Was broke down today and called one towing company but after an hour wait decided to call these guysI told them the situation the owner said he could be out in about 15 minutes and agreed to price match the other company which was only 5 dollar difference but still honorable in my opinionThe driver hooked it and booked it within a few mins so all in all would recommend and use again in fact my dad and buddy own the garage i got towed to and they will now refer people to T&M when people need a tow to garage so hopefully it will create more business for these guysThanks again

Over all an amazing experience . The tow truck driver Matt was extremely friendly and very professional. He knew exactly what he was doing to get my car off the highway with his safe and speedy tactics. I would 100% reccomend T@M . Anthony at T&M was fantastic. Our insurance company booked the tow and we asked for a call 20 min before the truck arrived. Anthony called and arrived on time and was quick to get the car loaded and secure. The flatbed truck used tie downs that grab the wheels (not the suspension), which is safer for the car.

They helped me out during a difficult situation! I would recommend this towing company. Fast service friendly drivers.

Jacob showed up to charge our car battery. In the middle of the Covid19 pandemic without a mask. Jacob then proceeded to tell us that he had contracted the disease but he was too strong for it to affect him?!? He then spat on our garage floor.

So thankful for the two men from here who helped us!! We blew a tire on the way back to Michigan on a busy freeway and they stopped to see if we were ok and needed help. My husband asked if they could just wait till he changed the tire just to have another set of hazards since the tire that needed to be changed was on the side of the freeway lane. These guys told him not to worry and they would change it. They had the tools and honestly changed it faster than a pit crew. They didn’t even want money or anything - they said they just wanted to help us. We don’t live in Ohio, but if you’re from that area or ever are driving through and need help - call these guys...so amazing and nice and highly recommended! 👏🏼🙏🏼❤️

Driver notified me 3 days ago that he had delivered my car to the specified location. When I went to give my keys to the auto body shop, they did not have my car. I cant reach anyone on any of the numbers, driver or the company and still do not know where my car is.

Very rude real big man over the phone..will steal from your vehicle youve been warned...example car was in accident they recovered vehicle an removed some property but not all property an tried to claim as there own once confronted got really disrespectful.but it was over the phone I brushed it off..I recovered everything except my properly workin battery box..

He even checked my battery and alternator to determine the problem! David took care of me!

They deliver my car but not my key told me they put in door no key to be found told me they are not responsible for it never again you guys suck.

Took over 2 hours to get to me and then when he did finally show up he turned around and left I got no call and he didnt even stop he knew what kind of vehicle and he had my phone number.I am very dissatisfied and I will not use the towing company again.
