Becca did an amazing job. Throughout my many years of having difficulty finding a great stylist and consistency this is the new spot! I just relocated to the area and needed a good professional haircut and she nailed it. Everything from the handling of the clippers and precision to the shampoo was 💯 best I’ve experienced in Tennessee. Well worth the price! Honestly I would’ve paid more it was that amazing! No lie on my part. I gave this place an actual try and came here multiple times. Every time my hair was cut to perfection and the atmosphere is amazing! I love it so much that I choose to drive an hour one way just for the amazing atmosphere and friendly service, not to mention the cutz are on point. Second time Ive been here. This is great Becca and Bruce are phenomenal, you get a great hair cut and beard trim and hot towel, hair wash and 2 free adult drinks.

Bruce Master Barber was great and this place has a great setup for a mens all in one grooming space. Plus a bar to have your favorite beer or bourbon while you wait.

Stopped by during a holiday visit to the area. Great people but one of the worst haircuts Ive ever received. Didnt listen to anything I said before or during the haircut. Showed a picture and explained what I wanted - low fade, leave some length on top...I left with a high and tight.Edit to respond - Good haircut, clean fade, nothing missed, etc... just no where near what I asked for. Star rating bumped up for offer to refund.

Hadn’t got a cut since moving to TN and decided to try Tune Up - receptionist was friendly/helpful and Haley did a really fantastic job. Great place.

I went in for a pretty simple haircut I had a picture, I had even details down to what guard I wanted used on the razor for the fade. Every bit of it was ignored. The fade is awful on the sides and back its not a even fade around my head. The length on the top is way too long even though I kept telling the guy that cut my hair Id like it shorter. To the point where he was getting frustrated with me so I gave up and decided Im done. This was my first and last time I will come to this salon. And I will be going to a different salon to see if they can fix my haircut.

So thankful for Bruce and the whole crew for cutting my sons hair when super cuts would not! And he looks sooo much better!

Busy place. Make a appointment. Dont leave messages on the voice-mail, they dont seem to return those.

First experience left a bad cut. Manager had no issue fixing it. Thought Id give them another try. Well it was an option of the manager or they guy that did the bad cut. Sadly the manager wasnt doing anymore cuts for the day. Shame a new business to the area is turning away customers. Positive side is went right down the street got a cut and saved myself about $25.
