only 2 customers in there with no explanation of why. She has been there many times and tips well. My daughter then took her lyft to Victorias nail spa. Seems that Victorias will be seeing my girls and I all the time now. Bad business!!!!! Shame on you. She showed at least 1 and a half hours before closing you could have told her why you turned her away. Ingrates.

I’ve been here so many times, but this last time was the ABSOLUTE worst. My nails are bumpy, not shaped correctly and CROOKED. She made me bleed three different times and I don’t know if it was a fluke, but I think I’m on my way to finding a new nail salon. I’m just very disappointed and the fact that they shame me for having such small nail beds is terrible. They sit there unhappy because they have to cut the tip to fit my nails. I dont think I’ll ever be back here unless I have the owner do my nails. Even then, I don’t think I will since she’s very racist and talks about “they’re invading Coppell!!!”

I had a manicure and pedicure done a few months ago I meant to post then and have just now had a chance, they did a good job! But more than that, I wanted to say I left my jewelry there and didnt realize it for a few days. I went back and they still had my wedding rings and bracelet. I want to say Thank you and I will be back!!

I have came here for many years but no more. It’s friday at 1:15pm they are working on 2 customers. One pedicure and one getting nails. I’m told by Annie it will be 20 mins? Why I’m wondering they aren’t busy at all. I don’t understand. Glad I didn’t come when they were imagine the time I’d have to wait then.

I never give reviews and I hate to leave anything negative on a business page but I want others to know... I’ve been here three times and every time my nails were never cleaned properly, they didn’t remove my dipped nails properly they actually used an acrylic nail to pry them off (which was very painful and damaged my nails), never cleaned my cuticles or had me wash my hands, and now I have 4 nails with green fungus growing due to this. My doctor said it could take months for them to heal and it’s definitely due to these things. I’m so upset to have had spent money to now have to wait month to have pretty nails again. I’m an mom and a teacher and getting a mani was my one treat to myself. Now I will have to make sure my nails don’t get wet and soak them in vinegar for 30 mins twice a day. Two things which will be very difficult for me. :( please go somewhere else where they will actually take care of you and your nails.

They were not professional at all. When I walked in every single one of them were sitting down didnt even move an inch no greeting or anything so I told them I just called about the nexgen the lady that was going to do my nails had her bare feet in the chair I needed to sit in. She didnt ask how i was doing or offer me anything to drink told me to get the colors and pick a color but before I could pick one she kept telling me she was ready for me so I sat down with the colors she grabbed my hand and she asked what number I wanted I told her I didnt know she seemed a little irritated. I picked a color she started doing my nails but I wasnt comfortable with it she seemed like she was doing a sloppy job and the tools looked like they were used a lot. Another lady came walked up while chewing loudly talking to the girl that was doing my nails. I didnt even have her finish it felt so dirty. I will not go back.

Paid $75 for a Nexgen mani and Garden Pedi. Both were very rushed. My nails were not shaped at all just a quick file and on they went. She was out of the door right after because she had somewhere else to be. My pedicure was done very unprofessionally for the fact the lady had done a hack job on clipping them and painted my skin to hide what she messed up. I had nail polish all over my cuticles and had to ask her to apply another coat to a few poorly painted ones. They didn’t even sterilize the tools! The tools she used on my feet were tossed into a drawer, she did a quick tidy of the station and was out the door. I recommend going somewhere else.

Enjoy going there, nails last long but last time I went one of my nails came off after 3 days, but other than that love it!

Worst experience ever.I went in for a manicure, and while I was washing my hands, the nail tech STOLE MY ENGAGEMENT RING OUT OF MY PURSE. I will never come here again and I am furious that the owner didnt really do anything to find it for me.

Went here once, my experience was HORRIBLE!!. The lady I had was on her phone the entire time then she kept stopping to check her phone and she put way to much glue on and when one of them fell off it took off half of my actual nail. From now on I will be going to the one in vista mall. I will never step foot into this location again.
