Jacobs Towing Inc really got me out of a jam when I got a flat on the I-75 south during torrential rain storm. I was parked in a very dangerous spot on the freeway with a narrow shoulder and the service guy changed the tire in about ten minutes during the storm in the mud and dirt and close to fast trucks wizzing by. My van had a spare that is very hard to get out from under the van and he showed me all the tricks of how to get it out. The spare was low on air and he filled it and put it on the van and got me going and I was able to stay in the van out of the rain the entire time. Very friendly service guy with a lot of experience saved the day for me and got me out of a dangerous situation and on my way very quickly. Thanks so much.

Great customer service! Had an auto emergency on a Saturday afternoon for an elderly family member while I was out of town. This company went above and beyond to help and make sure he was taken care of. They were not only very professional and provided prompt service under an extenuating circumstance, but they demonstrated great kindness as well. Thank you!

This place has a deal with Hamilton TWP do their towing..after spending almost 2 hours my about how to display my temp tag,a complete search of my car i recieved a ticket (which turned out to be a mistake by the BMV the next day) the oficer had my car towed by Jacobs to their lot in Lebanon.He would not let me push about 20 to a parking spot.In the morning i called Lyft to get b the car cost $38.00, plus tip 7.00 Tow and storage around $190.00 Total$235.00

Got a tow from AAA thinking that my transmission was shot and that I would owe a ton. Driver from Jacobs towing showed up and after hearing what was going on with it took a quick look and realized it was just a broken axle. Im admittedly not handy so greatly appreciated the quick check and good news! And so of course I agreed to just have him tow it to their garage which is local here anyway. They gave me a good price and got it fixed quickly! Definitely will take future business to them when I am able.

I wish I could post pictures cause today on 42 outside Lebanon, the tow truck had both lanes blocked without any sheriff standby, and the driver in front of me was mad cause he kept blowing the horn after 10 mins but the so called professional driver flipped him off and said what are you going to do. LOL. and then dragged it out longer which I was getting irritated... I just wish I could post pictures of the impending traffic on both side for a van that was in a driveway...

I would not recommend this business to anyone and highly suggest people seek other options for towing.

The worst. $150 to get my car back 15 minutes after they towed it, cash only. Nice friendly sign in the lobby. Reflects attitudes of the people who work there.

Once again phenomenal service. Called with an emergency lockout, and a plane to catch. Arrived and unlocked the car in about 10 minutes.Best tow/emergency service in town!

I was driving down 22 (9/12) and saw a JACOBS flat bed tow truck running a man off the road?!? I will never be using them for any of my automotive needs! After reading reviews it’s to be expected.I called the police to report the incident, but was unable to get a license plate or truck number.If this place is hiring maniacs like that who knows what they are doing to your car, or what they are doing with you $$/credit card numbers. I wouldn’t trust them.

I work for an auto body shop....someone from Jacobs Towing brought a car in last night and parked it in our front parking lot. I asked him to move it to the back because that is where our wrecked cars go and he started talking nasty to me....screaming and cussing....then when he realized I wasnt alone and 1 of my coworkers came up to us, he got in the wrecked vehicle and drove it very recklessly around to the side of our building, likely causing additional damage to the car as the back bumper was hanging off and dragging behind.....and proceeded to park the wrecked car in the Enterprise parking lot, not the back where I told him to put it. Needless to say I will be calling in to speak with the boss or owner this morning when they open....I would not recommend this company at all!

My vintage Beetle broke down (surprise, right) and Jacobs was there within 30 minutes to give my son and me a ride home with the Beetle. Nice driver, treated my Beetle with utmost care.
