Serapio Lawn Mowing Service is the company to hire, theyre the best!!!Juan and his dad fixed my sprinklers system,found the problem under ground and repaired the electrical wires. Juan did a really good job with my new sod request. He came out and provided quotes for the different types of grass I was looking for. He kept in constant communication on where he was at with the project and now I have a front yard lawn I can show off to the neighbors.Thanks again Juan!

I hired Juan Serapio to do my lawn for the year in April 2020 and get some extra landscaping done. Initial price was good. When he came to do the lawn part, it was nicely done and I was content. I asked him if I could pay by PayPal, and he said yes. I went to my computer, opened my old PayPal account that I seldom used, and, as he requested, sent him money through PayPal.A few days later, he said he wanted it to be paid by Quick Pay (Zelle). I checked and found out the PayPal transaction was complete and he had received the money so I told him I would be glad to pay with Quick Pay (which I do have and use often) the next time. He then texted me a few times saying Quick Pay, no PayPal and I again explained that next time I would do Quick Pay. During the next two weeks, I attempted to get him on the phone for landscaping scheduling.He never answers (1 out of every 15 calls and only responds to texts 1 out of every 10 or so). I asked today if he was doing landscaping today and he actually responded (surprise!), but said no landscaping or lawn mowing because no Quick Pay. Clearly his English is limited, which I dont mind IF HE TRIES TO UNDERSTAND what you are saying EVENTUALLY... but he seems not to care to.I rated this Poor Quality because the lack of any kind of contact with him makes the quality of his word (and his ability to do the work) poor. To be clear, he was paid for his work. I even told him to call PayPal if he didnt receive the original payment money and they would be sure to figure out how to get his payment straightened out. Then he denied services, even though I told him I was fine paying everything by Quick Pay. I just wouldnt pay him TWICE for the first mow.Serapio needs to learn customer service, plain and simple. I fired him after just one mowing when he again failed to schedule the landscaping and cancelled the 2nd mowing when it was due. Then I found someone responsive that answers their phone and does what they say they will, who is cheaper, and has better services to offer. And bonus... I can pay them by credit card. Problem solved. Do not hire this guy, he is not dependable... its not that I had payment hell with him, its that he never responds.

Ive been using Serapio Lawn Service for years and years. I highly recommend them for all your outside needs, lawn, landscaping, flower bed maintenance and sprinkler system repair.
