My husband works out at this gym. I just go for moral support. Actually we have a infant so I watch her when he works out. But he loves it there. Definitely will recommend if anyone wants to get an membership and work out. Plus the staff are friendly too they will help you with anything.

The people are really nice that work there! But the location itself isn’t the greatest. I know with covid it’s hard to keep people 6 ft apart but with that being said there’s a lot of machines that I use everyday that are blocked off. The biggest deciding factor was the fact there was no room to stretch comfortably unless I wanted to go by the mirrors where all the guys just stare at you. Personally it’s not my favorite I just wish I knew this before I signed up

One of the cleaner LA fitnesses. However I can never figure out why they play so much rap and pop music. I wonder if the millennials at the front desk actually look at the people coming in there. Its a pretty different age demographic that considers this enjoyable music. Bring your headphones.If it wasnt for a lifetime membership I would never join this place. Theres too many of them that are filthy dirty and one of the consistencies is staff that couldnt care less.

No hot tub/pool/sauna and this was recently built. Dont get the business decision behind that in this location. Then, to get to one that does its a hike plus fee and its less time working out. Somebody higher up in corporate please change this at least with more full service facilities

The hours are now back to 5am but with half the machines not able to be used (And yes I get it Covid etc) but the price I pay has not been cut to match.The gym was once a place I enjoyed, Not anymore- I doubt I will renew when my membership expires.

Save your money, go to planet fitness.Last year I bought a training package. Well covid closed the gym. Then suddenly they open and, BAM $600 charged to my card and 30 days too use 60 training sessions! Oh, they are not open the same hours either, so instead of 5am they open at 6, so if I go, Im late for work. If I go after work, if I get out on time, of a trainer is available, dinner for the fam is not until 7...Terrible customer service.

Dishonest half the staff does not care hours always changing won’t let you in 20 min prior to closing management will never call you back

This gym is big, beautiful and clean. The locker rooms are never a mess and the gym is always well kept. The staff is always smiling and very helpful. My favorite gym by far as everything I need is accessible and I never have a problem finding a machine. It’s in a great location and parking is never a problem.

Seems alright

My favorite location in this area. The other locations are usually dirty, overly busy, or their cardio equipment is poorly maintained. The West Seneca gym is clean, and I havent had any problems getting a rotation in on a machine or with equipment being out of adjustment.

Great atmosphere, friendly helpful staff, great equipment and facilities. Never too crowded.
