I came here to get a full set I left with a cut on my finger and left with $60 and a face full of tears I am so upset the nails are literally so lumpy and they charge me extra for length which they didn’t tell me in-store because I would have left because no one charges for length do they charge for every little thing and then the nails or not I have nail polish all over my fingers and cuticlesUnless you want to leave with mediocre nails perfect and paying a high price and with a cut on your finger I do not recommend coming here

My second time back to this salon the owner remembered me. I thought that was nice. My nails always look great and I appreciate that they make the nail thin and not thick . Definitely would recommend going here.

I love this nail salon, they are also welcoming and if you want something fixed they will do it and won’t complain. They accidentally cut the side of my finger because they used a hard nail file. But I told them about it and they fixed it. They are cheap and good! Go here for sure. I have been going here for months so save your money and go here!

Too expensive and poor cuality

So me and my cousin came to top nails at 3pm and we ended up leaving at around 7pm. and their prices are sooo high but overall their place is cute and theres not really that big of a deal

First visit to this salon. Great job! I wasnt sure they would understand exactly what I wanted, but I got what I requested and nails look grest! Staff are so pleasant and make you feel comfortable. Will definitely go back.

It takes a lot for me to give a bad rating but I paid 60 for something that did not even look like what I wanted and second I called and asked if they had 3 spots opened and they said yeah but it ended up my daughter and friend waited only a little but they finally started on me little over an hour later cuz there was only 2 ppl working and I understand that that should have told me that when I called definitely will not recommend this one

The people here are awesome! They do a GREAT job. The downside is they dont have the newest colors and the wait can be looong. Bring your polish and your patience ITS TOTALLY WORTH IT!

I am very disappointed. I got a gel manicure on Friday. On Sunday I noticed a crack in the polish on one nail. Today the polish chipped off! My manicure was a little sloppy. The polish is over my skin on a few of my nails and the coverage is not great! I paid $30 for this manicure! I expected it to last more than 3 days!!!!!

You most certainly get what you pay for. My nails were done by a younger man who made it very apparent he had no interest in being there. My full set came out subpar with my voiced concerns ignored. Everything felt rushed and therefore the quality is nowhere to be found.

The young guy whom did my gel nails on my finger nails and toe nails was very callous when putting the gel nail polish on my feet he went over the nails with the machine they use and got the skin of my big toe and cut and bruised my skin and irritated the side of my big toe nail and was in pain I thought I was going to have to go to the foot doctor Im afraid to touch it all because he did not want to do my finger and toes I rather people tell me come back later or I cant today, do not come to Top Nails you will regret it oh and the lady whom did my waxing called me old and I am young and told her so!
