Always a great experience visiting Gloss Spa. The atmosphere is consistently lively, positive, and most importantly sanitary. I have had appointments with Dana, Max, Sue, and V, and they are all friendly and amazing professionals in their own unique ways. Each technician is attentive, thorough, and really work with you to get the outcome you desire. Ive tried many salons in the area, but this has become my go-to. Just wish Id found this place much sooner. Great job everyone and thank you for your talents!

Told me that she didn’t have time to do a gel pedicure and that I had to pick between a gel or a regular pedicure. In my eyes very unprofessional to tell me I can’t get a service because “we don’t have time”

I recently moved and was looking for a new salon. I’ve been here a couple of times and will keep coming. They are so fun and welcoming after you sit down in the chair. Nancy does a great job on my dip nails. (:

Great space, very spacious and clean, especially with all the new health guidelines that need to be followed. All the staff is super friendly and make you feel welcomed. Definitely take your time here, do not be in a rush, you will get better quality and better results that way!

Hidden Gem In Lenexa. I get pedicures in the summer to keep my feet from looking gnarly in flip flops. The pedicure and customer service were exceptional.

Super Nail Spa!! I have tried many and this is the BEST that Ive found in the area! Friendly staff that know you by name. They have a mix of ethnicity, which I love and appreciate. The atmosphere feels like one big family, and shocker... EVERY STAFF MEMBER speaks English with you and with EACH other. (Im not a fan of establishments that only speak their native language to their staff.) Just my opinion. Thank you, Gloss Spa! You are a unique and enjoyable place to get pampered and leave very pleased!

We chose Gloss Spa to do our bridal party nails.There were at least nine of us and Gloss accommodated well (we booked in advance). The owner was so friendly and I had a great time talking with her. The salon is very, very clean and the staff have very fun personalities, it felt like we were all hanging out together. They even provided us donuts and juices since we started so early in the morning! I will definitely make this my regular mail place. (Also week 4 on my gel, no chips, just very grown out).

I recently moved to Olathe about three months ago and I was in search of a nail tech that I could rely on. Thanks to Facebook, I found Gloss Spa. I started getting my nails done here last month and I’ve had no issues. Simply calling to set an appointment is quick, both sets I’ve had so far have been gorgeous and exactly what I’ve asked for. The place itself is so beautiful and clean. They never disappoint and if you walk-in, you’re never waiting for long.

Best pedicure Ive had in awhile. The girl that did it was super nice, easy to talk to, and did a great job. They were a few dollars more than other places but it was totally worth it.

Went here based on a friend’s recommendation. They did a great job. I’m really enjoying how well she applied my dip powder. It’s not bulky like it can get sometimes.

I love Gloss Spa! My nails have never looked better. I always make an appointment with Jai and I’m so happy that I’m taken on time and not delayed by people who choose not to make an appointment. Prices are competitive and I’m never disappointed in my nails.

Ive been to a couple different places and my nails normally only last 3 weeks at the max. On friday it will be 5 weeks, and they still look great. Minus the growing out and the nail I just cracked. I called and they are booked til Friday. Definitely worth the wait. My nails have never lasted this long, or looked this good. I highly recommend Gloss Spa. Glue it is til I can get in on Friday. Lol.

Wow...this place is such a welcome addition to Lenexa. Its clean, sleek, and a great ambiance. We called at 7:05 and got us in without hesitation. Tammy, Jay, and Anne were so friendly and welcoming and we will be spreading the word and returning often.

I called and made an appointment and I was seated right on time. My nails turned out pretty and very natural looking. Will definitely visit again, again, and again!

Worth making an appointment!I couldnt believe that people are posting negative reviews because the salon was too busy to accommodate them as walk-ins... to me that just shows that they are high enough quality to stay busy. If you walk in and 4 people could serve you immediately- you should be nervous!Based on the reviews advice, I called ahead to schedule an appointment, was seated right away when I arrived, and got a better pedicure than I have seen in a while. It was clear that their polishes were higher quality- not gunky, or watered down, and the woman that did my nails took her time and made them look great. I was really starting to think my nail bed had changed and as a result pf aging, my nails would never look as good as they once had, but they looked fantastic!

Had my nails and lashes done by Tammy! Shes amazing! Prices are very reasonable as well! Definitely worth the drive from Lawrence!!

No time to fit me in, nor any openings for a few days but when i walk in, the techs are picking at their own nails. Mind you its 1pm and they close at 630... Not only that, but there were only 3 or 4 customers. Im offended.

They claim they accept walk-in ins, but I’ve been turned down from service on several occasions. If you don’t have an appointment, they WILL NOT accommodate you.

I called to make an appointment and whoever answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional! Which is shocking and disappointing since this a primarily a customer service business.
