Attempted to initiate new service as my previous lawn guy moved out of state. I instantly got the impression me calling to inquire about new service was a bother,as his tone was rude and then stated, isnt it a bit late in the season for new service. Which caught me off guard. To which I replied, not if the lawn needs it. But since it seems to be a bother to you, I will let you go and find a company that will appreciate my business. I wouldnt call this place back if they were the last one in the city. Buyer be aware, poor customer service.

Did a good job on the lawn, but didnt show up for the last 2 mows of the season. Left us in a bind as no other companies want to pick up for just a mow or two and we had to go and buy a mower and weedeater to get one last mow done that Lewisville Lawn Care didnt. Voicemail box was full and didnt answer calls.
