I would like for this company to know how thankful my husband and I were for them! We broke down on our way to Bristol & we had called multiple towing companies to come. We we finally got through to GT Towing and they were able to come right away. Not only did they make us feel safe and get us off of the side of the road they also let us come back to their home and work on our truck since we were so far away from home I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone especially people with families and children thank you again for your help!

GT Towing came to the rescue after our 35ft motor home broke down just east of Lebanon. Kyle was very friendly, professional, and sympathetic to our situation. He took extra care to ensure our coach was prepared and properly secured for the tow.GT Towing recommended a local shop that was able to squeeze us into an overbooked schedule. Once we arrived at the shop, I was amazed at Kyle’s precision ability to back our coach into the crowded lot.I hope I never need to call on GT Towing again, but if I’m ever in the area and need a tow, GT Towing will be my first call.

My friend had locked her keys in her car and her sunroof was open just enough to where she thought she’d be able to get to her bag. Well she wasn’t able to and Kyle was in my store ( I work at the Dg on west main where family video was) and he was nice enough to go unlock her door. He didn’t charge her to do it either!! GREAT PRICE. RESPECTFUL. FAST. PROFESSIONAL. I’m not from the area at all but have business with heavy equipment up in TN. When I need two pieces totaling 15 tons lifted on a trailer, I started googling businesses in Nashville—no luck. However, 4 out of 5 of the recommended GT Towing. I’m not affiliated with them at all... I’m blessed by them because they lifted the equipment needed and when I needed a mechanic... the owner of the business just happened to have 35 years of experience. I’m for helping to give smaller businesses my business when I can, even better when they are well experienced, fast, fair on price, professional, and gifted with southern hospitality. That is what I received. I wish them well, and I hope y’all use them because they can help with anything that has an engine!

The lady that answers the phone was very nice, professional and to the point. I needed my car towed and they got right with it and my car arrived at the other location very quick. My wife’s car blew a tire on the interstate and we had AAA call GT Towing. They arrived on time and were super helpful! BUT AAA had wrongly told them to go to an auto shop that didn’t even work on tires. When we explained the mistake, the GT folks happily towed us to a different shop that we knew well. Even though it was a farther tow GT didn’t even charge us any extra. Very appreciative of helpful, friendly folks when you’re stranded on the interstate! Trust these guys and gals!

Very Professional and helpful. Response time was immaculate. The driver helped with every aspect from the loading,transportation, and unloading. Even had a small conversation with me during the loading of the car and the unloading. You can tell they appreciate their job and the people they come in contact with. I got myself really stuck today. I called them up and they brought a truck out. I had a big Uhaul that was stuck in mud and it was loaded. They brought another truck and did a beautiful job of getting us out. Instead of charging me extra for having to bring the bigger truck, they still charged me the quoted price. I am a AAA member and had a breakdown to which GT towing was dispatched. Kyle was the driver who called me minutes after my call to AAA. He coordinated his arrival time and was onsite in less than 30 minutes. Kyle was very professional and did a great job.

These people were a god send for me on a terrible horrible no good very bad day. They were here in less than fifteen minutes. I was stuck with a U-Haul in Tennessee mud. I am a long time AAA member. My 2017 Prius, in its garage, would not start. Called AAA, who contacted with GT Towing, to take the Prius to my Toyota dealership. The GT Towing driver (Kyle) did an outstanding job of moving the car out of the garage and loading it aboard his truck. He is an excellent communicator, smart car loader, and all-around good guy.

They helped us load a heavy duty truck at Copart. They were friendly from the phone call to when the truck was loaded.They were very professional. I highly recommend them. If Im in the area again, I will use them. They were great! Their pricing was a bargain for us.

Just finished my 2nd phone call with the driver for GT Towing that picked up my car. The previous call was when he left his location in Lebanon to drive to Springfield. Thats a long haul. During this call, Kyle asked if I wanted another call, post delivery, while making sure to mention again where he was taking it. Great question at 9pm in case I were someone who goes to bed early. I politely declined.Superior customer service. I used my Geico app to call roadside assistance and this company was chosen for me. Within 20 minutes I received my 1st call and the 2nd call was within 10 minutes of what he quoted me to let me know my car was loaded up. Fortunately, I live near where my car died so I didnt have to wait, but if I did that would have been great.Absolutely recommend.

Towed my truck four miles, charged $195 for the displeasure. The entire operation is scamming people from a rickety shack.-100/10 would not recommend.

Awesome service the driver came out even though his big truck was broke down we had a 26 moving truck stuck on 231 he was very nice and helpful got there within 20 min. Price was very reasonable.
