The first time I left AGY I told Jason that I felt like his gym personified the Cheers theme song - “where everybody knows your name”. All the trainers will know your name, they will encourage you, and gently correct your form to prevent an injury. I won’t ever return to a big box gym after my experiences at AGY!

I have had the opportunity to work with Jason both personally and professionally. My workouts are so fun I ENJOY pushing myself to my edge. I love this place so much I call my group classes adult recess. The trainers design intelligent, accessible, functional and challenging exercises that have helped me improve my life beyond what any traditional workout ever did for me. Since I began my recess classes at A Greater You I’ve gotten leaner, ALL my joints feel stronger, my range of motion in shoulders feels WAY better, I AM STRONGER, my knees don’t pop when I walk anymore, I can go up ANY flight of stairs with ease, and my kids think their dad can do all the AWESOME things now.
