I scheduled an appointment, but had to go wondering through the salon to find someone who works there. The stylist and I agreed to cut 4 inches off of my hair. I had her recut 3 times to get that amount. Another stylist was talking on speakerphone to people throughout my visit. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend.
