Nobody wants to have a root canal. But if youve gotta have one, GO SEE DR. ROSE!!! Definitely worth the 3 hour drive from Houlton. Shes genuinely concerned about your comfort during the procedure. Shes extremely thorough and has an amazing bedside manner. Jake was also wonderful,, kind and compassionate as her Assistant. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I have been going to Dr. Rose for many years, she is a wonderful dentist, extremely busy office, very hard to make an appointment if they will let you. They make you go on a wait list instead of making an appointment for you. I would not mind mind waiting the six month or whatever just give me the appointment. So sad that after so many year of going to a nice dentist that you may have to find a new dentist that will make an appointments for you. I did go on their wait list in May after 4 months of waiting I thought I might as well make an appointment even if I had to wait another six months, This all happened because I was sick on my normal appointment and could not go in May, They would not make a new appointment had to go on the list, guess I should of gone sick and gave it to everyone, Extremely disappointed.

Meghan is a wonderful hygienist. She was very pleasant and personable. I recommend her as your hygienist. She made teeth cleaning a great experience.

I enjoy this dental office so much because of how comfortable the atmosphere is there. I originally signed up to go there when I saw on their Facebook page that they had a massage chair that’s heated! Although I have not actually use that Chair yet. Everyone there is incredibly nice and super easy to talk to. They do a very good job at what they do and honestly I used to be afraid of going to the dentist but I actually look forward to going to my appointments. Five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is one of the best dental offices I have even been to. I had my teeth checked, cleaned and two cavities filled. The staff are very professional, excellent at what they do and super helpful. I would highly recommend Maple Way Dental Care.

This place deserves a negative star rating ! I trusted this place to help my boyfriend with this horrible tooth pain, the doctor didn’t even know how to properly numb his tooth but proceeded to try ripping his tooth out !! Which obviously put him in thriving pain but then continued to try to yank it out when he could feel everything causing him to scream in pain!! And then had the audacity to tell him to be quite because he was scaring people .. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. NEVER go here ..

These people are the absolute best! I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist, and I had a tooth pulled out today and then numbed it with gel first, waited then went in with novacaine. I never felt one bit of pain. The dentist talked me through everything, and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone. I love them 😍 Thank you Mapleway Dental for taking good care of me today.

It’s absolutely insane to me that a dentist would open an office in a city with a 49% poverty rate and be total snobs to people with bad teeth, and not have clear conversations about cost of services when a patient is clear that they have limited funds.If you don’t want to help poor people with messed up teeth move your practice to Falmouth.Or better yet, offer sliding scale services so that poor people don’t have to have s*** teeth. But then you’d probably have to give up water skiing and your keto diets. Poor you. What a choice.This place won’t see another of my hard earned dimes.

Absolutely horrible experience and will NOT use their services again.From snotty receptionists and nurses (not all of course but majority) to a doctor that essentially doesnt want to do any real work except basic checkups to charge insurance company. Did one filling there and a tooth that had no pain or sensitivity issues, is killing me two weeks later and I cant eat or drink anything that is above or below room temperature.Refused to do an extraction, referred me to a surgeon that didnt work with my insurance company, while Aspen Dental in Auburn saw me the same day I called them and performed the extraction without any issues whatsoever.I scheduled a visit for my fiancee who had high dentist anxiety and a lot of pain, prepared them for what the situation entailed, they saw her but did not do work on even a single tooth.My front tooth I had the filling there done continues to hurt and be sensitive temperature and the nurse assistant blamed it on whitening toothpaste (instead of using Sensodyne brand) instead of taking any accountability.Great for kids to do checkups and get a little goodie bag but not to work with adults.

Im not generally one to leave reviews but I was super impressed with my experience at Maple Way. I had a broken wisdom tooth and they got me in same day as a new patient and it was less than an hour from the time I walked in the door and walked out with considerably less pain and my wisdom tooth gone. Mind literally blown. They were super straightforward about payment and treatment and listened to what I wanted done without trying to sell me on anything else. Very grateful! Thank you!

Unfortunately would not recommend. They put up a 250$ emergency fee that has to be paid that day for people in need of service. I had bad tooth pain and had to go in during normal business hours but am still getting charged the emergency fee. State declared them essential. I wouldnt have gone in if I wasnt in pain. I have been a client here for many many years but now I am looking for a new dentist.Horrible business practice for people in need during these times

Absolutely great staff. We have 4 kids and they love to see the dentists here. The staff is wonderful with everyone in the family. They even have contests for the younger children. Highly recommended.

Great, Friendly staff who put me at ease when having to have a broken tooth repaired and another that needed a root canal. They made both procedures such an easy and surprisingly comfortable process. Ive been back for 2 cleanings, have more work scheduled and will be scheduling my 14 month old for his first dental exam soon.

My family and I were going here for a few years and everything seemed good, but I started to feel like I was spending A LOT of money at the dentist. My last visit they told me I needed at least 4 fillings, it may have been 5, which I never went back to get. That was a couple years ago. I went to my new dentist today (I did not tell them why I was switching dentists and said nothing about the fillings I was told I needed) and they told me I needed ONE filling. ONE. Just an FYI, be careful and dont be afraid to get a second opinion.

Im very happy with the experience I had at maple way dental. It might be a little more expensive but it was well worth it. I recommend it to anyone that has had bad experiences with dentist.

The dentist and hygienist are amazing at this wonderful dental place but beware of the front office, they are not the most careful with their billing and it may cost you waaayyyy more than your wallet was planning on. I went in for my final crown visit and ended up paying $300 over my estimated final cost!!

I can’t speak highly enough of Maple Way! From check in to assistants to both Doctors to check out staff— they’re always super courteous, compassionate and accommodating. Especially when I needed an unexpected root canal. They were able to see me very quickly because I was having pain. They explained the procedure and made sure I was comfortable and pain free the entire time. They took what could’ve been an awful experience and made it as good as a root canal can be! On top of all that, I really appreciate the time that they take to explain costs of procedures before performing them. I can rely on never having a surprise bill with them. If you haven’t been yet, I highly recommend trying them out!

I love Dr. Rose. All of the assistants and techs and support staff are the friendliest people. They are always going out of their way to make you comfortable and do everything they can to accommodate you. Ive been a patient for years. And I love they care and advise I get. This was my first visit to their new office. WOW. And massage heated exam chairs! What!!!! Yeah awesome

Friday night I got a tooth ache that progressively got worse and Sunday morning I couldn’t take it anymore... they got me in an hour later... on a SUNDAY! Dependable and wonderful staff who CARES! 5 stars is an understatement... I was in so much pain, I am so thankful for you!

Dr. Rose and her associates are always kind and welcoming. Dr. Rose has made me feel at east and comfortable even as I had three teeth repaired. I believe this is one of the best dental experiences I have had in over the 30 years I have been seeing a dentist. I highly recommend Center Street Dental.

Ive been going to Center Street Dental since I was a child. When Dr. Rose took over the practice I only noticed an increase in community involvement and outreach no changes in the service and care that I had known and enjoyed my entire life. Now I have a family of my own and we are all patients at Center Street Dental. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. The staff is amazing with children and get the procedures and cleanings done quickly so its a positive experience for the child.

My family has been going to this place for years. I am truly disappointed to say this office might have tried to scam me out of my own pocket. I was told I had nine cavities one day leaving their office, NINE. I switched my dental office for my insurance and my new office could not find one, not one cavity!!!!! They said they had a hard time getting my x rays faxed over and when they got them they were missing the x rays of where this office said I had cavities so I had to re do the x rays again with my new office. Im glad I switched to a new dental office -Just be careful!

In all my visits to Center Street Dental I have never had an experience less than fantastic. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, the waiting room times are always short and the staff are wonderful. I love visiting with Dr. Rose. She takes the time to come into the room, sit face-to-face and shake your hand. She learns your kids names and remembers to ask how your vacation was. She truly takes the time to get to know her patients, and more than just their teeth! I have always found Center Street Dental to be comfortable, affordable and as much as the dentist can be - enjoyable! Dr. Rose and her staff have even begun to care for my 2 year old daughters teeth, ensuring a lifetime of dental health and beautiful smiles. :)

Poor customer service their top priority is money. I have found great dental care with much better service, cheaper price and I actually feel like they care about me.

I am a new patient at Center Street Dental and just had my first visit. I cant remember the last time my mouth has felt so clean! I received the best treatment and left the office with a total understanding of my care plan moving forward.BUT, what I find equally important to point out is the tremendous support Center Street Dental gives to the community! I had a barn tooth ache from a tooth that broke off an needed to be pulled. It was a holiday weekend coming up an no one else was open or would see me. I called cebter street an they got me in that same day. Pulled the tooth for me. So worth my hour an half drive. Great staff an great dr.

If you arent worried about costs, this is a great place to be treated. If you are worried about costs, this place deserves the one star I gave it. I had an active infection in a tooth that resulted in a small blister on the side of my gum just above my tooth. Doctor Rose spent literally three seconds lancing it so the infection could drain. Admittedly, the technician asked me if I wanted to hear the price, but I waived her off assuming it would be affordable. When I got my bill, the price for just the lancing was $170. I find that a reprehensible business practice and I am done with CSD. I did give them a chance to make it right by posting on their FB page. They did contact me, but all they had to say was that is the price for that procedure. I will not patronize a business that has such ridiculously overpriced procedures.
