Our back yard needed a good clean up after the storms earlier this spring.We previously had the affected trees removed and needed a company to come and clear the major brush, overgrown bushes, and weeds that covered the back portion of our yard. Plus they trimmed up our cedar trees which had lots of dead branches underneath. Jerry was excellent- he met with me twice to review the area that needed work and was very thorough with his explanation of the proposal. He also gave me a few options to choose from, which was helpful.The 3 men who came and did the work were very hard working- I dont even think they took a break! We were totally satisfied with the excellent work. They were on time every day and worked hard each day. The project manager was there several times each day to answer questions and direct the crew. Grassperson did a fantastic job landscaping my front yard. They removed and replaced the dead bushes the winter storm killed. They also replaced the ugly mulch with Texas river rock that matches our house beautifully; we get lots of compliments. We use Grassperson because they are reliable, professional, and versatile. We use them for all of our lawn needs including, cutting, weeding, and fertilizing the lawn. They have replaced the sod is our front lawn to a grass that thrives in a shady environment. We use them for bug and weed control. We also use them for irrigation system maintenance and for landscaping. We have used them to replace trees and bushes. We also use them for Christmas lights instillation and de-instillation. Before Grassperson we had issues with reliability of lawn service and frequent finger-pointing from one service provider to another. Grassperson takes full responsibility for everything it does. They also ask their recommendations for services they do not perform such as tree trimming; but we did use them to remove a root of a tree that had been cut down so that the new tree that would have room for its roots. We purchased that tree through Grassperson, who took us to a tree farm to pick out the replacement tree. We more than highly recommend them.

I find some of their costs to be on the high end so I do not hire them for every single service. However, I think they offer good value for mowings, cutbacks and weed control. I had a cutback yesterday and Antonio and his crew were hard working, responsive to my last minute changes and they hurried to do all my requests in the 2 hours that I set as a limit. Force you to sign a contract. They don’t weed when they say they do. Don’t fix the sprinklers when they said they did. Over billing is what they are about. Even spoke with the owner and she said was very rude and it took weeks of showing them pictures of how bad my yard was before she would even say they were wrong. Even after she admitted she was wrong she still refused to correct the situation and just raised her prices again even though our contract was for a year. These guys write contracts and then over Bill you with change orders to death.Con artists.

We are repeat customers and also use Grassperson to handle our weekly grass cutting needs. One small part of the project was forgotten but remedied within 24 hours. These guys are fantastic!!

I LOVE my landscaping after Grassperson transformed it from an overgrown mess that has been in place for 20+ years to a fresh clean look, merely by removing, trimming and relocating existing shrubs. I have used Grassperson for years for cutting my grass. We have since added their fertilization schedule and have been pleased. Sprinkler repair is very responsive as well. This fall for the first time we contracted with them to do a yard clean up, bush trim, flower bed prep etc. They gave us an estimate for time and amount. They were not pushy, but scheduled us immediately once I signed the agreement. They came in under time and under budget.... unbelievably honest for a service that I would have had no idea if it took 1, 2 or 3 hours - and of course wasnt home to monitor. We use Grassperson for lawn mowing, landscape trimming and weeding, planting annual flowers, Christmas lights on our house and we love them! They always notify us when they are coming, do excellent work and follow up afterward regarding feedback on their work. The office staff communicates well and professional and the workers also so professional and respectful to our home and property. We’ve used other companies in the past but are thankful to have made the switch to Grassperson!!! You may find their prices are a bit higher than competition but you won’t be disappointed in this company!
