I hadnt had my nails done in 16 years, but the owner handiled me very professionally and did an incredible job as well a suggesting a couple additions to my nail art that really pull the whole thing together. Im so happy with the service and final product!!!

Friendly workers. Poor quality. During the pedicure the worker cut my toe causing it to bleed and swell. Still swollen 5 days later. Asked for tips and a gel manicure. The worker talked me into doing acrylic nails with regular polish for better quality and cheaper price. The acrylics are thick and lumpy. The price came out higher than the tips and gel manicure would have been. Polish is clumped up under my nail.

Great experience. My grandmother and I went in around 10:30 as a walk in for 2 pedicures. We were greeted immediately. We only had to wait around 3 minutes to be called back. All of our questions about different types of pedicures were answered. Both technicians asked were we satisfied with our color before completing. They both did an excellent job. Very relaxing setting and clean set up. We will definitely return here in the future.

WWE had a great time....I took myself, husband and my brother.... Glass of wine was perfect!!! I loved Ninas personality.... Hilarious!! They took care of us to the best of their ability!!! We were there for less than hour and a half!! We left feeling awesome!!!

I had a very good experience at this nail salon. I made an appointment prior to coming, but when I arrived I only had to wait about five minutes, and someone came to help me very quickly. Very friendly staff, and very gentle when doing my manicure, only thing is that they seemed to rush a bit and not be too detailed in their filing, but that is understandable considering it was the weekend. Prices are very reasonable. Overall, really enjoyed this salon and will definitely be going back again!

Really enjoyed this place. If you want designs, ask for Fong. They were out of wine but water was fine. Pedicures are a bit short for the price. Overall Id go again.

Very rushed $189 for trash it is what it is but its the last $1 theyll ever see from me . You can go to unique nails in Hendersonville and get a beautiful set for 1/3 of the price 100 percent better service the only decent one was Nina ... 77 dollars for a 20 min pedicure is ridiculous the 10 min extra included ... Maybe it was just the girl I got but my daughters was longer than mine and she had the 52 dollar one..... Update its day 2 of my pedicure and my toe nail is smudge after paying $15 for gel ....

I was very happy with my manucurist . he did amazing. I had my feet done but for only having them done 1 other time i cant make a honest comment on how it went. It hurt a bit when clippin around my toe nails and then burned when she put something on it. But that was the ONLY slight problem i had. The foot massage was fabulous . and every one was very nice. but im very impressed with my nails. Thank u so much! I will b bck

I am greatly disappointed! This is the second time I tried this place and I had to wait even though I had an appointment. People who just walked in went in front or me. What’s the purpose of making appointments if customer has to wait? I had my son with me and couldn’t wait for long. Came early to beat the crowd and still was told to wait. They won’t get my business anymore! I am done!

Phong does an excellent job doing nails! I am always pleased when I leave. Everyone that works at Lebella is nice and will make sure you are happy with your visit.

My husband and I had a very uncomfortable experience here, and we will never return. We both got pedicures, and I also got a gel manicure. My husband’s technician exhibited extreme unprofessionalism. She was on her phone for the majority of his service, and the task was not properly completed. The technician also knicked his big toe, which was very concerning. The salon was a pigsty. It was disgusting. Even more egregious, one of the employees said to us that the cuticle tools are not cleaned after each customer. Finally, the overall feeling of the salon had a lot of tension. We saw an argument break out between 2 customers due to a technician’s unprofessionalism, surprise surprise, the same technician who worked on my husband. There was also another customer, who got up and walked out in the middle of her service.

This place is horrible! We had an appointment for 11 and at 12:40 we are still setting here my daughters nails are still waiting to be painted, my havent even been started! My other child had an appointment at 10 they didnt start her till 11, and then had to redo them bc they were horrible! I would leave no stars but it wont let you! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I remember when La Bella was called ProTop loved it then, love it now. Really have grown in growth, absolute great work, I pray for continuous wealth in all moves for them. Great family.

Enjoyable experience even though I only had to have my long acrylics removed. Great job done on bringing my own nails back to natural life for only $10. My nails get a break from nonstop manicures ... until Valentines Day. And I get a price break in the low cost for the service .... worthy of a good tip! 😉

I was there two days ago and he guy I had didn’t speak English he had only knew how to say thank you HE REACHED OVER THE COUNTER and moved my chair forward which had made me feel uncomfortable!! He made my finger BLEED by filing my nail too much!! So today I call them because I got the French tip gel and it was already falling off!!! AFTER TWO DAYS and they told me they would FIX FOR FREE so I went up there for them to tell me they CANT FIX IT FOR FREE it will cost and the lady had told me this in a rude way which I did not appreciate at all!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I went on Saturday, got a regular acrylic full set, and the color is already coming off. I felt like it was very rushed and she kept stopping while she was doing my nails. I will never go back. Honestly, I coulda did better work. Horrible.

I have come here for pedicures and facial waxing for several years. Lately the service has been declining. Today was the worst. The man that did my pedicure cut me on several toes, and didnt even bother to put lotion on my feet. He was more concerned with texting on his phone. Got up several times and walked away. The lady that did my waxing didnt even hand me a mirror to look at my face. I will not be back.

I will not ever get my nails done here again. They did not push my cuticles up at all, didnt even fully cover some of my nail with the acrylic and over did others. Its only been a week since Ive had them done and they look horrible

I went here on 3/30/17 for a pedicure. This was one of the most horrible experiences Ive ever had in any salon. I typically dont like to give bad reviews but I felt this was necessary so no one else wastes their money here. I paid $50 for a pedicure. The service provider made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He never spoke to me or introduced himself but his tools were labeled with the name Sonny. He tossed a laminated sheet of paper with price and description of services offered at me. As I was looking over the paper, he firmly grabbed my five year old son and when my son insisted he did not want to be touched, he held onto him tighter and picked him up by his arms and sat in a pedicure chair. My child was terrified to get up even when I assured him it was time to go. He started the pedicure (which took him about 20 mins from start to finish) when it was time to for him to scrub the dead skin from my feet, he stood up and held on to my foot as if he were shoeing a horse (my feet were not in that bad of shape) this was completely embarrassing as everyone receiving services was now staring at he and I. He continuously made very disgruntled noises and huffed the whole time as if someone was forcing him to give me a pedicure. I tried to make conversation with him to no avail. As soon as he finished applying a different color than I had picked out he slipped the disposable flip flops on me and grabbed my shoes and wallet and keys and handed them to me as if to tell me to get out. When I left here I felt about two inches tall and completely mortified. As soon as I got home I took the disposable flip flops off and felt of my feet. I have dry skin peeling off of my feet and my heels look like they havent been touched at all. This was a total waste of time and money. Not too mention the way I felt walking out of there.

Been getting my nails done since i was 15 im now 37 & today was the first day i have ever tipped... usually the salons that have done my nails in the past either sliced open a finger & continued around the blood, got one crooked, & never looked the same length as the other hand... i seen Phong today & left a very very happy customer.. they all match in length, not one crooked one, & no sliced open finger not as much as file burn or irritation from a file... THEY ARE PERFECT!!!!

Pong did mine and my dtrs nails, and did a great job. Just a lil more expensive than what I want to pay and my dtrs chipped after a week even w the gel.
