Lizzy Mitchell was awesome, the daycare staff were friendly and great with my daughter and it was a very clean facility!

Not a fan of this gym. No one is at the front desk to help check in and the gym atmosphere is very cliquey. If you don’t go with a best friend you will be left out. They also recently made changes where you have to buy the mind body app which has a monthly fee associated with it. It has a clean and modern atmosphere but not the best experience for me.

Workout is great! Instructors are enthusiastic and engaging. Kid Fit makes it easy to work into my schedule.

I arrived to the studio 20 min early to check in myself and my daughter for kid fit. No one was at the front desk until 9:20, which is when my class started. I ended up walking into class almost 10 min late because there was a line to check in that was taking a long time and I had to pick up my mat & weights from another room.I also signed up on the mind body app. The specific class I registered said it was a free class. When I checked in I was prompted to pay for the class. The price on the app needs to be corrected because it is very misleading. I hope this doesnt happen to someone else too.The class itself was great but the service leading up to it was poor.

I love Evolve fitness! I have never attended a in person class but all of the online classes have been so great and challenging in the best way! I Love body sculpt with Becca the most! They are a great gym, provide great classes, have fun giveaways, and get everyone involved and having a fun workout! Cant wait for the day I can try a physical class!

The gym was clean and had a good atmosphere. The HIGH Fitness instructor was awesome and the class was super fun.

I was a little intimidated to try but am so glad I did. Classes are fun and not intimidating at all! I got an amazing cardio workout at High and such a toning work out at Barre! Its a fun and welcoming environment and helps me set a routine I can stick to.

Great energy! I did it virtual and I exerted as much effort at home as I normally would in the studio due to the great motivation and high energy of the class and the instructor. It felt like I was there

Evolve is by far the best gym in Utah. Their classes are safe, hard and fun. They cater to all fitness levels and are so welcoming. Their facility is beautiful and their staff and customers will become your friends for life. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Evolve has been great to do virtual classes during the pandemic. They now have a YouTube channel where they post free classes from some of the instructors. I live too far away to attend in person classes, so these options have been amazing!

It was so easy to book a virtual workout through freeplay! A link was sent to my email a few minutes before the class started and it was so easy to get going. The quality was awesome, and just what I have needed during this crazy time. Thanks Evolve!! ❤️

I love the workouts that are provided by Evolve Fitness! I have been using their online classes all through this Covid quarantine, and I have never been more dedicated. Their instructors are fun and positive. I would recommend their classes to anyone!

Such an amazing experience! I did a drop in for the virtual high fitness class and it was so easy and well ran!! The sign up process was smooth, the instructions were thorough and there was no confusion. And the class itself was amazing!!! Amazing sound quality. I was worried about doing virtual high Bc to me it’s all about the music and I’ve been hearing that the sound quality has been weak at other classes. Well, you guys nailed it! I’ll for sure be back!

Evolve Fitness has my high rating because they respond very promptly to my emails and I really enjoy all of there instructors. Their facilities and beautiful and very well maintained. I love Evolve fitness. The teachers are great, the rooms are big, and it is very clean. I love all the different classes. The times are all spread out good to accommodate schedules as well. I have done both the night classes and early morning and find that no matter the hour the teachers put in all there energy. If your looking for an amazing gym this is the place for you!

The instructors here are amazing. They are so nice and motivating and push you hard! I love it here! There is a great variety of classes and the Wonderful kidfit classes gives me freedom come in the mornings with my younger ones.

Very clean facility. The staff and trainers are amazing and top notch. My wife has been loving her classes and is back in to working out. She didn’t enjoy the gym scene and has definitely found a new home. My daughter loves the kids class and ask every day when she can go with mom to work out.

I love that there is a new gym so close to my house. So far, the selection of classes has been awesome, the facility is clean and smells nice! All the instructors are awesome and full of energy which makes you really want to work hard. I love womens gyms as it seems that everyone is more accepting and kind to each other rather than gyms where you feel like it is more of a meat market or a place where you feel judged and shamed! It can be tricky finding good classes at 9:30 ish once my kids are in school so Im glad that Evolve usually has a 9:20 and 10:30 option on most days! Im love this new gym so much!!!

Beautiful gym, amazing studios that are large enough for plenty of people to workout comfortably, great instructors and staff. I went for the opening day and would love to have a membership, but it’s a little expensive for me to be able to pay for me plus my kids. Love the concept of the kids classes at the same time!

I love that Evolve is so close to my home in Lehi! I can get a full hour workout in without spending a lot of time traveling to and from the gym. Even better, I can bring my three kids (ages 5, 2.5, and 4 months) with me. My older kids love the activities and lessons in the childcare and are always happy when I pick them up. My baby comes with me to class and so far, its worked out well for us. Evolve is clean and the employees are friendly. The instructors change things up all the time; they have kept my interest and challenge me physically. Overall, five stars for Evolve Fitness!

Evolve is amazing! It is a beautiful studio with fantastic classes! I use to hate getting up early to workout but now I actually can’t wait to go. I love that all the women there empower each other to be better. My son LOVES the kidfit class and is learning so much on how to be healthy and happy!

Evolve fitness is always great. The owners are super kind and pass that trait on to all of their instructors. I went to a yoga class here on my rest day and it was just what I needed!

I’ve attended a handful of classes here and I love it! I’m not super into working out, but everyone here makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. My 5 year old loves the kidfit classes, and I love dang I’m not leaving my baby in a traditional gym day care. Definitely recommend!

My daughters attend the Friday class at Evolve fitness. The staff is super friendly and the variety of classes and schedule time is perfect for any mom who still has 1-2 kids at home.It’s the perfect place to feel welcomed and everyone is very polite and friendly!

I love Evolve Fitness! All of the instructors are amazing! The classes they offer are so diverse I am always able to get in high fitness, HIIT training, yoga, and I personally love the hip-hop class! Kid Fit is perfect for my daughter. she loves going to the gym on a daily basis!

I love Evolve fitness! They have several class times that work with my schedule so I have a nice variety to choose from, and my kids love the kidfit classes offered. The studios are huge so there’s room for everyone, and they’re very clean and well maintained.

I have been attending Evolve Fitness for about a month now and I have enjoyed it so much! The kidfit staff is wonderful and does such fun activities with your child while you work out and the fitness instructors are amazing! There is such a fun, uplifting feel in the studio and it is always so clean! I highly recommend this studio!

I LOVE Evolve! I have attended classes at different gyms for years, and the class options and teachers are some of the best I have ever had. They have kidfit available during the day as well.

Ive only tried two classes so far but have loved them so much I keep going week after week! The instructors push me hard and are encouraging and fun. I love that there is a fitness option for the type of class I like (body sculpt/weights) at a time that is convenient for me with childcare. Its what Ive been wanting ever since I moved here a year ago. Four starts just because there havent been enough heavier weights for everyone who wants them during the class. And because I wish there were a cardio option other than HIGH--bootcamp or something.
