Iv only been there 2 times. And both times were fantastic. My fiance anctually told me to go there.and what a surprise !!!!!! I guess he can b right sometimes 😜 i have had the same man tab both times and if u like a little sassyness to ur nails he deff is ur guy! Oh big plus!!!! He listens.. Off the record i said i want a white pink color, he picked one and i picked one to, we ended up pickin the same exact color... (Told ya he listens) I will not ever go to another place. Like ever!! I have always had great experience at Smile. They are very clean, courteous/nice, and will do what you want done within reason and if they are able. If they cant do what you want they will tell you.

So I’ve been coming here for a while and even though I’ve had issues (nails coming off within a week or nails just looking horrible) I’ve returned because of how close it is to where I live. Recently I went in to get my engagement nails done which is kind of a big deal. I went in on a Friday afternoon and got a basic gel acrylic set. By Sunday afternoon one nail had completely popped off as if it was a press on nail and I noticed that the rest of the nails were lifting already. After two days! So I went back on Tuesday afternoon (because they are closed on Mondays) and explained to the owner how unhappy I was. She was very nice about it and had someone fix them for free. So I left pretty happy having my nails fixed but after three days another one completely popped off and the rest of them were once again lifting. I literally got so sick of it that I just took them all off myself, and they came off so easily it was honestly unsettling. This is after five days mind you. I am not one to complain about businesses but nails are expensive! I just want to let other potential customers know that they should spend their money at any of the other tons of nail salons in this area.

I love this place and I will be going back, but they have an American girl in there doing nails and she did my toes never again will she touch my feet. She was to rough and she didnt even get my ingrown toenail out like the others would. They need to get rid of that American girl she doesnt know what she is doing. Other then her great service work quickly and they do an amazing job!

I just moved so now I live further from my regular nail salon. I decided to stay closer to home and go to Smile nails... even though I’ve had bad experiences here in the past, I decided to give lthem another shot. Joy sat me down and I told her I wanted dip. First off, she ruined my nails, she cut them down when I specifically told her I just wanted them evened out. Second of all, she was very rude. She looked at me and said, “Your dip will be $45. You don’t ask me, I tell you.” Super rude. It took her forever to do my nails and then they looked absolutely horrible. They were uneven and the dip was so chunky. I had to drive even further just so that my normal nail salon could fix them. I do not recommend this place at all.

Got my nails done here a while back and they were very uneven with flat spots in the middle of the nails, chunks of acrylic all under the nails, cut crooked. Because of the uneven shape the nails broke quite easily and had to keep going back for them to be fixed. Would not recommend going to waste your money here however the staff seemed pretty nice.

They take forever and let people who came after us get in before us. We sat there for almost two hours. They do nails well... sometimes (depends on who you get) but they have so much attitude. Really ruins my visit here. That’s why we don’t go here anymore.

Worst experience! I had an appointment and was in there for over an hoyr before anyone took care of me and the guy doing my nails was either too busy watching a show on his tablet or getting up to do who knows what every 15 minutes. Not once did he excuse himself or apologize for the delayed appointment. After I asked him to take off the nails he still had the audacity to charge me $25.00! His excuse for the poor work was that it was before Christmas and they were busy. I will make sure to tell my friends, family and acquaintances to never give this place their business.

I love this place. Theyre so friendly and make you feel like family. Ty usually does my nails and the blonde girl or the girl whos name starts with S does my toes. I love it here... They joke around and make sure you have what you need and go beyond for what you want.

I am very unhappy I went and got my 17Yr nails done on 3/14/18 and by 3/18/18 her nails started falling off went to call that mon and they was closed so I called and they told me to come in and they would fix them for free and when I took her to go get them done today they charged me another $30. So in a week I have paid $75. Yes I told them how I felt about it and they gave my $15 back but I went somewhere else 3weeks ago and mine r still one and going strong and i wash dishes and play in flour at my job all so I wash my hands a100 times a day. I will NEVER go back there again I will take my money somewhere else for now on.

Not impressed. Went in on a Friday morning with a friend for a mani+pedi. We were quickly seated in pedi chairs and after 5-8 minutes one tech came over to do my pedi. My 15 minute pedi included a pumice stone that had clearly seen better days, a pitiful massage, and hot towels that were just laid on top of my shins instead of wrapped around my legs. I was immediately moved over to a manicure station where the lady rushed so quickly that my cuticles weren’t even pushed back, only 2/3 of each nail was painted, and I was sitting nails under the dryer before my friends pedicure was even a quarter of the way through. How disappointing that I could get a better quality mani+pedi at the salon in Walmart for a cheaper price. My friend and I will not be coming back to Smile Nails for our biweekly girls day out.
