Dropped by to get a haircut and although Im within hours, the store is closed up with someone inside just watching people pull up and leave. New in the area and was anxious to give them a shot this morning.

You never know what to expect when you get a new barber, Byron exceeded all expectations and gave me the cleanest fade ever and did it in 20 miniutes. I can be very picky on how I want my hair layered up top and he did everything perfect, exactly how I asked. I will be coming back here every time.

Good haircuts, but not sure whats going on here half the time. When I come in on evenings and weekends, there are men in the back of the store drinking alcohol and talking about sports. Have seen a man and son walk out because it got too rowdy... The main barber reprimanded the gentleman being too loud.Better consistent haircut than supercuts, but not sure about atmosphere.

Ive been going here for 10 years, Ive been driving from the Kansas City area. 45+ mins one way. Now, my son (4) has been going here every since his hair was long enough to cut. Jacks Barber Shop is hospitable, friendly and all around fun. Sports all day everyday theyre open. Great conversation and debates. Ive had the privilege of making friends with the staff. Its not a client type of environment, but a family type of environment. The waits can be long depending on the time and day you come in, but that in itself speaks volumes about their work. My other boy is 8 months, when hes old enough to get his hair cut, Jacks is were he will go. As long as Jacks Barber Shop is open, Ill be a customer. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Jay, Otis, and Byron... Thank you for the outstanding service and family environment you provide!

Went a few weeks ago for a haircut. I do not normally veer away from my normal person but this place is in my neighborhood my wife and I just moved to this year. Tried them out and I am glad I did. Jay did a great job and was very welcoming. Will definitely go back.

Great Place, if your are looking for that real barbershop, this is it. I found this place on google maps and decided to check it out. real conversation and i didnt feel like a cow being herded through the shoot like you do at the chain establishments. Again...great place. Thank you

Absolutely the worst haircut Ive ever had. Serious lack of attention to detail. I will not be back. The barber was more interested in talking to another customer about his kids school issues than paying attention to my haircut. I wanted a simple trim to my side part hairstyle but it is uneven everywhere and Im very unhappy. Maybe he is good a buzz cuts? Maybe needs to go back to cosmetology school.

Its nice here. They even have their on comedian.... At least I thought that guy was. LolBut its a nice atmosphere.

I have longer hair...I asked to just have a trim but do not cut off any length. I walked out looking like Hitler. Its clear he didnt listen or care.This is the worst haircut I have ever had. They were not friendly. I am extremely disappointed and will not be going back.

Average hair cut, poor customer service. People hanging out and drinking in the shop. The only time I was spoken too was to ask me how I wanted my haircut. Also tried to charge me more than the advertised price for my haircut.

I took my boys in there to get cut & cleaned up & wont be going back. Mind you- the guy who cut my youngest sons hair did a great job, his haircut was perfect!! The guy who cut my oldest sons hair tho... Sheesh! First off he asked me how short I wanted it on top, to which I ask him if a #1 was a quarter or eighth inch. He responded by running the clippers down the center of my sons head.... Welp, I guess thats goin to have to be fine. But the actual cut itself was sloppy. His fade wasnt blended at all, and he wasnt cleaned up around the hairline.
