Communication left a lot to be desired. Automated texts with no replies most of the time. The confirmation email said I would receive a call the day before, yet only got a text asking if I wanted cancel due to rain, took hours to answer back, then they didnt even answer my questions. After spending twice as much on their rentals than other companies, youd expect better customer service. However, they travel farther than other companies, so they can charge whatever they want. When you pay that much though, you definitely expect the pump to be strong enough to keep the bounce house jumpable... It was very weak! Then we paid an extra $70 to put this thing in dirt, and due to rain it was muddy and they couldnt stake it there... they will keep anything you pay them, expect nothing back. It was a fun party considering the circumstances, they were nice, but I wasnt super happy with the service overall though. I might have to use them again but I wouldnt give a glowing recommendation to someone else.

Awesome experience. We were waiting to see if it would rain, so I changed my order a couple times. They had no problem switching things for me last minute. The two gentlemen that came to set up and take down were great. The bounce house was a hit!! Overall great experience. We will be using this company again

We had 2 experiences with them and the first was good enough to earn our repeated business but the second was enough to lose our business and get a negative review.Experience 1:We arranged to have a bounce house delivered, the reservation, delivery, pick up was all awesome, save for the lack of communication regarding arrival time. That was a small negative in the sea of positive. They dropped off a day early at no extra charge which was awesome for my 4 yr old. A+, 100, 5 stars.Experience 2:We had arranged for an inflatable game and the giant connect 4 to switch things up and boy were we pumped (get it?). Once they arrived, my wife was very upset and called me. We had ordered the inflatable basketball hoop, which was being pumped with an accordion pump and the net fell completely apart. So because this is early December(temperature change), we have this limp red circle attached to 4 blue limp legs. Matt, one of the gentleman handling drop off told my wife that he was sorry and he would inform the office to issue a refund for the hoop. Heckin awesome right? Sure, if the following had not taken place...My wife calls the following Monday to get info on the refund as the full amount was drafted. No answer, no call back. Maybe theyre busy... Call again Wednesday. Again no response. So I called and emailed and got a response informing me it was all taken care of. My sons birthday was Dec 5. And as I write this its Dec 19.To feel like a business is ducking your calls to avoid keeping their word is a complete disappointment. We went from singing their praises and referring them to friends to retracting all of those recommendations. If you are lucky enough to have zero issues with an order, go for it. But if theres an issue, get ready for empty promises and being left on read because nothing else is going to happen.Update:(9/9/2021)Pretty shocking to see all other negative reviews have been responded to. Only leads me to believe that the owners know that they were wrong. How else can one ignore a review with 2600+ views.

We rented two bounce houses for a Christmas Party. The place we rented had to cancel due to COVID and we werent able to have the party at all. 2 Dads said they would only issue us rain checks. Ive left messages and emails, and we have not been able to use those rain checks. Very disappointing as we were out the complete cost, and have been reimbursed with nothing. Being a business owner and supporter of small businesses myself this was a sad disappointment.

We are anxiously awaiting summer to come so we can do another water slide rental. I cannot express enough how clean this company was and how at ease they put us with COVID precautions. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I used 2 dads bounce houses this past weekend. They were great. Even though we accidentally gave them the wrong address they still managed to get here on time and setup the party extremely fast. I never seen anyone work so fast to get it up and going in literally under 5 mins. The two guys that delivered and set it up were so professional. The bounce house was a lot bigger than expected and it was really clean. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had a horrid experience with this company. The chairs and tables they advertised were not the same ones that I received. They were so dirty with gum stuck to the bottom of the chairs. When I called to talk about this issue with the manager they were so unprofessional and after some time they did take down the price that we paid but then turned around and called us the next day to fold and stack the chairs and tables to make it easier on them. I did not think this was fair of them to ask after everything we had to go through with them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Owner is super nice, the guys that set up our slide and took it down were amazing. It wouldnt fit in my backyard and we ended up having to put it in the front yard. We were concerned to do this because my son has autism and doesnt understand danger but the staff was so understanding and were helping us think of ways to make the area contained. I truly appreciated how much they cared. On top of the great service the slide was SO clean. Will definitely use this company again.

I had a very pleasure experience with this company, we had a family gathering and rented a water slide it came exactly like the picture, they set it up early to make sure it’s ready on time, they are very professional and know what they are doing, I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to have a fun experience.

They provide an excellent service !! My daughters 16th birthday was amazing thanks to 2 dads. Even the gentleman that delivered and picked up the equipment were great. I highly recommend 2 dad for your any occasion.

Owner is great, there prices are always a great deal and the variety of inflatables is awesome . Will continue to use in the future.

UPDATE: I’m pretty shocked by the disingenuous response by the company. I called twice the day of, leaving one voicemail indicating they were late; upon arrival, the guys apologized and made at least a couple comments indicating Matt was aware; the next day, I sent a very detailed email regarding the issues; and my name is on this review. There didn’t seem to be any communication issues before I paid them. If they actually wanted to address this in any sincere way, they had plenty of opportunities to do so. Things happen, but their response (or lack thereof) is what really concerns me about this company.We chose this company due to the good reviews, but, unfortunately, we weren’t lucky enough to have as good of an experience. They showed up well after our scheduled delivery time — after the party started. For 30 min, we had children waiting around for the bounce house and adults standing around with nowhere to sit (we also rented chairs from them). They didn’t even call (or return my call) to warn that they would be overshooting their scheduled time.The bounce house/water slide combo was nice (thus, the extra star), but being on time to a birthday party is kind of important. So, in summary, nice product and (based on other reviews a typically good company), but you’re def taking a risk by going with them. Considering how many other options there are out there, it’s probably not a risk worth taking.

We picked a themed house, time, & date on their website and it was delivered ahead of schedule and picked up the next day. We will only use this company for our daughters future parties, thanks for the great experience!

Showed up very late to our party with the slide we rented. Then the staff was rude upon arrival! We were not happy at all with the service.

Used them for my kids’ party this weekend and I couldn’t be happier! They got here to set up tje bouncy and tables a few hours early which allowed for my kids to get plenty of play before the guests arrived. The set up was fast, and they were very friendly. I will definitely use them again the next time I host a party!

This is the most professional bounce house rental service Ive used in the 14 years Ive been a parent to 2 children. You get text and email reminders of the delivery date, with details about the process and when to expect delivery. They arrived when the emails said they would, and 2 professionals wearing company shirts installed the bounce house promptly. I have had some pretty sketchy individuals deliver bounce houses in the past, and seldomly be on time, but this has been the best company Ive used so far.

UPDATE: I reached out to Matt who handle our issues with the event very well, he was apologetic and wanted to make things right. Only because of how well he handled our problems I would consider giving them another chance. And we did receive a refund for the $18.95. I’m giving them 3 stars because we didn’t receive a phone call, and the bounce house was wet and sandy.Earlier this month we placed an order from 2 dads bounce house and we have to cancel the order and received a refund of $127.95, $109 for bounce house, $10 delivery fee, and $8.95 for taxes. We then placed an another order for a separate event and applied our rain check, and with that we only received the $109 instead of the full $127.95, I was thinking they wouldn’t charge us taxes or a delivery fee since that had already charged us that, but instead we were charged with both the tax and fee again, so we lost $18.95. After I received multiple emails about the details of our event stating we will receive a phone call no later that the evening before the event we didn’t get a call/text or email. So come Sunday morning we still didn’t hear from them having to call them ourselves at 9am. They showed up an hour before the party to set up. We once the party started we had children complaining the bottom of the slide was wet and scratchy. This bounce house was not cleaned the inside was sticky. The slide had sand and water all over it. I would not recommend this place. The price isn’t bad but I’d rather pay $20/30 more and have a better experience.

USED 2 DADS BOUNCE HOUSE YESTERDAY 04/08/17 FOR MY SONS BIRTHDAY PARTY. OVER THE PHONE MATT WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPED GUIDE ME THROUGH THE WEBSITE TO PICK THE PERFECT JUMPER. THE TWO GENTLEMEN THAT BROUGHT IT OVER WERE VERY NICE AS WELL. SHOWED UP EARLY AS THEY STATED AND WITHIN 15 MINS THEY WERE ALL SETUP AND ON THEIR WAY. AS YOU CAN SEE THEY SET IT UP PERFECTLY IN MY YARD. THE INSIDE WAS VERY CLEAN. ALL THE KIDS HAD A BLAST. WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR PICK UP, THE SAME THING, BEFORE I KNEW IT THEY WERE THERE AND THEN THEY WERE GONE. THESE GUYS MOVED FAST. HAD ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES. I WILL DEFINITELY BE RENTING AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE I KNOW.

2 Dads Bounce Houses is the best around. These guys really helped me out when I was planning a large community party . They had a wide variety of bounce houses and slides and literally-something for everyone. Their bounce houses are much fancier than any I have seen around here before, they really take the time to get quality stuff, which I appreciated. Their event staff was really helpful, courteous, and prompt. Definitely a turn-key event and I will be using them again and recommending to others for sure.
