I started training with BarNone a little over 12 weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier. They offer many different training programs and classes so that people can choose what will be the best fit for them and their fitness goals. The trainers are very knowledgeable they always show up with great energy and keep you engaged. The music is great, the other members are very friendly, it’s just a great culture. I have absolutely loved my BarNone experience. I have been given the tools and guidance to achieve my goals. I have lost 18 lbs. in 3 months. I have never had this type of success dieting and exercising on my own. The professional team takes the guess work out of it and also helps you stay accountable. Working out was always difficult for me, personally because the thought of going to a gym was so intimidating. I tried working out at home but I lacked serious motivation and failed to push myself. I heard about BarNone and their transformation program and I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. I love this gym and it is the only gym I have ever been able to commit to. The trainers are amazing and have done a phenomenal job at creating such a comfortable and fun loving environment where there is no judgement. They will hold you accountable, keep you motivated, and ultimately help you reach whatever goal it is that you are trying to reach.

I absolutely love this gym. Being a former collegiate runner, after graduating, I was craving a routine, coaching, and a way to stay fit. I started attending over a year ago during one of their challenges and really enjoyed the coaches, the variety of classes, and the accountability. The people here are fantastic and the classes you take are ACTUALLY good workouts. Seriously recommend BarNone - I think you’ll love it here too!
Amazing gym - I originally joined 4 years ago and keep finding my way back because no other gyms really compare. Top notch trainers and they meet you where you are at. Folks of all shapes and fitness levels, cheering each other on. Very clean and strict covid social distancing rules in place.
I loved working out here!! I was only there for a short while, but the trainers are amazing!! Although I don’t live in the area anymore I have an app where Wilson makes awesome workouts for me every week! You will not regret coming here and seeing results!
Barnone is a excellent place to go or join to get the proper training and learning of good health/ core exercises. Barnone strives on how it isnt necessary to worry about every fitness session, but factoring them into your regular routine can help you promote fitness for life.

Please dont do this.The only reason there are this many positive reviews is because one of the stipulations for you to receive your money back or move to the next challenge is that you have to leave a positive review by the time the challenge ends. They are literally paying for reviews.The 6 week challenge is $500. The only way you get your money back is to lose enough weight that you are considered healthy by BMI standards. You will just roll into the next challenge once you lose your 20lbs and will continue doing that each time until you lose all the weight that they deem necessary. If you fail, by even a fraction of a pound, you forfeit your money and your place in the next challenge.I was one of the successful ones that lost 22lbs in 6 weeks but then I got pregnant and had to quit. I did not receive any money back. The diet is MASSIVELY restrictive and I found myself miserable. The coaches would even tell us not to drink water prior to the final weigh in if you were on the edge.Its dangerous and I am ashamed to admit I even took part in it. NO part of this is sustainable. Take your money and invest in some home gym equipment, a gym membership, etc. Do not give in to the positive reviews.
Barnone is awesome. All of the staff is very friendly and encouraging. They made sure to make me feel comfortable and has been the only place to help me achieve my goals. I have tried numerous facilities. However, Barnone has been the only one that has kept me focused, driven, and motivated to get up every morning and get my workout in.
The BarNone 6 week challenge is like no other program I have done before. I have seen results not only on the scale but with making new lifestyle changes. The trainers and coaches are great at keeping you accountable.

I re-joined Barnone Jan 2020 even with this pandemic I was able to lose a total of 30 lbs . My baby will be turning 2 in Nov and getting back in shape is so important to me. I knew that Barnone was the way to go to reach my goals. I still have more to go but they have helped me get back on track and get my nutrition in order which is one of the hardest parts. The support, accountability, and amazing workouts are the best! If you want results Barnone is the way to go.

Nice facility. The 6wk challenge I am currently in has been great so far. The instructors have been very helpful with inquiries and assistance with exercise modifications. I can choose the classes that best fit my schedule (they offer 5-6 a day; Mon-Fri). They provide a meal-plan based on the program you are on which is really helpful to get you on track. I am looking forward to seeing my results at the end of my challenge.
My experience with BarNone has been nothing short of incredible over the past 6 weeks! I joined them for their 6 week--20 lbs weight-loss program, and the proof has been in my results. Over the past 6 weeks, Ive worked my butt off (quite literally) and have made sacrifices if time, sleep, energy, and fatty foods, but it has been well worth it! And not just because of the 20+ lb weight loss, but because of the coaches & team. These guys and gals are the epitome of professionals in their field, but they are also insanely supportive! Workouts have been grueling, but they have been by my side, encouraging and complimenting me with every drop of sweat. I truly believe each and every one wants me to succeed and gets just as excited as I do with each pound lost at weigh-ins! Do not misunderstand me, this is tough! It is hard! And it is painful! BUT IT IS WORTH IT! I still have a long way to go to reach my healthiest me, but you better believe Ill be continuing to pursue it at BarNone!
I am about to finish my third week at Bar None. I joined the 6-week challenge to get back into a routine of working out and the accountability. So far I really enjoy the work outs. If you are looking for a supportive, motivating environment where nobody judges you and the workouts are varied and challenging I would recommend this gym.
I have had gym memberships in the past, but always felt intimidated going to the gym full of seemingly fit people who knew how to properly use the equipment, and knew all the steps during the different classes. I always thought I was being judged by my size, how many rest breaks I needed, and just looking lost about what to do.From the day of the informative orientation at BarNone, and every day since, Ive had a different feeling about being in a gym. I felt welcomed, there wasnt intimidating equipment greeting me, but smiling and friendly staff members and trainers. They are motivating, respectful, and always available to give proper guidance on correct format of moves.Its not only the trainers and staff members who are supporting, the other challengers and gym members working hard beside you are encouraging and motivating as well. I have never felt out of place at BarNone, I have never felt like I was in competition with anyone else, but have been encouraged to do my best to get the best workout for me.My health has greatly improved since I began my first challenge 18 weeks ago. Now that Ive successfully completed three challenges, I can honestly say the compassion and support at BarNone Training never waivers. As I was able to improve my movements, gain strength, and grow confidence in my abilities, the trainers were right there to encourage me and correct my form in a calm and effective manner.I am officially done with the challenge, having completed three challenges, however my journey to health is not complete. There is nowhere else Id rather be to continue my journey, so I have become a member of BarNone Training to continue to work hard with my awesome fitness family.
I completed the Camps 6 week, 20 lb challenge a few days ago and I cannot say enough good things about this place. I was skeptical that they would be able to help me lose 20 lbs as I have never really been overweight (never larger than a size 6). However, I had seen a few friends take the challenge and I decided to go for it. This was an incredible experience and it made me change the way I eat, workout, and live in general. The classes are hard, but they are so fun! You get an amazing workout in only an hour. The trainers are there to motivate and help you through it all. The hardest part for me was the diet, but you get used to eating the food by Week 2 and soon you will not miss bad food because your body will feel so good. If you stick to the program 100%, you will lose the 20 lbs. I lost 21.6 in the 6 weeks and I never thought that was possible. If you are even considering taking the challenge, I encourage you to go to the orientation at least. Dont put it off another 6 weeks, just do it!
There are just so many positive things to say about the the camp that its hard to decide where to start. The workouts are just absolutely fantastic. They challenge you and push you to your limit. Whats great about it though is that the trainers realize that not everyone is on the same page as far as ability, so there is always some form of modification to make sure the workout pushes you while still keeping you safe. The trainers are incredibly supportive. Theyre always happy to answer your questions and help you figure things out. Of course you can always count on them to be yelling and pushing you during your workout. You can do anything for 10 seconds! One more! Get one more! No matter how alone you think you are in your journey, you never are because you have a whole group of people who are going through the same exact thing with you who are all there to support each other and help each other through. Bottom line is Bar None uses a method that helps cultivate success, and Im beyond happy I chose to take this journey with so many awesome people. I would recommend this to anyone looking to make a lifestyle change, and I cant wait to continue my journey in my third challenge!

This is one of the best place if you interested in weight loss. I started loosing weight right from first week. The trainers are good. They understand our pain points and work as per our goals.I strongly recommend this training.

I joined the 6 week challenge with my stepdaughters to get fit for one of their weddings. While I didnt have a ton to lose, I knew I needed to get healthy and I really needed a mental and emotional reset. The Challenge exceeded my expectations from a physical body change but even more so from a mental and emotional change. I NEVER thought I could get up at 400am to workout and always thought people were crazy that did.....But, I did it and I actually like working out first thing in the morning. Sometimes getting up is still a struggle but I NEVER regret it! I have never had so much energy, felt so upbeat and full of life. I didnt lose the 20 pounds but I have lost over 20 inches and would do the Challenge again without question. This is a life changing experience that Ive never been able to find before with other workout programs. I believe its successful because of the combination of working out, eating right, having access to all the trainers that really care about you and accountability to yourself and the friends you make. My diet and exercise was not regular and I have been trying too loose the weight for a while with no results . I just completed the 6-week challenge and I am very happy with the results. My journey to weight loss started a few years ago during a low point in our lives. Made a decision that not only would I work on a transformed interior but I would also strive for a transformed exterior to match. I struggled for about a year trying on my own to lose weight with very little success. Leaning on my own understanding of diets and exercise I did neither well.It wasn’t until my wife Felicia entered into the 1st BarNone Training 6-Week Challenge that I was intrigued but still not convinced. She completed and was successful in losing 20+ pounds and it prompted me to join in! I decided to join the BarNone challenge as a way to force myself to get back into the gym. I thoroughly enjoyed participating in the challenge. I enjoyed all of the workouts and the trainers were so supportive and encouraging. I wanted to give up plenty of times but they kept me going.
I decided to improve my health by losing weight and found BarNone Challenge. It was the best decision i made. The trainers are amazing. They motivate and encourage you to keep pushing through when you think you cant keep going. You build realtionships with the trainers and meet new faces that become your friends an workout partners. I needed serious help losing weight and getting back in to shape and Barnone has definitely done this. It is not free but the fact that you can get your money back in the end is a HUGE motivator! I would have given up long ago had it not been for that! I also love the accountability coachs words of encouragement and the trainers as well.

All I do is take my body to this place and then it starts...I hear these words, I get motivated and pumped to do a great workout. Trying to lose weight on my own wasnt working but as soon as I joined BarNone, the scale numbers started falling. If you want to lose weight and cant do it own your own try this place. I recommend the BarNone Challenge for anyone who is looking to improve their health, gain strength, or lose some weight. I started as a total couch potato. I hadn’t worked out for about 18 months when I signed up for the 6-week challenge. I was so out of shape that on my first day, I couldn’t even do a sit-up! But, I felt so motivated and encouraged by the trainers, my fellow challengers, and the members of BarNone that I knew I could do the program. And, I felt safe, as the trainers would modify the workout to match my fitness level. Day after day, I showed up to my workouts, and followed the program, and I was amazed at how quickly I saw results. I became stronger and faster. I had more energy and slept better. My clothes became looser as the pounds dropped off. Most importantly, I swapped my bad habits for good ones. I’m in better shape now than I’ve ever been in my entire life. My favorite things about the program are written in huge letters on the gym wall: Accountability, Motivation, Relationships. BarNone started me on a path to health and wellness that I plan to continue for the rest of my life.
The camp challenge has been a great experience for me. I love the structure of a different class every day to switch it up. Im a person that always played sports in the past and find it hard to motivate myself in the gym on my own. Having a class with others allows me to push myself in a way Ive never been able to achieve on my own. The diet is hard, but the exercise makes it worth it. The staff is supportive and its fun to see other challengers like me almost every day working to improve themselves as well.
I seen a friend check in daily for a while so thought I would ask him some questions before signing up for an orientation. He mentioned nutrition being a big part of his success and making sure to get the most out of each workout. When I joined I didnt prepare like I should have. Workouts were physically challenging but with everyone around you pushing to give their best, you try for the same. There are some days you challenge others, cheer and push them harder and other days, they do the same for you! Meal prep is not my forte by any means. It was easier in the beginning to throw things together but definitely not worth it. The Camp provides you exact directions to follow and helpful suggestions. Take them seriously to get the best experience so you dont have to catch up in the end. Staff, challengers and other campers make their selves available to share recipes. Make sure to read up on these in advance so you can prep multiple days in advance. Staff are extremely helpful and really dial in to suit your individual needs. They learn your name and really personalize your workout with sincerity. They wont you to achieve your goal! I had a wonderful experience and would def recommend to everyone I know, all ages and physical ability!
I cannot express how blessed I am to be able to be apart of this challenge and also exceed the limit of losing 20 pounds by losing 26 pounds in 6 weeks. BarNone Training has definitely helped gain my confidence back and Im feeling better than ever! This challenge is made for all ages and sizes. If you think youve tried every diet in the book and it didnt work, then try the 6 week challenge. Trust me if you follow the food regime and go to the workouts youre going to see results that you would never believe. Even in the first week! There are modifications during every workout so that everyone can participate. Every workout is different so you dont have to worry about following through a set routine everyday. And once you see and feel the pounds coming off youll want to keep going. At times it can be tough because you may not be seeing the results you expect during certain weeks. But that is why this camp is so great! There is a great support system from the trainers to your peers that are going through the same thing as you! Life changing is truly the only way to describe my experience with the 6 week challenge! Health concerns and poor body image were the driving force behind me signing up for this challenge — fibromyalgia, a knee replacement on the horizon, overweight and out of shape. In just 6 weeks, I have decreased my medication, strengthened muscles, gained energy, and lost 21 pounds. I would not have accomplished this without the knowledgeable trainers who modified my workouts when necessary, the variety of the workouts, the clean eating meal plan and the support and encouragement from everyone — trainers, fellow campers and members.Is this challenge easy? NO! Having a supportive “community”, trainers who make the workout fun while kicking your butt and meeting amazing fellow campers who share your struggles made the 6 weeks so much easier. Is the clean eating meal plan easy? Actually, it’s not too bad! Creativity definitely helps when planning meals! I had a whole list of foods I was going to eat after I successfully completed the challenge, and the chips, sweets and French fries really haven’t seemed appealing anymore! I know my healthier eating habits are here to stay!I am absolutely thrilled with my results and am excited to continue my journey as a member! If you are serious about improving your health, I highly recommend this program.
Best thing Ive ever done for myself! Like most people Ive tried losing weight on my own, the accountability is the best part of this challenge. Ive never been so encouraged to get up and workout or to stay on a diet and never cheat! I LOVED the workouts and felt stronger every day. I would 100 times over recommend this for anyone and everyone, all shapes and sizes. The trainers are amazing as well and really care about your success. Ive completed one challenge, lost 23.8lbs and cant wait to keep going!
The camp challenge was excellent. I can honestly say, I was Motivated by all the various workouts, I stayed Accountable, by following the instructions, and I gained some valuable Relationships. The staff is fantastic and will give you suggestions if they see you struggling or if the think that you can do more. The overwhelming support of the group blew me away. I completed the BarNone 6 week camp challenge and personally it is one of the best decisions Ive made. Having multiple sessions to choose from any day is very useful when there are work/travel related commitments. We also get a lot of tips and suggestions about how to eat healthy and ensure that the body receives all the necessary nutrients.The support structure including previous challengers, members and rest of the BarNone staff help a lot with keeping ourselves motivated and also answering any questions we have.Even though I completed the challenge, I decided to stay with BarNone as a member and also convinced my wife to join me.Im glad I took the challenge and Id highly recommend anyone thinking of making a lifestyle change to try it out too.
The Camp Challenge workouts were life changing. The classes are different every time and the trainers are super encouraging. They are all modifiable depending on past injuries or abilities. Through the six week challenge it was amazing to see myself go from modifying many activities to pushing myself to add extra movements to activities as the trainers suggested. I could never have gotten to this fitness level with a DVD. The combination of trainers and the friends you make during the process really push you to a whole new level.
Today was the last day on my first challenge! And let me tell you what a CHALLENGE I absolutely loved it, joining BarNone was the best decision I’ve ever made I’ve been doing tons of diets in the past and nothing has really worked like this program, the workouts, the nutrition plan and of course the trainers are just the best! I can’t be more thankful with all of them that helped me along the process. Loosing 21.1 lbs it’s just the beginning of my new life style I still have long way to go, but I know I can do it and I will do it!
Well today was officially the last day of the camp challenge for me and let me say what a wonderful experience and opportunity. Although I was one pound shy of meeting the camp goal, I still feel it was a huge personal success. I completely feel transformed. I feel strong and more energized and able to take on every day feeling strong, motivated, and empowered. It was a tough 6 weeks but with every minute of it. It has been many years where my focus has been on my family and not on myself. It was great to find that time for myself and still manage the family. I was actually more motivated to handle my daily duties as a mom, wife, and employee.A huge thank you to all the BarNone staff for all of the training, motivation, and encouragement.Loved it so much I am now a member of BarNone!!!
Im currently participating in the 6-week challenge. Im sticking to the meal plan, as there are plenty of options and Im never hungry. The trainers are amazing! They push you to your individual limits and support you along the way. Each workout is different, so Im not getting bored. I have more energy and feel better than when I started!
My life has been positively impacted in so many ways through my experience with the camp challenge. The extra energy has given me the opportunity to be a better mother and wife but also time to pursue my own interests. Life is just more full when you are fit and active. The classes at BarNone Training are amazing. Trainers are positive and encourage you to do your best. I am pleased to review my experience with BarNone training. Joining this 6 week challenge was a mental challenge for me in the beginning because of the fear of showing my true self and lack of ability to do exercises. The trainer with BarNone support you mentally emotionally and physically. It is the best feeling in The world to have all that support. The Camp Challenge gave me a chance and incredible support. I have finished my 6 week challenge and was successful! While it was a lot of hard work and very early mornings I feel empowered and am seeing a positive change in all aspects of my life. If you have tried and failed at losing the weight AND keeping it off I would highly recommend this program. Okay this was such an awesome experience. I have tried to lose weight so many different times in my life and was never successful. Results would take too long and I would give up or it just would not work. This was simple, fun, and I got results!!! 22.5 pounds in 5 weeks!!!!! The workouts were really fun and they were things I could do at home too. I would definitely recommend this program to everyone!!! I met some really great people too. It really was a great experience. And the best part is that in the end, it was FREE!!! How crazy is that. I have spent thousands of dollars on diet plans and I finally lose weight for FREE!!!
I never thought I would actually enjoy or look forward to working out! The trainers are awesome and so supportive which makes it fun to workout. I love the motivational atmosphere of the place - cant wait for my next challenge!
Six weeks ago, I had every excuse. Six weeks ago, I was not the role model I wanted to be for my children. Six weeks ago, I was not a priority to myself. Six weeks ago, I had set myself up to fail. THEN... I rediscovered BarNone (The Camp Challenge). Yes, I lost 24lbs in 6 weeks, but what I gained is what I got out of this incredible experience. I had coaches and staff holding me accountable to my workouts and truly wanting and routing for my success. I had fitness partners who were pushing themselves as hard if not harder than I was pushing myself. I had my family supporting every meal I prepped and co-workers who cheered on every time I passed on a non-FTDI food!Today, I am the role model I want my children to know! I am a priority to myself and in turn a priority to my family. I dont have excuses- I have results and I have a series of undiscovered success awaiting me. BarNone Training >>>>> The six weeks flew by, but I followed their plan to the T and it worked. I actually passed my goal of 20 lbs and lost 24 lbs in 6 weeks. I absolutely love the people in this gym. There is so much support and ACCOUNTABILITY. I drove 40 minutes every morning at 5AM just to be there and do work!! I HIGHLY recommend this gym to anyone who is ready for it. It works.
6 weeks ago I went into The Camp Challenge not knowing what to expect or if I would actually get anything out of it. Now that I have successfully completed the challenge I can say I got more out of it that I would have ever expected. The trainers are great, motivating, encouraging, and hold you accountable. Although the meal plan was a little more difficult for me, I pushed through, lost the 20lbs and am excited to be continuing with a membership to their gym. It was an excellent way to kick start my weight loss journey and to give me positive results that will make me what to continue making healthy choices in my life!
I just completed my second 6 week challenge with BarNone. After 12 weeks, I am down over 48lbs, and am pumped to crush my 3rd challenge. The continued support that I receive from all of the trainers, challengers, and members blows me away. Ive thoroughly enjoyed meeting new members of the fit fam and strengthening my connections with other members. I continue to push myself in my workouts, doing advanced moves instead of modifications, more reps, increased stamina, as well as continual positive changes with my body. As I get prepped to roll into round 3, I am the strongest mentally and physically that I ever have been. I feel as though I have all of the necessary tools to keep up my success and cant wait to watch myself continue to grow. I will gladly workout alongside anyone who needs or wants the extra support and encouragement. BarNone continues to be the best choice I have made for myself. This place is great! The workouts are fun and the trainers are very knowledgeable. Everyone there is very encouraging and they offer meals plans as well!
Decent..but if you sign up for a challenge, you better complete it or you will not get your money back.. I had medical issues.. and they wouldnt refund my money.. not even half of it.. so that was $600 down the drain....
BarNone is a unique gym designed to help individuals with drastic weight loss goals. The trainers are great and the classes are both challenging and fun! I got a lot out of the program but my big complaint and the reason I wont continue at BarNone is their shady marketing techniques. They advertise as free, but require a $600 deposit under the guise that you will get it all back. Though I asked tons of questions, Wilson never explained that the refund is ENTIRELY based on you losing the 25 lbs, which, in a 6 week period, is incredibly difficult (not to mention unhealthy) for some individuals. Im thankful for the weight loss I experienced through this program, but I would only recommend it to those who have $600 to spare!!
I cannot thank BarNone enough for jump starting me back into a healthy lifestyle!! This challenge has changed my life and has helped me get back into health and fitness. The trainers are positive and supportive while pushing you to do your best. The meal plan allows for many options. I love working out out BarNone.
After six weeks of non-stop working out I am impressed with how motivated and slim I have become. I was not able to do mountain climbers at first and after two weeks I can do them like a pro. Worth every dollar spent with the new and improved way that I view food and how I love working out.
For a little over a year I have been working to get my health and weight under control. I start strong and then fall off. I had been at a low point and knew I needed to get back on track so 8 weeks ago when I saw an ad for a free 6 week challenge I decided to sign myself up. You do pay a deposit but if you meet your healthy weight goal you get it back! This challenge is not easy and you will put in serious work. You will be required to get strict with your nutrition and to workout 5 days a week. However, you will gain so much! The trainers are amazing. They want you to succeed and know you by name. They notice when you are slacking or when you need guidance or modification. The other members want it as much as you and everyone develops an amazing bond. You never feel alone or lost. For the first time in my life I enjoyed early morning workouts. I ended my 6 weeks 22.1 lbs lighter and ready to keep going. Give it a try you have nothing to lose but weight!
I would definitely recommend this challenge to anyone who is looking for a lifestyle change. If youre willing to put in the work, you will see drastic results in just a short amount of time. I truly enjoyed the workouts and the people I met. Now that the challenge its over, I actually miss it. I will definitely be back!
At first this seemed like it was a scam. I answered the post on face book, and emails. At this point in my life I was losing weight already and was just looking for a faster way to do it. I went to the meetings and meet the staff. They had no idea about my past history and didnt care how heavy or out of shape you were . All they cared about was why you were there, and what your personal goals are.I would highly recommend taking the challenge and or joining this training center! 6 weeks is not that long of time. They make it easy, with the support you get. Not just from the staff but also the members. The energy in there is amazing you work at your own pace. And they will help you all the way .Yes I did loose the 20 pounds but I gained so much more than the loss. I gained the stamina to keep up with the class. More energy during the day . And a bettrer understanding of how to eat healthier. Dont wait you have nothing but fat to loose
My experience at BarNone training was just what I needed. My eating habits had gotten out of control and my exercise was not regular. I just completed the 6-week challenge and lost 21.1 lbs. BarNone offers a great accountability system along with motivated trainers who are always willing to help. I honestly get a little emotional when I think back to the past 6 weeks of my life. I’m a wife, mother of 2 and I work full-time. The past 6 weeks have definitely been challenging but they have been SO rewarding! I feel so much better, I can make better decisions, and I’ve truly discovered a new “fitfam.” At BarNone you are surrounded with people who have a similar mindset. We all signed up for the challenge for the same reason—to lose weight. But what I have gained far outweighs the pounds that I have lost. I’ve gained new friends, a better lifestyle, and knowledge about how to continue on this healthy path for the future. I highly recommend BarNone Training and the 6-week challenge. Be ready to work hard. But hard work pays off!
The six week challenge is worth every drop of sweat and sacrifice! A short six weeks ago I was pounds heavier, ready and searching for exactly what Bar none training gave me the opportunity to achieve. Yes, it was because of their sweat drenching workouts and the meal plans they provided but is was also because of the awesome staff and amazingly supportive community that you become apart of when walking through the doors.
I just finished my 6 week challenge. One of the best choices Ive ever made. They help you throughout the whole challenge. Losing 20 pounds isnt easy but they make it doable. You meet great people, great staff. Youll get too know all of them. This is more of a family based training place and makes it so much easier. You have a huge support system, motivation the whole way through camp. If you are thinking about doing it, I strongly advise that you do. You wanna get control of your life, theyre the perfect people to help you do it! So take the challenge, join the movement!
Prior to joining The Camp Challenge, I was taking efforts to lose weight. Walking, trying to eat healthier, but I was not doing it effectively. A friend on Facebook began the challenge and I asked her about it. After speaking to her about it, I looked into it and signed up for the Orientation. After going to the Orientation, I was convinced that this was something I could and should do. So, I signed up. The workouts are quite challenging but made up in a way that they seem to go fast. They also vary from day to day, made up by different trainers, so you never know what you are doing everyday. Keeps it from getting boring. The trainers themselves are all very knowledgeable and are always encouraging during the workouts. Pushing us to do our best, correcting us if we do a move wrong so that we get the most out of our workouts and do them safely. My first challenge was a success, so more to come from the second challenge.
What can I say about the 6 week challenge? I lost about 30 pounds in six weeks. The personal trainers were great! They push you to your full potential. On the other hand they did not let you get hurt. They even help you get better at each move. If an exercise hurt you any way, they would modified that exercise. Each class provided was great fun. It pushed you to your limits. You would leave tired…but the next day you would be ready to go. Barnone has helped me get back on track. Thanks again to the personal trainers for all the motivation and support.
I was very indecisive about going into this. I was wondering if it would work for me because it is so different from anything Ive done before. Its definitely been a challenge but well worth it. Im very happy with the changes Ive been experiencing. Its a huge change from my normal life but I am very thankful I feel so energized and ready for my next challenge.
From the moment I walked into orientation, I knew that Wilson Thomas, Dan Chik and BarNone, were going to help me change my life. I realized I had to completely commit to becoming a healthier, stronger and more dedicated individual if I want to live another 50 years.I enjoyed the entire process that has gotten me started on the right path to a healthier lifestyle. I followed the damn instructions and achieved a lot more than just the weight loss! I have become accustomed to eating healthier! I have ceased drinking alcoholic beverages! I work out correctly at least five times per week now and usually in the early mornings to get my day started off on the right track!I have a clarity in my thinking and feeling! I know what I want and I know how to achieve it! I couldn’t have done this without all of BarNone, including camp managers, trainers, staff, members and fellow campers, continued support, encouragement, accountability, positivity, genuine care and concern!I would recommend The Camp Challenge hosted by BarNone training every day all day!
I wasnt really sure what to expect when I started on this journey. It was very intimidating walking into this challenge. Once there, it was amazing to see how everyone was so positive and motivated. The motivation and support is amazing. The BarNone staff do an excellent job pushing you, holding you accountable, and most of all, supporting your journey! They truly care, they want you to succeed. This journey has become an adventure. My entire being has benefited from this challenge.Thank you BarNone and trainers!
The challenge has been a life changing experience. They have changed my life for the better. I have lost weight and have less aches and pains. I am now able to run! I havent been able to do that in years. The trainers/coaches and staff are awesome. They truly care and make every effort to help me out
Absolutely love this training facility. The trainers that work here are so willing to keep you going and motivated it is addicting. Plus what more could you ask for to have everyone around to help you succeed. For the past 6 weeks this place has become my second home and my life has been forever changed because of the trainers that work to help and see you succeed. More than a gym, it is a lifestyle and they go the extra mile.
BarNone gets 5 stars because the trainers motivate and keep me accountable every day. I was not new to working out or diet restrictions. I have followed the Candida diet in the past and enjoy running on a regular basis, but it is very easy for me to get off track. The accountability factor in this challenge is what helped me accomplish my goals, it kept me on track! Now my Candida skin rash is gone, 25 pounds are gone, and I am stronger and able to run faster and longer. When the challenge was coming to an end, I began to worry about what I was going to do next. I couldnt imagine going back to a 24 Hour Fitness type of gym. So I became a member at BarNone!! I still have many goals to work towards, like being able to do a pull-up or maybe run a marathon, and I am confident that BarNone is the right place to help me reach these goals. The entire experience has been great (members, trainers, classes, support system) and definitely worth every bit of effort. Thank you BarNone!
Best decision i have taken in years. this i what i needed to get to where i want to be and that is to look and fell good about my self, with this camp challenge i have started a path to that. Now i can start thinking about trying out for my college soccer team and hope i can make it. am so glad my brother told me about this i cant imagine my self where id be these moment if i had not try this camp. also i wanna thank all the trainer who helped me in my process of becoming a better person.
I started the nutrition 8 week class with Kim at BarNone and could not be happier! If you are looking for a way to really understand what to put in your body and how to eat this is for you! Kim has so much knowledge and really works with you to help make changes. The group is super supportive and we share recipes and encourage one another!
Best scary decision Ive ever made! I signed on the dotted line and thought maybe I could do this, then as I started the workouts and I thought how am going to keep this up! But each time I had to drag myself out of bed to go to an early class it got better and easier and Ive never felt such a sense of community and encouragement and it totally paid off and I lost the weight and am ready for the next 20!
Their #1 focus is you! Accountablility is probably what i appreciate the most. They treat you like friends not clients. I love the facility. I love the group fitness. I hate going to the gym alone and trying to figure out what to do myself. I usually get bored and leave. Here, they keep you pumped up. They motivate you. They check on you. I love this place and i love the way i feel after i leave.
I absolutely loved this challenge and Gym!! I once thought I didnt like group workouts but it turns out I love them. I love that when my head was saying I couldnt do anymore, someone would yell 10 more seconds and it helped push me to finish strong. BarNone helps you reach your goals and its like working out with a personal trainer every day. There are modifications for everything so anyone can literally do this. The classes are different everyday so youre not doing the same thing all the time. I would recommend BarNone to anyone and everyone. The energy there is amazing, the people who work there care and want to see you succeed. We laugh in class, we make new friends and it has definitely added to my life in many ways. I cant wait to do another 6 week challenge. Thanks BarNone!
My experience with BarNone has been awesome! I was a part of the 6 week weight loss challenge and it includes a meal plan, 5 workouts a week, accountability, and all the tools necessary to keep you going strong. The trainers have made this an even better experience with their support, knowledge, expertise, and they always keep your safety in mind when working out. The workouts are my favorite part of this experience because they will always push you no matter your athletic abilities. The meal plan is strict, but the results are undeniable when you follow the instructions. I completed 2, 6 week challenges and have lost have lost 44.5 pounds pounds in the 12 week time frame! I have loved every single moment of it and have come back on the other side of it stronger for it! I recommend BarNone to anyone looking to get healthy or even looking for a new challenge.
The challenge was the perfect thing for me. The team at BarNone force a commitment from you and in return provide a positive atmosphere for you to achieve your goal. The trainers are upbeat encouraging and make sure you perform the routine correctly so you dont injure yourself.The next thing that makes the challenge the best place to work on yourself is the rest of the company you are in. You have every level there from the 1st 2nd & 3rd challengers, to fit athletes. But everyone is positive, encouraging, and supportive. When you can talk to someone just like you and see what they accomplished it confirms that if you commit to the program you will become that person you want to be.
2018 is the year of change for me and BarNone is helping me to change something I have struggled with my entire life- maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I have never been great at working out. I have never been great at portion control. After my first 6-week challenge, I have started to look forward to exercising and have learned to mitigate binging by eating 6 small meals a day. I have lost 22.5 pounds with my first challenge and have had so many non-scale victories along the way. Going up the stairs feels better, I have much more energy, I have created an amazing, productive morning routine, and as a result of all of these things, my business is now booming because of the motivation my mornings bring. I also LIKE to do push-ups, something I NEVER thought would come out of my mouth. If you’re unhappy with your weight; if you’ve always envied those people who make working out look good; if you want more energy, you need to do this. Invest the time and resources in yourself! There is no place where you’ll find a better return. 😊
This place is amazing from the programs they offer, the support staff, diet plans, encouragement from trainers and of course the really effective workouts! I look forward to working out...never thought I would ever say that again! They are really set up to help anyone at any stage or age in their life get healthy and just feel better!

When I first heard about this 6 week challenge I was very skeptical because it seemed too good to be true, but I needed to lose the weight and was willing to try anything. I am so happy that I found BarNone. This is a place where you can really grow both physically and mentally. The biggest game changer for me and this gym is the BarNone trainers, they push you to do better day in and day out while making it a fun environment to be in. If you are ready to make a change and put in the work to do it, no need to look any farther, this is the place to do it.
Doing the 6 week Camp Challenge was one best decisions I have ever made. I lost 24 lbs and love how it has began my own transformation back to getting fit and becoming healthy again. The trainers are great and work with you while pushing you. It is not easy, especially the dieting, but the ends results are so rewarding. I personally have completed the six week fitness challenge, and I have to admit, its tough but well worth the effort! I lost a total of 22lbs in six weeks. I have more energy than before and Im also starting to develop a knack for healthy options in my eating even when dining out!Thanks BarNone for the training and education.
