Got my new propane tank filled up here on a Saturday afternoon. The guy helping me was courteous and quick. Will be back again.

Had a 20lb propane tank filled on 7 Jan 2021 and the employee over filled it, putting 5 gallons of liquid in a 20lb tank.30 minutes later when I connected a tank top heater and lit it, the flame (catalytic heaters dont normally have a flame) jumped to a height of approximately 2 feet above the burner, and before I could get it shut down, melted the upper portion of the metal flame guard and deformed the burner.Went back today (8 Jan) and explained to the manager what had transpired due to her employees negligence, and requested that she exchange the over filled tank as it was unusable (only liquid coming out of the valve, and its impossible to get vapor because its full to the top with liquid).After explaining myself 3 or 4 times she kept saying that I hadnt told her what I wanted, lol. I explained no less than 6 times. Her reply was no, she wouldnt exchange it for a usable tank unless I pay for it.I explained again that I already paid for the tank that the employee over filled and rendered unusable, and that paying for her to exchange it would mean that I just paid them $36.50 for a 20lb propane tank refill.Her reply? If I exchange that tank then either you pay for it or I have to, and Im not doing that.Bottom line is that their incompetence cost me time and money, and damaged my heater. All I asked for was a replacement tank, but now they have a complaint with the BBB, a complaint with the fire marshal, and if they wont accept responsibility for their own employees actions then they can explain why to a small claims court judge.

Small store nice people. 4 star because car was bays were filled with mud from dump trucks washing out there so I would recommend not washing your personal vehicle there.

I use this place every week for my car wash. It is so fast, efficient and cheap. I usually spend about 2.50 and get an awesome car wash for the price.

It took a moment to figure out the process. I went into the convenience store and asked for help. An employee escorted me to over by the car wash and then informed me that hed have to get someone to fill the tank. He gave me the whole jargon about for legal reasons that only a certified professional would have to fill it.EMPLOYEES - 5I dealt with two employees, the first was the one inside of the convenience store. He looked kind of gruff like one of those you wouldnt want to cross, but was rather friendly. The second was the guy that filled my propane tank, he was an elderly gentleman I would guess in his early 60s. Rather friendly. He was concerned for my daughter and wanted to make sure she didnt get to close to the tank. I had a hard time understanding him. I think he had some kind of voice condition.

So I live in a trailer, and the basic necessity for a trailer is propane. Every weekend from Thursday to Saturday and sometimes Wednesday me and my wife come to buy propane at around 9:00pm - 9:45pm because neither of us get off work until around 9:00 pm. An employee by the name of Jamie, heavyset, wearing grey vans, cacky pants, bald headed and glasses refused me service saying We shut down the propane at 9:00 pm every night. I got frustrated and walked out to tell my wife we cant get propane to heat our home. Came back in and talked to him about how Ive been living in a trailer for the past 9 1/2 months and not once was I refused service at this time of night. All the kind ladies working there serviced me, all the other kind employees have helped me out. I apologise for any misconveniences but as a regular customer to the store it frustrates me that one employee bends the rules to his liking. Now if it is true, that you guys do shut down propane at 9 pm, Id like to know. So I can plan more ahead. This is the only bad experience Ive had .other then that Id like to thank all the other kind and appreciating employees for helping me out.

The woman at this gas station are incredibly rude. Two of these women live by me and have turned my person tradgity of demostic violence into Lehi gossip. They have made my story go from being a survivor into a laughing and gossip matter. When I approached mangenment ( who happens to be family) the gossip only spread further and into my familys ears.. These women are cruel, rude and have no business working with the public. I have tried more than once to get a number for the owner, only to be hung up on and laughed, mocked and shammed even more for it.If the owner sees this please contact me before my l have my lawyer contact you.

Came here on a Friday at 1:55 PM. They wouldn’t do the propane because they said it was almost 2 o’clock and they only do it till 2 o’clock. Came back the next day at 11 AM and they still wouldn’t do it I asked when they would be able to do it and the answer was, “I don’t know. “

Hmmm...!! My experience there,, we went to the gas station to get gas and while we were pumping the gas my 11yr old and 8yr old were out of the car, while my 17yr old and I were pumping gas.. My 8yr old saw a white grocery plastic bag with Winco on it flying through their parking lot so he ran over, and picked it up, and put it in their trash can. The guy that was working there came out and started yelling at us, and said now my kid can go pick up the trash he just threw in their parking lot and throw it away. (At first I didnt know who he was yelling at) I looked back and saw it was us he was yelling at, and I said my kid just picked up garbage that was flying through your parking lot and threw it in your trash can, but he didnt throw garbage in your parking lot.. Then he said well I dunno, but I just saw him throw garbage in the parking lot. I said well you saw wrong! He picked up the garbage that was blowing through the lot and threw it away.. He proceeded to yell and scream at us and told us just to get the f out of here and called me a fn b... I will NEVER go there again, and Definitely question the people who hire these dumb people who work there! He shouldnt be working in customer service!!! My daughter was so scared at how bad he was yelling at us that she started to cry, and thought he was going to hurt us. My 17yr old was so mad and told the guy he doesnt even know what hes talking about and to just shut up! When he was proved wrong of course he just said to get the f out of here!! Great customer service!!! I think the guy should be lucky it was me with my kids, cuz Im sure if it was a man with his wife and kids he talked to like that he wouldve got a good beat down! All I have to say is karma! My son has good karma coming his way, and that kid will one day talk to the wrong person like that and get what he asks for!!! JERK!!!! 😡
