I am very dentist-shy and this was my first visit. Anna was very gentle even though I dont tolerate air or water very well. She had to use tools for my cleaning and did an excellent job. Dr. Lee came and answered all of my questions and concerns. He discussed future options as well. The staff are knowledgeable about what dental benefits my insurance covers which was very helpful too. Im very happy with Aspire Family dentistry.

Crown and cavity in adjacent tooth earlier this afternoon.Exactly on time of appointment 3:30 pm … in the chair by 3:32 pmExplained the procedure / Very good job with the numbing procedure / the office has a “new - to -me” dental damn/suction device that made things go well / 30-45 minutes later and they were fitting Me for the Temp Crown.I have gone to this Dentist site for over 20 years - when Aspire (this Dentist) came to the office all equipment was upgraded…. The new tools make everything go smoothly.Thanks for the procedure that i have been putting off for a couple of years.

I love the whole Aspire team! My family has been seeing them for years, we feel like Anna and Christine are family friends. Dr. Lee is the best! He is professional, but not pretentious. He is willing to answer any questions. I have never had a single billing issue, not with insurance or self pay. I’m never made to feel embarrassed for asking what the cost of treatments will be and I find the prices very reasonable. I highly recommend Aspire!

My all time fav dentistry office. I have been seeing Anna and Christine for YEARS and I would not recommend any other hygienist! Dr. Lee is awesome, and extremely informative (as someone that needs to know every move/step). The office is extremely clean as well as the equipment. It had been way too long since I had been to a dentist since my past dental practice was not ever gentle and I use to be miserable after. The care I received at Aspire was top notch! I felt truly welcome as soon as I walked in the front door. They are the nicest people, my hygienist was so gentle and thorough, and Dr. Lee was very helpful and thorough! I will definitely be going back every six months to Aspire for regular appointments!

I have had several crowns over the years. Recently had rear tooth break, they were going to take me in the next day but it was not painful and non-emergent I opted for after the weekend. I was seen first thing on Monday, given a temporary crown in less than an hour, with very little trouble. Less than 10 days later, fitted with the permanent one, again with very little fine tuning. Great staff, precise and professional.

I had not been to the dentist in over 10 years but needed help aspire family dentistry helped me they were so helpful and kind. 1 year later I have all my teeth fixed and cleaned. Christiana, is very personable and does a wonderful job cleaning and x_raying my teeth. Dr Lee takes the time you need to explain what work needs to be done to your teeth. Hes also gentle, the office is state of the art and extremely clean.

GREAT Dentist and the staff is incredible. Went here needing emergency dental work. They took me in right away and made sure to make me comfortable. Had my first initial patient appt. at Aspire Family Dentistry. From the office entrance to finish they all were very professional. They took xrays, cleaned, and polished my teeth. Dr. Lee checked all my teeth and explained my problem areas and what he would recommend. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend this practice.

The staff here are just wonderful! I recently left a nearby dental office after receiving misinformation about billing for a root canal. Thankfully the folks at Aspire accepted me as a new patient and went right to work with scheduling me for a cleaning that fit into my established timetable. During this procedure they noticed that I had an old crown that needed replacement. Once again, they fit me in for the required two sessions and worked closely with my insurance company to ensure that I was quoted the correct estimate. There were no surprises when I was presented with the bill. Their actions and caring attitude made all the difference! Im totally sold as a new patient.

Aspire Family dentistry was so patient and informative when I was having difficulty confirming my insurance. They modified my appointment to make sure that I could still be seen and were able to schedule me an additional one for the services we did not have time for. They listened attentively to the concerns I had and used their knowledge and expertise to figure out the problem (jaw clenching) and explained in terms that I could absolutely understand how my X-rays demonstrated exactly where my tooth sensitivity was located and the cause.

Aspire Family Dentistry is by far one of the best dentists offices we’ve gone to. We bring our 4 year old son and he loves going there! All of the staff are super friendly and caring! I highly recommend them to anyone with children they’re amazing!

PATIENT CENTERED KINDNESSI just moved to Lewiston and my night guard was failing me terribly. I have had night guards forever, and believe me, when your guard fails, you are in trouble - and this guard was causing damage. I called one extremely highly rated Lewiston dental office and was informed I would be seen as a new patient in late October...but I better hurry and book. Sadly- this is the norm - not patient centered care -AT ALL- no acknowledgement of the urgent issue at hand. I called Aspire and was given an appointment THE NEXT MORNING to get fitted for a guard. Dr Lee is genuine and professional - and he has a remarkably kind and responsive staff. .As a practicing physician, I know that what matters most to my patients is being there when someone is in pain and needs help - well for me, you guys came through BIG TIME. I live in ME right now going to school, so I was looking for a dentist to help me out. They were nice when I arrived, but felt judged by the dentist the whole time and really did not feel comfortable. The tooth I went to get fixed was not fixed properly and it is worse than when I went in. Also they said that they would only charge me a certain amount and couple months later I received a bill asking for more money.

In the past 3 months I have had several visits to Aspire and have been treated by Dr. Li and Jamie. In the past, I have had absolutely horrible experiences with dentist or other doctor, for that matter.Dr. Li and Jamie and the rest of the staff at Aspire have completely changed my outlook and feelings toward dental work. They are welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and so extremely helpful.I have had 16+ teeth pulled by them since June, including 10 last week before receiving my new partial dentures. The entire process from start to finish was fantastic and very easy. Jamie talked me through every step while Dr. Li flawlessly executed. There is never any lingering or after pain when Dr. Li has extracted teeth and my new SMILE is INCREDIBLE. I feel like a brand new person.They also are very good at taking patients on extremely short notice for emergencies. I twice had to call them for an emergency infection and was able to get in the same day both times- including the first time I ever called them as an unestablished patient. They are always very straight forward with out of pocket cost and will work with your insurance to provide estimates on the fly.I would recommend Aspire to anyone and everyone who is looking for a dentist. Whether you just need a cleaning or are looking to get dentures like myself- they are the best team around. There is absolutely NOWHERE else I will ever go for dental work.Thank you, ASPIRE!
