We have used Pooles Lawn & Landscape for years for regular lawn maintenance, new sod installation, and new bedding and plant installation at multiple properties and they are great! David and his crew always do 1st Class work and we recommend using their services.

The owner is very kind. However we had sod installed from them that contained a fungus. We were hoping for a beautiful green lawn. 80% of it is now brown and it was installed two months ago. Very disappointed.Update 11am 7/29. The owners have reached out to us and have a plan to make it right.

I dont personally use this service, however, my neighbor does and they arrived to do his yard at 8:05 am today. I was outside to witness my neighbor verbally attack and harass the crew members about not showing up before 8 am. He used many expletives that Im sure the entire neighborhood could hear, yet whoever was in charge remained incredibly respectful and kind. I know I would not be able to maintain my composure if someone was screaming and pointing in my face. Kudos to these guys for being so gracious under fire. I would recommend this company simply based on the level of professionalism they displayed.

Been with this company for several years. I wouldnt want to leave them! They are very kind and do great work.!!

Pooles Lawn & Landscape is the most down to earth, caring lawn service I have ever had, Their customer service is irreproachable. The best Ive ever seen.
