Wonderful barber shop. Loved the fact they use the vacuum clippers! We plan to continue using Jason as our barber for a long time!

The guys at Traditions are awesome. They are always friendly and courteous and the quality of their work is better than any barber I’ve been to. As far as Covid, they are following the guidelines set by the state and ask all customers the standard questions they are required to. Keep in mind this is how they take care of not only their families but other customers as well. I would prefer to go here where at least they are following the procedures needed to keep them, their customers and their families safe than go somewhere that doesn’t care. They will continue to have mine and my family’s business. Keep up the great work guys.

I recently moved to Lenoir City and I visited Traditions this morning for the first time. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and the friendliness of the barbers. Jason did a great job, actually better than any haircut I have had in the last 2 decades. From the second I walked in the door, it was evident that they would be following the CDC guidelines for protecting their customers and themselves with regard to COVID-19. I would encourage anyone who wants to have a great haircut - and a better day - to visit Traditions Barber Shop!

Im very picky about who does my sons hair. After searching through Google, and looking at ratings, reviews, and hours of operations, I decided I would try Traditions Barber Shop. I will absolutely keep returning. The guys are nice, laid back, and do a hell of a job! Thanks for fixing my kiddos hair. Awesome place and people.

I have been a customer of Traditions Barber Shop since right after they opened. Jason and Cas have always treated me well. I get my cut fairly quickly and at a decent price. Ill continue to go there as long as my health allows. Its really an old time barber shop with new people and equipment. I really like the vacuum on the trimmers. It makes me feel like I dont have hair down my collar like I have at other places.

This review is long over due.First what really matters. Im a barber myself, and because I cant cut my own hair I love going to Traditions. The haircut is always perfect, and their attention to detail is top notch. The shop is clean, and the conversation is always interesting and lively. Great guys and excellent at their craft.Second, I was informed about a poor review by one of the barbers, about the Covid-19 protocols in place as of 08/12/2020. It seems a customer took issue with them. As a licensed TN Master Barber all I can say is Jason and Cas are following them as the State has asked. Heavy fines and suspension of License could occur if they dont. Even if you think this Pandemic is blown completely out of proportion as I do, at least they have the customers health as a priority.Last but not least, I think the 1 star review my LR is utterly ridiculous and some people are just overly sensitive in these times.I urge you to pay these guys a visit and make an opinion then.

Absolutely amazing place for a cut, trim, and/or shave. If you ask for something they exceed expectations every single visit. The amount of care and precision these men deliver everyday is spectacular. Highly recommended. Highly skilled. Great price. Great conversation.

I started going to Traditions Barber Shop back in 2014 when I was 16. I am 22 now, and in the six years since Ive started going here, I havent let anyone else touch my hair. Jason and Cas are amazing barbers, and they take pride in their work! I have always been very happy with my haircuts, and Ive even brought my 2 year old nephew here to get his hair cut. Ive never seen him so calm in a barbers chair before. I recomend this place to every man I know!

This is a great place run by a pair of great guys! If you are looking for a Mans old-fashioned barber shop and the jokes, conversation, and rapport that goes with it, this place is for you! If you are overly sensitive, weak-kneed or spineless, you should keep driving and pull in to SuperCuts instead.

You could not ask for a better crew to trust for men’s haircuts and products. Not only are they down to earth but comical. Prices are by far cheaper than another shop in town that just opened. We have been going here for since they opened.

I get my hair cut about every 10 days, I always have. That being the case, I’ve been to a lot of barber shops all over the country and some in other countries. These guys are up there with the best of them. Great conversation, laid back atmosphere and no matter the barber you get when you walk in, you will get a quality hair cut. I might not be a local, but its my home now, and I had family come and visit, and need a hair cut, and beard trimmed. He was treaded as if he was covid police!! Questioned about who he was, who his family is..how they dont know his family. Etc..... i get that covid is an issue, but that doesnt mean treat customers as inspectors and rudely. Very disappointed in the Traditional way of a Barber where I thought a seat was open and you were treated with respect and like family.. guess i was wrong.

Worst experience Ive had. I ended up showing the gentleman of how I wanted my cut and explained to him the 3 most important parts of my hair to cut to my liking. It seems he completely forgot what he was doing and ended up cutting my hair way to high. Cutting the length of my cowlicks in the back when I told him to be careful, mentioned I wanted to have extra hair to do my natural part, and also to give a skin fade from the bottom up. He didnt do any of those requests at all. What I got was walking out like a little gay Mexican boy. Not happy at all. Glad he knew the mistake to let me go without paying. The reason for this review, my hair took months to grow the cowlicks and now to wait again to grow this hair. He couldve simply followed the guide that my hair was already cut to rather than doing what he thought I wanted. I seriously am the most angriest with this haircut compared to others because I cant even fix this mess until it grows.

Good, old time barber shop. No Reservations. Three Barbers on duty most hours of the day so things go pretty fast. Good haircuts at a good price. And as much conversation as you can handle. A little hard to spot from the street but worth the effort

This is a throwback to the old days. Just like the barber shop my grandfather use to take me to. When women are present it is a prim and proper establishment. But when its just the guys there leave you self respect in the truck. Any and everything is fair play. Just a bunch of good ole boys. Would not have it any other way.

Found this place through google reviews and it did not disappoint. Cas and Jason give much better haircuts then what can be found at the franchise shops for less money. Theyll shave your neck with a straight razor, clean up your beard, and I have always found it to be a fun environment with interesting conversations. I highly recommend this barber shop.

Moving to Lenoir City I knew it could be a hassle finding a great barber but I found Traditions Barber Shop and it’s just want I needed. Old-style barber shop with traditional and contemporary cuts and styles. Razor cut on the neck if you prefer. Also, they do an excellent job trimming and shaping your beard. The place is modern and very clean with cool décor. The barbers are young and very friendly. I’ll be back again and again.

Well, Traditions Barber Shop is the exception to the rule, and will remind you of why going to the barber used to be an experience more than a chore. Its as close as you will find to the kind of service we all once took for granted back in the heyday of car fins and flattops. Great cuts provided by true pros who dont take themselves seriously. Really --- this is one of those rare places where you dont mind waiting a bit because the banter between Jason, Cas and Spenser and their customers is just so darn fun. Ive been going here for years and, as long as I have what little hair I have left, they will be the only ones cutting it. Give these guys a try, and I promise you will never, ever consider a stripmall haircut again.
