I have Roadside service through my car insurance.I got a flat tire on the way home late around 930pm. I called my insurance company and was told it would be about a two hour wait for a technician to come out. I agreed and said that was fine. After waiting maybe 15 minutes, my phone rings and it is F.A.S.T. Roadside Towing. It was Jeremy McBride calling letting me know he was in Gallatin and would be on the way. Asap. Fast? Thank you Jeremy
The technician was late and extremely rude. He smelled like alcohol also. Would not recommend

Skylar came out to change my flat tire. Not only was he here 45 minutes estimated time from my roadside assistance estimate, he was super professional and friendly. He wasn’t familiar with the Range Rover spare tire, but was patient and figured it out. My spare had never been used and was flat when we put it on; he put air in it and made sure it was safe and good to go. I can safely get to the tire shop now. I highly recommend FAST.
Tech showed 2.5 hours later than the dispatch time. I had the distinct feeling that the dispatcher lied to us numerous times as they said that they had the tow man on GPS 2 blocks from us an hour before he showed up and he was coming from 10 miles away in the other direction when he showed up. The man who showed up did resolve my lockout issue quickly upon eventual arrival.
3 hours late picking up my vehicle and dropped it off at a neighbors house in the road. When I called to let them know what happened, they shifted the blame and said it was insurance fault. After multiple phone calls and threatening to sue, they finally came back out to put our car where it belonged.
UPDATE: After some consideration, I decided to contact my bank about recouping the funds from this so-called service. I wouldnt normally do this, but I typically am not treated in such a poor manner, either. It took a couple of months, but my bank decided there was a strong enough case to take back the money.Some time later, I received a text from Russell, who politely asked me to remove my review. Of course, I politely declined - dont want anyone else getting screwed by this company. Queue the threats about getting a lawyer. At one point, he even said he contacted the police and there was a warrant out for my arrest.Folks, it doesnt get any more childish than this. Im surprised these guys are still in business with this kind of leadership. Ill say it again: steer far, far away.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Unnacceptable service. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.Got a low tire pressure warning in Tennessee at 9 pm or so. Pulled over immediately and noted the bolt sticking out of my tire. Plenty of air left, about 25 psi or so. Slapped the donut on and called these guys. Jesse was very friendly and passed me over to Russ, who sent me down to the nearest Thorntons.Had to wait 2 hours for a guy to come out, even though I was told on the phone they had guys all over the area. The tech was nice enough, but after the repair, the low tire pressure indicator was still on. I asked about this and he put the gauge on and said it was all good. Stopped at the next gas station and checked, it was 25 psi.No big deal, mistakes happen. I aired it up to 40 psi and went on down the road. Fast forward an hour and a half and Im looking at another low tire pressure indicator. I pulled over immediately and air was pissing out of the brand new plug. This was about 1:30 am now, and after being told itd be at least an hour and a half, I decided to put the donut back on and drive to the nearest Super 8.Got up first thing in the morning and headed to the Walmart service center. After an inspection, I was told the hole was far too large for a plug and the tire should have been replaced outright. So now Im $150 into a service call from F.A.S.T. and $170 into a new tire.I called and spoke with both Jesse and Russ again regarding a partial refund. I let them know I was happy with the service, just upset the plug didnt last even 2 hours. Russ strung me along for about a week, never saying one way or the other what theyd do.Today I finally got ahold of him again. He was rude, combative, cussed me up and down, said hed never seen a plug fail in 20 years, where the hell do I get off, lots of other colorful language.Long story short, theyre not accepting any responsibility whatsoever. He went so far as to call me a liar. I asked for $50 back. I even offered to leave a 5-star review - I understand its a small business, and as a business owner myself, Im more than willing to compromise. They would have none of that.If you value your money and your time, steer far away from these guys. Pun intended

No matter what the situation these guys have my vote of confidence. Jessie was more than helpful on the phone. And they are going the extra mile to ensure my families safety during these crazy quarantine times. Turned my bad day around.!!!
I needed a tow after being stranded at the mall with a faulty starter and my insurance company dispatched FAST Roadside. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Dustin that he was on his way. He arrived just as promised, was friendly and very efficient on the process. Took many pictures and was very detailed in getting the vehicle. Even though we face COVID 19 distancing requirements, he arrange transportation for me to get home. Great service all around and a great way to end a rough day.
Top notch equipment and top of line owner operator. Picked my motorcycle up after accident brought to the house and parked in my garage. If I ever need a wrecker and Fast covers my area they will be my first choice.
Terrible place ripped my bumper off kept my car and had to get police involved
2 hours & still waiting wont answer the phone....... lousy service... driver finally calls.. he has to go back to Lebanon to have the owner to the gas station to buy his gas.. so Brentwood to Lebanon to white house 2.5 his still waiting

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I had a flat tire and called my insurance company for roadside assistance and this is who they called. I was stuck on the road for over 4 hours and every time I called them they said it would be a half hour. Then when I asked to talk to the owner he called me and cussed me out saying that I was lying and hung up on me. Never do business with this company. I will be reporting them to BBB. And my insurance company will never try to use them again.
Do not do business with these people!!!! Bad company all the way around!!! If you cant do something then say you cant do it dont give people the run around! Took 8hrs to pick up our truck. All we wanted was to tow it to pep boys then because pep boys was now closed yall suggested that you Master mechanic look at it in his shop. Well that too another 2 weeks and not the truck is worse than it was before!! Again fo not do any business with these people!

Waited over 3 hours. I finally cancelled. Every time I called they were 30 minutes away...then just stopped answering. Was scheduled through my insurance...if you can’t provide the service then don’t pick up the ticket.
